been trying ever since. and no. every month the same. this month as well as AF ive another surprise - a cyst. where no one ever ever wants one.
so this month will be lost. along with all dignity as i beg the hospital to lance it.

jones ha ha TTC causes rows!!

Me and my DH like a good row just so we get to say what we want then we become friends again, we've had too many bad things happen and with my parent being ill it just reinforces that life's too short... so we're fucking vile then about 5minutes later, we're like 'I'm always your friend' 'life you more' bullshit ha ha honestly, we just let a few weeks frustration out and then move on! I'm lucky!!

Yeah juney let us know!

donkey it's like... if you're legs are not in the air, are really trying?... ha ha planning my post-dtd, music, tea, an episode of something ha ha!!

juneybean · 09/09/2017 21:33

TTC definitely causes rows in our household.

Having a chuckle at if your legs aren't in the air are you even trying. So fucking true!!!

Mrsjones17 · 09/09/2017 21:52

@blooming that's very true. We had a few heated words and stomping around and now we're back to being friends again now haha 🙄 bit mentioned DTD just waiting to see if it happens tonight. If we miss a night fuck it! I'd rather be friends again rather than desperately trying to get through DTD with the face on haha!

BloomingImpatient · 09/09/2017 22:32

Ha ha jones true but I tell him, it's bloody dtd all time and NOW it's a chore?! Told my DH to get over it and he should feel lucky!! You've got to laugh about it, shagging all the bloody time then time passes and it's a chore!! I mean, it's a bit annoying when you've had a shower, got in to bed, sweat, then try sort yourself out for work in the morning, the sights my director has seen me in ha ha thank the lord for dry shampoo, primark hair bands and 10,000 bobby pins

juney I know yeah!! TTC should be called 'conception perfection: the monopoly of trying to keep sperm in the vagina long enough tackling bum spinning, pillow packing, heel hurting, thigh flopping, pelvis juggling... god forbid you need to let one slip or cough!!!!!'

There should be a bloody school for this shit!!! Ha!!!

We'll all start one when the BFP's arrive, covered in baby sick and neon shit!!

BloomingImpatient · 09/09/2017 22:33

*in the beginning, shagging all the time!

pinkdonkey · 10/09/2017 08:49

Grin you're cheering me up ladies

TheFlame · 10/09/2017 15:42

I'd just to like to add to my moan, after last month being 21 FUCKING DAYS, this month is 31 FUCKING DAYS rather than my normal 28. And I'm more crampy than i have been for ages. FFS!

Thank you, I feel better for venting.

Mrsjones17 · 11/09/2017 09:40

Ok so just figured out this week is last chance saloon before DH deploys again...I thought he was going later in October but no it's two days before I suspect I will ovulate. FFS. Feeling pretty pissed off.

I genuinely never thought it would take this long even if he is in the forces. Yes it's 10 cycles but in months it's way more because of him having to go away. I'm sick to the back teeth if people asking me when we are going to have a baby or point out that from our friendship group we're the only ones who haven't had a baby yet. In the back of my mind I knew deployments we're going to be tricky but I never thought we would have an issue when he is at home.

I guess I'm just feeling a bit down about the whole thing know that that is this year out of it doesn't happen this cycle.

On that note trying to make the most if it, just about to enter fertile window. I'm not opking so what do you reckon DTD every day??? We were going to go for every other day but would that be enough??? Fuck knows. I feel like I need to give it everything I've got but along the same lines of @blooming I'm trying to remain calm.

To ease the issue this is the plan:
Option 1: end of September comes and im pregnant (yay!)
Option 2: end if September comes and im not pregnant (more likely) booking a holiday for when he gets back.

Sorry for long post just needed to rant!!

MummysMaison · 11/09/2017 14:53

Hi Ladies. We have visitors with us and my DH has been drinking every night with them. They are here for another 2 weeks. On the 2 days i'm sure i OV'd over he had too much and wasn't in the mood grrrrr.

juneybean · 11/09/2017 20:27

Note to self...if you're going to orgasm do it straight away not 15 mins later. A boatload of spunk and conceive plus just pissed out of me and soaked my knickers.

