ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 31/03/2007 12:25

Yum - Roll call sounds like a plan!! Have fun at your wedding!

Greedy - It's really funny that you should ask this question, as I foolishly have been turning it over in my mind. I have decided that I would definitely still wait a week until I tested. 18 high temps at the very least. But I have jinxed myself for thinking like this... low temp tomorrow. I will bet you a Green & Black's white easter egg!

greedyforbabies · 31/03/2007 12:30

ready - i bet it is all you can think about isn't it? if you are anything like me (which we know you aren't actually!). i kept checking my temps throughout the day at random times to see if i could still make it high! i know.......i'm a weirdo and there is absolutely no point in doing that cos what could it possibly tell you, but i kept doing it anyway!

i really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really hope this is the month for you ready!

mum03 - if you are pg this month then you have done it in march like we agreed! remember?

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 31/03/2007 12:48

Haha! Maybe we are not so different, I keep wondering whether I should take my temp just to see where it is at! But keep telling myself it is daft Yes... it is all I can think about, which is really fecking me off actually. Because I just know I am not pregnant, and I am being an idiot for getting my hopes up. I am going to come down to earth with a bump tomorrow, and it's going to hurt like crazy!! Argh.

cedar12 · 31/03/2007 15:02

After all my adjustments etc Af arrived this morning Feeling really fed up I know i shouldn't but I really got my hopes up.
Anyway will have to go for it this month now I have sort of got the idea of all this temperature stuff. Af really early was cd26 today now obviously cd1, caught me out don't think I have every been this early usually between 28-30 days.I think my body must still be settling down after my ectopic pg it only my 2nd period since it happened.
Ready I really hope your temp stays up keep us informed bright and early tomorrow.

sorry no time to post hopefully catch up tomorrow hope you all have a good weekend!

ready how aill you resist testing!?

EasterRampantRAHbit · 31/03/2007 19:09

Thanks guys on temp advise. Did have late night and had a little tipple.

Have done OPK for two days and both negative, not even faint lines. Normally ovulate on day 15 or 16, so think that I might not of ovulated. I never have very obvious CM, It is a bit EW when I wipe, but don't even get any long stringy bits

My plan this month was to keep cool and hang on to the last possible moment to reach optimum day of fertility, wanted to try and give the sperm a chance to build up. I reckon we have been doing it too much and by the fertile day any quality sperm is gone.

On a totally different subject got my new car today...Got a Vauxhall Zahira, it has blacked out windows, sat nav and a DVD player... So we are all set in the car department for a baby!

I will also not discuss Ready's position... but make sure you update bloody quickly as will be on tender hooks!

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 31/03/2007 19:43

Oh Cedar I am sorry to hear your news today! Glad you feel as though you have the hang of this temping lark now! Fingers crossed for next month for you.

Eggs4Easter - I strongly suspect I won't have to resist the urge to test, as my next cycle will start tomorrow, stopping me from any more foolish expectations! But honestly, I think I would be pretty relaxed about testing.

Rahbit - Well, it is very possible that the alcohol could have affected your temp, so don't panic. See what tomorrow brings. Last months the OPKs worked for you, so the -ves are probably accurate, again, try not to worry about one seemingly abnormal temp - it can always be disregarded.
So, this month's plan - are you going to wait until you get a +ve on the OPKs and then go for it? Fingers crossed for you!!
Loving the sound of the new car - DVD player huh!!

Seaside - honey, how you doing?

Weepootleflump - Hope all went well with the move!! We missed you.

Hello everyone else!!

Very quiet on here today... hope everyone is ok??

Hello ladies

Hi EasterRah hope you are doing better hon Enjoy your new car!. I?m waiting for the results from the blood clotting screen.

Eggs4easter ? oven cleaning was my most hated job until I found some great stuff in Tesco (can?t remember name) it?s superb, the trays go into bags with pink gel which also goes in the oven, spotless in a couple of hours!

Yum03 ? easteregged ? I love it!

