Just catching up with the BFPs and congrats Ambi and Fifi. Fifi - how old is/are you other child/children? Ambi - is this your first? My DD is 14 months old.

Anyone know who to roughly calculate due date? LMP was 1st March.

Yep my first, it's why I'm so nervous/scared of something going wrong and also trying to absorb as much info as poss from all the experienced MNers

I feel as nervous this time round as I did with DD, as I have long cycles I suspect I wont have an accurate due date until the 12 wk scan.

I'll go and join the due in... thread soon and we can all support one another.

Hi all , Congratulations to all the recent BFP's can't believe there's so many of them, and one is it? on the 1st cycle!!!
Just a question - can flu type symptoms affect ttc? I seem to have come down with a cold and was determined to put 110% effort in this month on the sex front! I don't want anything to spoil it!
Kazza25, I'm fine - how's it going with you? Have you been peeing on the ovulation sticks and checking CM? I've been charting it like never before!! Feeling quite lucky this month, apart from my runny nose....
I've got a magazine upstairs which i'll check out later - it has an article about these herbal fertility vitamin things and they've got a website as well - i'll have a read of it later and check out the website tomorrow - if its believable and the ingredients don't sound illegal or crazy then I will let you all know! Has anyone else taken anything herbal to promote fertility?

Hello - chickbabymummy has had a name change since Easter is now over (and all eggs eaten )
My computer was acting up yesterday so just have had timne for a quick catch up - yet more BFPs I see - April is proving to be very fruitful!

Still having indigestion, fulttery stomach and muscle strainin lower abdomen. Plus yesterday headache and nausea.

congrats rufus! great news. this seems to be a lucky thread this month!
cd14 today and quite a temp rise by 1.5 C, so suppose today I'm ovulating? Although it went up a little amount yesterday but today more significant (sorry for ignorance, this is my first time temping)
Does this mean there's no point in bding anymore? or have i still got up to 24hrs before the egg is no longer "ripe"?

No AF is still not here. I thought i was coming on last night but woke up and still nothing that's 2 days now. So either my cycles are more mucked up than i thought or maybe i am pg. But have no symptoms at all, of af or pg. I just wish i knew one way or another. very annoying.

Congrats of all the bfp april seems to be the month. lol.

pinkslippers-you're the same as me then!mine is 5 days late ! it is messing with me,i just know it!

i'm trying not to get too worked up because if af shows i know i'm gonna be gutted. My dp is getting very impatient too.

Have to say i am feeling sicky too. But i have to confess i did do atest and it was negative, but i am thinking maybe it's too early maybe??? i think it takes alot to show up for me my last was faint and i was a week late. And with my ds his line was faint too. So i'm hoping that's the reason i'm hoping it's a false negative. lol. i wish i hadn't of tested. lol. i think if i'm not on by monday next week then i'll do another test but i'll probably have af before that. i have a feeling that will happen. i hope not. I WANT A BABY!!! .lol.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you scorpio if you for me. lol.

Pinkslippers and Scorpio - I have no symptoms whatsoever and only did a test as we'd got back from holiday and were going to enjoy some G&Ts! maybe it was 6th sense but with long cycles I expected it to be negative.

Fifi - did your Doc mind you going to see him/her? policy round here is that you just book in with the midwife for 13 wks from your last cycle but I am a bit confused with my dates as my bleeding on 1st March was only really for 2 days then a light brown tinged discharge. I got a BFP on 4th March (posted about it in the other thread) but did another straight after and it was negative so thought 1st test was a false one.
If anyone has got this far with this reply well done! Sorry if it doesn't make sense. Can the Doctor give me any info or should I just phone midwife instead?