Mrsjones17 · 11/09/2017 21:15

@juney oh god I've just spat tea everywhere reading that!!!! 😂😂😂😂

juneybean · 11/09/2017 21:21

Proper lush this TTC lark

pinkdonkey · 12/09/2017 10:13

flame I feel your pain my cycles have been all over the place this last year.

Mrsjones What a nightmare! At least you still get a shot at this month, your plans sound good.

Mummys DH is often not in the mood due to the industrial strength medication he's on. It sucks as it means even DTD 2-3 times in fertile window is hard work.

juneybean · 13/09/2017 10:17

Hurrah! Two lots of acupuncture done and a blazing positive OPK this morning! Sperm ahoy tonight!

Mrsjones17 · 13/09/2017 11:09

@juney woohoo!!!!

Summer1986 · 14/09/2017 20:42

Good luck Juney! Hope everyone is well, I've been lurking a bit but not been active on the boards, had a lot on my mind.
Went to see my GP last week and had a good chat about things. Had my CD3 bloods done and got a form to get CD21 progesterone levels next week. Next step will be hubby to get tested but I'm trying to stay positive and hope we get a BFP before then. Currently on cycle day 12, having some pains so think ov is just around the corner. Have ditched the OPK's this month and can't decide if I feel better for It!

LovePinaColada · 14/09/2017 20:42

Good luck @juney! 🤞

hellybellyjellybean · 14/09/2017 20:58

Good luck @juneybean! Just out of interest what's acupuncture like?

@Summer1986 how long have you been ttc? DH has an appointment next week to get himself checked then my turn at the docs the week after, did he advise anything other than relax?

Tia

Mrsjones17 · 14/09/2017 21:22

@juney how often are you having accupuncture? Had my first fertility session on Monday next one is in two weeks

juneybean · 14/09/2017 22:26

@mrsjones17 - I did Saturday, Tuesday and tomorrow. Then a break as it's contraindicated in the first trimester and I ovulated today. Do wonder if it's doing good things as had that raging positive op yesterday and then today had horrendous ovulation cramps which I never get! How are you getting on?

@hellybellyjellybean - it's fine honestly. A little sting when the needle goes in but nothing much more. My place uses 13 needles in various points and leaves them for 30 minutes.

@lovepinacolada - thank you! How are you doing my love?

@summer1986 - I pretty much binned off temping and opking and do feel much better for it. Literally did one opk a day for three days.

LovePinaColada · 14/09/2017 22:32

I am ok thanks @juneybean - utterly confused by my body though! Weird cycles, weird bleeding & weird positive OPKs on my first month trying them!

God knows what's going on! Feeling pretty disappointed by it all & my body. 😩

Accupuncture sounds fab / I have considered it, may see if I can find one!

juneybean · 14/09/2017 22:38

You're not pregnant already are you Grin they can cause positive opks!!

LovePinaColada · 14/09/2017 22:53

Ooo gosh don't get my hopes up @juneybean! but no! I finished AF only on Monday (which was ridiculously light for me) but now it seems AF may have kicked back in! Bleurrrrghhh! Hate my body sometimes.

PNGirl · 14/09/2017 23:07

Well, at long last I have managed a 26 and then a 29 day cycle having taken my last pill on around the 4th January and had 34, 41, and 59 day cycles before that. Does this mean the pill is finally out of my system? Oh, I doubt it. I am spotting mid cycle, again. I wasn't able to use OPKs as I have spent my fertile week in a cottage with my parents and DH for a long-distance family wedding. Onwards... I'm now thinking that at least I might be able to have some nice cheese at Christmas. And wine. Lots of wine.

Summer1986 · 15/09/2017 06:58

@hellyjellybean I came off the pill last August and for the first few months we were quite relaxed about It. Since January I've been tracking my cycle and doing OPK's. Had a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage in July. Gp basically said stop with the opks and lose some weight (bmi of 31 at present) but agreed to doing some bloods.
