Ready, honey - trying not to get too excited for you - but it is difficult!! So I'll change the subject - beautiful day today (well down here anyway). went to Longleat as it is DD's birthday - great day, but tired now!!!

take care all

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 01/04/2007 17:55

Fettleandminifettle - Lovely to see you, as always!! It is a beautiful day today!! And my garden is starting to look great!!

fettleandminifettle · 01/04/2007 19:01

Can't wait until we move into our own house and we can start proper gardening - our current garden really isn't worth the effort - we move out again in August - so not long enough to do anything. Must mow the lawn though!!

I'm doing ok - feeling much more energetic, but unfortunately caught one of the many viruses going around, so have a really sore throat, which I would love to soothe with some chemicals of some type, but obviously I'm not complaining! With my history, I'm trying to avoid anything, including paracetamol.

Having DD's 3rd birthday today has brought home that we've been trying for another baby for 2 years now and thankfully all seems to be going well this time around so far.

I do hope AF stays away for you Ready

take care all

Ready - sorry I was not here earlier for moral support, glad that fettle and honey were here for you though. I just wanted to try to help with the not raising your hopes up by saying that normally your af arrives a day after temp drop, so it might not arrive til tomorrow. Of course really I am hoping that it stays away much longer than that, but just wanted to try to ease the rotten place you are in now. The no-man's land time is no fun for anyone. I will try to pop back here again later in case you come back again, but the spurs match should have finished by now! Also - well done on the garden, sure it looks great.

Gracie, eggs4easter, seaside - good to hear from you.

greedyforbabies · 02/04/2007 09:20

ready? i have come on especially to check on you.
i have a horrible feeling that no news is NOT good news. i hope you are ok, still got everything crossed

honeyapple · 02/04/2007 09:38

Hi Mum03-
I'm fine... well actually I'm feeling like absolute sh*te today. Just been to GP... worried I had a chest infection, but she said just a virus, take paracetamol- so all good, as I really didnt want to take antibiotics. Just worrying myself into believing I was getting pneumonia. Havent had any actual throwing up episodes, but generally been feeling not right and very nauseous, have to eat all the time to keep it at bay. Mind you with this horrid cold/cough I havent wanted to eat at all. I have a scan booked for april 10th.

I've seen you been a bit down recently. Don't forget it took me 6mths this time, despite previously no effort in ttc. And on the month I got BFP i really wasnt expecting it- had just about given up.

greedyforbabies · 02/04/2007 09:49

well ready, as much as i would LOVE to hang around on MN all day i really can't. my dh thinks i am being a very neglectful mother cos i have left the kids watching TV to come on here to look for any messages from you.

i REALLY hope you are ok, and i think you deserve hugs anyway...........either congratulatory or comiseratory (is that a word?)

HUGS!!!!

MrsMcEasterBunny · 02/04/2007 09:59

Having a dilemma ? work want me to go away on business this week Weds & Thurs. I am meant to go back to my GP on Thursday to discuss my test results. The results were meant to be in already and my plan was that if they were negative, I?d postpone the appointment and go on the trip but if they were positive, I?d stay. Health comes first I think.

There is now a spanner in the works! The local hospital did not have the facilities to do the test so they have sent the blood to another hospital and the results are not back yet. I thought that this made my decision for me as my GP asked for a few days to look things up after the results. This would mean Thursday is too soon to see her but the next appointment is not until 17/4. When I explained this to the receptionist, he said they could call the hospital tomorrow to see if the results are ready and then still come in on Thursday but they might not be in and the Dr might not have time to look up what she needs to and therefore the appointment might be pointless. Work need to know today whether or not I can go to make arrangements.

I really don?t know what to do. If I have OVd this cycle, it was on cd28 (now on cd33 or 5dpo) and so if I have managed to get PG and have this blood clotting issue then I would be 20dpo on 17/4 and therefore in a riskier position than if I knew already I had the condition. That said, I wouldn?t be testing until 12/4 and would have to see the GP again after that anyway to find out what I need to do so in reality.

Help!

Now I?ll catch up on what you?ve all been saying and then post again!

honeyapple · 02/04/2007 10:04

Hi Mrs- I would tend to say if you want to go away with work then you should do that. It may be a good thing to take your mind of the test results- whatever they may be. It doesnt sound like you can guarentee your GP will have anything useful to say on thursday. And you may be able to get an earlier appointment than 17/4 if someone cancels. If you don't go away, and the test results arent back- how will you feel?

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 02/04/2007 10:06

Morning all. Sorry that you have been waiting for news from me. I am never normally even on here this early, but I thught I should come and tell you where I am at!

As you can see, the mother of all temp dips - Now I am below the coverline!! So definitely not pregnant, but still not CD1 yet.

In all seriousness, do you think that the pregnacare with B6 could be lengthening my LP?

Sorry to hear that you are under the weather Honeyapple - try not to worry (yeah right huh!) but just rest plenty!!

Right.... best get on. Will pop back later. Hopefully by that time it will have become CD1 and I can get on with the next cycle

Hope everyone is well!

R x

PS. Sorry for making you neglect your children Greedy

Hello everyone

Ready about the temp dip - it is so hard not to get hopeful even when you know it is unlikely, especially when you so often see stories like "we only bd once and it was 3 days before AF ??!"

honeyapple sorry you are feeling low and under the weather - bring on the summer sunshine and the blooming phase!

MrsMc work dilemmas - well I would prob say the same as honeyapple and go on the trip - I know what a nightmare docs can be - The results will be the same and it is so frustrating to get all built up for the results and then not get them. At least if you wait they will def have them. That said if you feel like you do not want to go away from home DH etc (very understandable) then you shouldn't feel bad about not going. Thinking of you and hope the results are good whenever you get them.

Yum03 - about rubbish PMT

greedy & fettle - lovely to cyber-see you. Hope you are both doing OK!

rah - any signs of OV yet?

I am a bit peturbed today as am on CD12 and every time I have used CB monitor I get Peak day on CD12 but only got a high this morning? if I havent got one by tomorrow looks like no ov this month? (Not that it seems to help with a BFP anyway!!) My temsp are also a lot lower than norm but I thought that was just down to taking them a bit earlier but maybe not?? v confused! If I do not OV I will not get a temp rise right?? - Oh well - not sure why I try to understand my body anyway - its a mystery (think lisping Toah Wilcox singing!!)

Eggs4- hope AF is waving goodbye soon

cedar12 - Hi - are you going to join us on the temp list!

EasterRampantRAHbit · 02/04/2007 10:46

Hi Ready...Sorry about your temp dip...Don't worry I will still be here next month with you!... This month is a right off for me 2. I think my eggs got fried when I got so stressed out over my bro and family situation. I told you May/June is a lucky month as have conceived twice before in that month before, so I strongly believe that it will be a lucky month for all of us!

EasterRampantRAHbit · 02/04/2007 10:50

seaside72 - I know what you mean, I thought I had it figured last month, as everything went perfectly. But no positive OPK yet or EWCM...I am hoping I will ovulate before Wednesday as husband is going away on business on Wednesday and when he gets back he will be hungover! I think this month is completely off balance, plus not had any of my reflexology this month due to health farm. although I will be secretly hoping of a conception it is highly unlikely this month.

seaside72 · 02/04/2007 10:59

IKWYM rah - I have started to sort of triple bluff myself - so the more unlikely a BFP seems the more I think I might get it as I never get them when it seems I might/have done everything right so am clinging in desperation to a hope might get one when everyting seems wrong?? Told you I was confused today??

Atually we have 2 unruly toddlers staying at the moment and I think my eggs have gone into hiding in fright!!
