I'm not sure to be honest, as I wonder about my own cervix as I know when I have smears and had DIUI in the past they said my cervix was shy so it does worry me that maybe I'm not getting the little bastards where they need to be!

I've decided to not temp/opk this month as well. My donor can only come on those dates so what's the point?

Do you do legs in the air or slide down off the bed etc? I've been reading about tilted angles/positions but I'm honing in on relaxing. Chilling out, maybe get my Dh to make a cup of tea while I'm upside ha but leaning/legs up/sliding on to a pillow/bean bag is all because I'll be doing sweat fa and chilling the fuck out. I might even download some chilled piano ministry of sound and snooze tbh.

If it's not relaxing, I'm not interested!!

I do stick some cushions under my bum and lie like that for half an hour afterwards, I did try to rotate but I worry it'll all roll out of my foof whilst I'm moving haha maybe I should try hanging off the side of the bed and hope the dog doesn't lick my bum.

juney I'm booked IRONICALLY for the Wednesday before ovulation and the Wednesday after. Straight work.

I try to go for legs elevated approach...soon round and return feet in the head board whilst having a read and cup of tea! It has done naff all so far but seem to keep doing it! Haha

Oooh well that was interesting. Had my acupuncture... it involved 13 little needles in my ankles hands, stomach, head and pubis.

Was very relaxing, didn't really hurt, just a twinge when the needle went in. Have booked another for Tuesday as think I'll ovulate Thursday, and you shouldn't really have them if you think you might be pregnant so I might fit another in before I think implantation will be.

to those who have had losses

AF arrived yesterday on cd 54 which would mean either (based on ewcm) a short lp or we completely missed the fertile window. Bloody irregular cycles! Wondering whether to try opks this month. Mind you as I said to DH if we conceive this month we would be due at the time of our booked holiday for next summer, so still hoping the law of sods will help us out!

How is it still possible to feel so hopefull in the 2ww after all this time. I've had just about every combination of supossed pg symptoms going in the 2ww so you would think I'd have learned, but no, I've got a cold and been exhausted all this week and hoping that was a pg sign!

So month 18 coming up, bring on the upside down leg waggling.

First day of DTD for this cycle today and we've had a row....of course we have!!