As I said on the other thread Cedar, I?m sorry about AF hon.

Hello everyone ? I really do think it is time we got a few BFPs, it?s only fair!!

EasterRampantRAHbit · 31/03/2007 22:00

Evening all...

I agree, we have been very let down recently in the BFP's... must have some soon!

I'm so knackered going to bed

MrsMc - what type of timescales did they give you for your test results?

Has the CD's got out of sink?

Are there people on the list that don't chart at the moment? Just thinking it might be better to condense down for ease of use?

yum03creameggs · 01/04/2007 10:35

Roll call:

Rahrah - 36.3 CD14 LP13(5th cycle)
Mum03 tbc CD21 11dpo LP14(4th cycle)

Thought since so many of the stats are out it would be best to start the list again, hope you folks don't mind (have copied yours in Rampant as you already posted this morning. My temp still says tbc as I am not temping through the 2ww this time.

im thinking of trying my old casserole dishes in it too - bring a bit of life back into them.

i think condensing the list is a good idea its awfully long.

Good idea for the roll call, I agree that it was getting long, and some people were no longer on here... people can add themselves as and when they wish

So... still not CD1 yet, although I am assuming that the temp dip means that it will become CD1 later today. Only once in my charting history have I had a 13 day LP and on that occasion, my temp didn't go below the coverline... so I presume I am having one of those cycles. I am having cramps, but still no sign of anything - which is frustrating.

Anyway, enough about that! I was giggling away about this Oven Pride stuff... I feel really to admit this, but I clean my oven with bicarbonate of soda and lemon juice

RAHbit - Your temp is back down a bit, so are you happy that yesterday's temp was just a blip due to late night and a tipple??

Eggs4EasterFertilizedPlz · 01/04/2007 11:06

ready - when i was washing down the racks in the sink i was boasting to dps friend how sparkly clean they had come out and he said to me aswell - i used bicarbonate of soda and it has exactly the same effect. talk about burst my bubble! i thought i had discovered the miracke cure for dirty ovens

Morning all not temping until start of next cycle. But would like to hang around so added myself in

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 01/04/2007 11:21

Gracie I looked at your chart this morning, and noticed you hadn't been temping? Is everything ok?

Eggs4Easter - Bless ya!! The bicarb method is more work I think... although I just leave the grill pans and wire racks etc to soak in the stuff, and just leave a paste of bicarb on the bottom of the oven - overnight and the next day just scrape it all away. It's a bit old-school I must admit

Hi all - sorry I am still here! I have been temping on my chart just kept forgetting to update on here daily!! I have been temping an hour earlier this month but it as been a bit erratic - temps are obv lower cos of the time.

I am in the business part of the month but am denying all knowledge of this to DH even though he keeps asking!

Anyway - sorry to have been quiet for a few days we have visitors staying and I haven't had a moment to myself until now!

Hope everyone is good - will catch up tomorrow.

Ready fingers and toes crossed hon

honeyapple · 01/04/2007 16:57

Hiya,

Just popping in to say good luck to all. Sorry I havent been around recently- got a bit lost with all the newbies on here.

Ready- how are you? Hope AF is staying away, fingers REALLY crossed for you.

Bicarb of soda you say eh? Mmmm defo need to clean my oven....

xxxxx

ovenREADYhotcrossbuns · 01/04/2007 17:17

Ok... still nothing... getting frustrated as I feel as though I will have a show when I go to toilet (sorry TMI!) but nothing - even with all the digging and fighting with gravel DH and I have been doing this afternoon. We sky+ed Spurs, and he's watching that now, and I had to pop on here for some moral support!

Seaside - Good to see you are ok! I think it's good that you are being blase about the crucial time to DH - no need to panic him Just enjoy each other Thank you for your crossed fingers and toes - that makes 2 of us

Honeyapple - Great to see you... how are you getting on?? Thanks for your good luck wishes, I really feel pre-menstrual, so my number is almost up, but there's still a foolish part of me hoping that I am pg. Tut. Keep in touch
