Fillybee · 27/09/2017 15:14

@glitterbug76 that sounds so beautiful, it must have been very emotion filled indeed xxxx

TurquoiseDress · 27/09/2017 15:46

I didn't do anything special to mark out due date last December- DH hadn't even really remembered it Hmm

But he did seem to have a think about it all when I reminded him!

I was at work that day, very busy so I didn't have time to dwell. Just remember felling v v v sad...about the fact we should've had a newborn baby, it was the run up to Christmas.

And most of all, the fact that I wasn't yet pregnant again- 6 months down the line from MMC and 5 months TTC.

What got me through the MMC and the weeks/months after was convincing myself that I'd be pregnant again soon(ish).
Alas, it wasn't to be.
And still isn't, dammit.

TurquoiseDress · 27/09/2017 15:51

CD30 today and AF not here yet, pink spotting continues so I'm sure she's not far off, the bitch.

Also, my temp dropped right down this morning. Sorry to bore you all with temp charts, but thought it might be good to show mine so that others who are starting can see.

It does make me feel better temping, at least a temp drop kills the Hopeful Twat in me so I'm not painfully wondering for the next day or so!

Gah still a flashing smiley and we've not DTD again yet. Maybe we will today. Found cheapie OPK's and they are clearly negative. So frustrating as just want to get pregnant again now!!!

Glitterbug76 · 27/09/2017 16:11

Turquoise Fingers crossed xxx

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/09/2017 16:41

@yellowfrontdoor That's pretty much it. But soon!! :)
----------
I know that this is a bit blurry and is obviously negative still, but I just needed to share how relieved I am that they're darkening and this cycle seems better.

I might have overdone it in the bd department recently so I'm not sure if it'll effect anything but I figured fuck it I'll just have fun this cycle and try not to stress so much. I had enough the last few months to last me a lifetime, it's time to just be in the moment.

Aww haybay what a tough time you have had :( very drawn out, Poor you xx
nocats thinking of you 💖

Woo, only started opks 2 days ago on cd 18 not expecting to get a postive this cycle and its postive this afternoon cd 20 after i naturally mc'd on the 8th Sep. It was negative this morning.. I'm shocked lol
Dtd on cd 18 and will do it tonight & tomorrow. I usually ovulate on cd 12/13 and have 26day cycles pre mc. Am i doing the wrong thing, Could i cause myself problems ttc so soon?

I would have been having my 16 week gender scan next Tuesday 😔

Xx

Flatwhite31 · 27/09/2017 17:06

Hi @Haybay1. Thank you for your helpful post. I had bleeding for around 9ish days after my ERPC. I then had absolutely nothing for around 17 days. I then had very grace bleeding for 2 days, which then literally 'switched off' like a tap. I then started to bleed again yesterday. I thought it had stopped again today, but I've started to bleed again around an hour ago (4pm). The weird thing is I have no AF symptoms with it. No pain, no sore boobs (which I always get before and during AF). Nothing! It's strange.

BlueeSpottyTiger · 27/09/2017 17:08

Goodluck unicorn 💕 what cd are you on? Xx

coastalchick · 27/09/2017 17:15

@blue - no, no harm in trying now and won't do any damage. My opk and cycle all over chip shop too so think just DTD when you can/feel like it and fingers crossed!!!

One girl on here said she didn't have a positive ovulation test in cycle 1 after MC but had a 4 year old daughter to show for it!

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/09/2017 17:17

@Bluee Thank you. I'm on CD11. It's a bit weird this month actually as my AF is due on the 15th (the same date as my expected one in May) so we'll see. Can I really be so fortunate to have it work out on the same dates? It'd be a very weird coincidence!

And in answer to your question, I don't think you'd be causing any harm in doing so. But bare in mind that you may have a longer cycle this time round. But congrats on your opk :)

KerryLeanne84 · 27/09/2017 17:22

Yellow- that opk looks positive to me! The line on the right looks stronger

Turquoise- thanks for sharing your chart! I have started temping so it is helpful

yellowfrontdoor · 27/09/2017 18:21

Just re-tested & got a definite positive.

Poor DH hasn't stopped all day, I've just phoned to tell him the.. ahem... good news.

Is it just me, or is 'baby-making sex' the worst kind? I never seem to have a carefree shag anymore.

Unicorn you're like me, when I got my first darker one, I was over the moon.

Turquoise sorry your chart isn't looking hopeful. Can I trot out the ttc manta of 'you're not out until AF appears'? Keeping my fingers crossed.

For what it's worth Blue I conceived without a period second time around, it did end in miscarriage sadly but the gynae team were emphatic that it was nothing to do with how quickly we'd conceived again. Absolutely wouldn't be drawn into any debate on it.
It made me feel better.

Glitter that sounds like such an beautifully poignant moment.

