So my crosshairs have moved and now my insemination was potentially 36-48 hours before ovulation. Feeling pretty disheartened now

36 hours before ovulation is totally fine! Can sometimes take 24 hours for them to swim up - keep the faith! Also the crosshairs aren't always reliable, if you want to post your chart we could help interpret it. I found FF put my ovulation back by a day which I didn't agree with two cycles ago.

I originally thought day 14 which still would have been 36-48 hours before as second insemination wasn't until 10pm on the day of what I thought was ovulation.

Hmmm the three temps higher than previous 6 would be day 16, but lots of people don't see a thermal shift till a day or so later so day 15 is totally possible and is consistent with you having had the positive OPK on day 14.

Depends I suppose how long you ovulate after the LH surge and if you have an immediate or slightly delayed thermal shift but I reckon it's 15 or 16 so your insemination was bang on time

PS that little dip on day 25 is ripe for an implantation dip - fingers crossed!

@juneybean yep, your chart looks similar to mine, and natural cycles says I ovulated between the morning of the dip (your cd14) and the morning of the rise (your cd 15)

Hi guys, how's everyone doing? I hope stillvic is OK!! I've been roaming the other threads and I get REALLY annoyed (then feel guilty of my bitterness) of the ''is this my bfp' posts. I just think, well thereabouts two fucking lines luv, then I feel guilty because they're happy and I've spent a week upside down on a bean bag. While I think that there are some attention seekers on here, how nice would it fucking be to jog on down to the thread and be like 'ladies, the sperm has seen the ovum, BFP is here!' But it seems like it's never going to happen ☹️

I'm spotting over here so likely going to get my period tomorrow or Friday. So fucking fed up, and I think our donor is getting sick of us, so we'll likely be up shit creek just now.

It is so shit!! Like we've endured years of cramps to now analyse every single one, bleed for 5 days since 11yrs old for what feels like nothing and have hurdle after hurdle.

How the hell is your donor getting annoyed?? For solely giving his sperm??? If it was a click of the fingers, some men would still moan!!!!

Feeling a bit pissed off tonight. Looks like it's not happened again! Not sure if I should test or not. 12dpo did an internet cheapie this afternoon and BFN. Spotting at the minute which is how AF usually starts for me. Feeling fed up and like I've let me DH down again. He has been super sweet and supportive but can help feeling ragged off! Agh!

@juneybean he said exactly the same thing. I don't know whether to test feel like it will be a waste of money telling something I already know. The deluded part of me thinks I got a BFN cos it was the in the afternoon and an internet cheapie. But the reality is I think I will get the same result in a frer. Just fed up really.

I totally understand :( silly you for testing in the afternoon though! Always use FMU! Then you know for sure haha. I'm tempted to test tomorrow but I know it's pointless.
