I'm trying some new pre conception vitamins this month, looking into ordering pre seed too.

Nimble did castor oil packs this month, so I’m casually going to stick some in my Amazon basket.

Shag a lot plan starting today. So naturally I’ve spent 3.5 hours getting home from work (usually 25minutes) in traffic. Arse hurts, starving hungry, feel smelly and poor DP has done an extra commute to get home. I think it’ll be a roll up the nightie and think of England for me tonight

Lol limp I’ve suspected scar tissue/adhesions and although I know surgery is the only real solution, I’m thinking of giving the castor oil packs a go. Can’t hurt I guess! Good luck for tonight 😉

2dpo and I don’t get ewcm anymore only watery cm. it has to be leftovers right? I got my surge over the weekend (twice weirdly) and was getting negative opks Monday so I’ve stopped doing them now.

What are castor oil packs?

Bubble - semen becomes watery after 15 mins - it’s thick to help get them where they need to be, then thins out to let them swim through the cervix.

If you have stretchy CM, think you might need to shag some more.

Have you started taking EPO or fish oil? That can increase CM

I've caved and have been dtd leading up to the fw. Was taking a month out to time with uni finishing but I jist can't bring myself not to keep.on trying 😍

AF due today but no appearance as of yet. I’m knicker checking like a crazy woman just in case. If she doesn’t show, I’ll test Friday I think. My cycles have been around 28 days recently but can be up to 32.

The bloody GP still hasn’t called back with my progesterone level, I just want to know the number!

Bubblegum, I have similar this morning but only day 10 so unlikely to be ewcm I think. Clearblue is putting me at low fertility, but who knows.

Castor oil packs are sposed to help break up scar tissues and increase blood flow I believe, Looking. Lots online about them but haven’t tried yet. Just added zinc and vit D to the vit regime though 🙄

Hmm... I’m confused then lol I had a very strong positive opk on Saturday afternoon. Like, the second line came up straight away. Then a negative the same evening. A negative Sunday afternoon. I had a few opks left and thought I may as well use them up lol and was still getting watery cm so thought I’d just keep doing them and then Sunday evening I got another strong positive. Tested one more time Monday afternoon and it was negative. I figured maybe my body tried to ov Saturday and didn’t so tried again Sunday. Would it try a third time?

The fertile CM is from high estrogen levels, which can continue post ov.

But if you have fertile CM you should shag. You may have just ovulated - it could have just been a slow to release egg.

I’ve not had much luck with opks as I’ve found them to be unclear. But maybe I’m just crap at reading them.

OH is doing overtime all the rest of the week so won’t get any chance to dtd now 😩 oh well. We dtd yesterday so that will just have to do lol it’s just strange because I’ve not had ewcm in 12 months and I’ve never had two positive opks within days of each other before. I really thought my body would have sorted itself out by now. I guess nothing is ever simple when ttc, I’ve learnt that much! I’ve decided after this cycle, I’m going to have a break for Christmas so I can just enjoy myself and not worry about opks and stuff. I’ve also requested a prospectus from the OU to maybe start a degree, I never finished uni and I feel like I need something else to focus on! What opks do you use lexie? I have always used the internet cheapies and thankfully they’ve always worked for me (kind of lol) I know some people find it hard to get a second line on them and stuff

13dpo. Expecting af Friday/sat. Do I bother paying for a pg test as going to a friends wedding at the weekend- possible spa and booze. Well definitely booze.

@bubble I’ve been mostly using the Superdrug ones. So cheapies. I hadn’t even thought about getting bulk online- I was hopeful the bumper pack I bought wouldn’t all be used up. Dammit. Actually if I think about it I got some Boots ones and they might have been the unclear ones. Plus I struggle with having to wait to wee as have an old lady bladder on top of old lady shrivelled up eggs and barren womb.

@LimpLettice I will have a look. I've started taking seven seas trying for a baby. I'm also going to buy some vitamin E, b6 complex and C to take on tip AND lol I'm going to try conceive plus (My lack of "wetness" is shocking!) I've read that E and C vitamins are good. I've also been reading up on blood thinning foods too as not ready to take the baby aspirin plunge! x

I'm going to buy some Clearblue OPK's too x

Opks are 3 for 2 in boots at the moment. I went in on Tuesday.

Ive has a single blood spot this afternoon. Literally a pinprick. What is that about? Surely the day AF is due is too late for IB.