BlueeSpottyTiger · 27/09/2017 18:23

unicorn Ooh that would be a coincidence! a very good coincidence :) goodluck!
Oh i know it will be longer the latest I've ever ovulated in the past was cd 16 after my first mc and that cycle was 30days long!
Am i right in think lp always remains pretty much the same? Mine is and always has been 12days as long as I've tracked it, even 30months ago when ttc dd. So techincally i should ovulate today/tomorrow so will count 1dpo on Friday and SHOULD be due af on the 11th October.. My 25th birthday is on the 10th so I'll test then and hope for an extra special birthday present. Wishful eh 😣
costal well that's good news, Sometimes the surge is so quick people miss the postive 😁 do you track with opks or anything? I'm not bothering with temping yet.

What cd is everyone on? Xx

BlueeSpottyTiger · 27/09/2017 18:29

yellow wow wee! Definate postive 😁
Get to it 😂
I don't tell dp when I'm ovulating because i don't want him thinking I'm using him(yes it got to a point) haha! since we concieved last time we have been having really passionate dtds so i wanna keep up the excitement as I've read the more 'into it' he is the more ahem...seamen and therefore sperm is released.. the more the better in our case 😂
Also we are using conceive plus(HIGHLY recommend!!!) if inserting that up my foof in a old calpol syringe isn't exciting i dont know what is lol x

yellowfrontdoor · 27/09/2017 18:33

We use conceive plus too, so sexy!

I did toy with not telling DH about fertile weeks & LH surges, unfortunately seeing them sellotaped & labelled to a piece of A4 on our bedroom sideboard took the mystery out of it! Wink

I posted last week that he feels like he's being 'milked' Grin

Flatwhite31 · 27/09/2017 18:41

Anyone else got a seriously messed up body? If my period was last Wed, I'm CD 8, but I'm still bleeding on and off. Honestly fed up. 5 weeks since MMC and I have no idea what's going on with my piece of s**t body.

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/09/2017 18:41

@Yellow There's no denying that one!!

@Bluee I should be so lucky. Either way I'm thankful that is cycle seems to have gone without a hitch, minus the minute bit of spotting in between (nowhere near as bad as last month).

I've tried not to tell DH about my ovulation days and fw as it stresses him out a bit. Unfortunately they're all placed on the windowsill with no tape or anything (have a estate agent check up so god knows how I'll move them successfully!!) Grin

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 27/09/2017 18:45

@Flatwhite31 I have this last month. Finished AF on cue, completely clear and then CD10 had bleeding on and off for, maybe 5-6 days. I'll be honest, it prolonged my ovulation (if that actually was a thing), made my cycle longer and was just all-round shit as a reminder of the crap you've dealt with. I now put it down to hormones attempting to be normal but being so low to begin with (like going from a high to a sharp dip suddenly). I know that doesn't help much though. It's just a crap situation throughout really

Flatwhite31 · 27/09/2017 21:25

It's such a horrible reminder @UnicornsandRainbows1. My MMC was 5 weeks ago today, and not a day has passed since then where I haven't cried. I'm just so bloody sad.

BlueeSpottyTiger · 27/09/2017 22:09

yellow Haha being 'milked' 🙈 that is so something my dp would say!!
unicorn you seem very organised! All i have is Ovia and a little note pad where i stick the opks.. which is pretty horrible if you think about it lol
flatwhite Aww Doll :( it's tough isn't it! It's normal to be sad xx Was that your first pregnancy/child? Is there anything you can do to cheer your self up take your mind of it atleast for a while?
i actually feel bad because I'm not sad alot, i do get sad at lots of stuff but I'm not generally sad all the time. And it only happened 20days ago, Makes me question if I'm normal! It makes me feel guilty because that baby was SO wanted!!

Flatwhite31 · 27/09/2017 22:25

@BlueeSpottyTiger one of the reasons I'm sad is because I have no children yet, so I have no reassurance of being able to carry a pregnancy. I've tried doing things to cheer myself up, like go out to my favourite restaurant, but I just cry wherever I go. I'm very tired from bleeding too, so that isn't helping.

mummykezza · 28/09/2017 08:43

@BlueeSpottyTiger I wasn't feeling that sad either and wondered what was wrong with me as I really wanted this, but I think already having a 2 year old has distracted me and now I just want to get on with it and try again. But yesterday I got my scan letter and made me v sad again, plus it seems like everyone on the tube is pregnant and if I see another baby on board badge I might scream. Waiting for this MC bleed to stop and get back to OV'ing. Waiting is the worse!!

@Flatwhite31, I'm so sorry hun. You're allowed to feel like that, it's completely normal in your situation. Also if I hear someone else tell me "well at least you GOT pregnant, thats a good sign" I will also scream.

Think i'll be screaming a lot this week.....
