Jumping on the crazy train for the first time... ALL ABOARD FOR THE 2WW!

Firstly I must apologise to all you mumsnetters... I've been a lurker for a while and have never understood the craziness surrounding the 2WW until today! Have literally just ovulated yesterday on our first round of TTC and I've already been symptom spotting/furiously checking and rechecking my calendar and Ovia app like a pro!

Logically I know that there is literally no chance of any symptoms yet and DEFINITELY no need to POAS for the next 10 days at least, but there's another (much louder it seems) part of me that keeps thinking that the reason I'm so bloated/gassy (seriously what is up with that?!) or keep dropping my keys/knocking everything over or these cramps are obviously due to the fact I must be pregnant 🤦🏻‍♀️.

So to stop me going completely around the bend, I thought I'd ask if anyone is due to POAS around the 21st of July? If so, do you want to wait with me? All those who have done this before, feel free to leave me tips on how not to think about this 24/7!

Regarding my cyst thankfully antibiotics have cleared the infection and the cyst shrank down back down to a normal size!! Yay!! Im coming up to my OD so peeing on sticks & BD as much as possible a good few of you have gotten your BFP so hopefully there is plenty of BD going around 😊 i am trying not to get obsessed with TTC this month as i think got a little carried away last month 😳

Hi anyone on the 2ww for this month? I am and it's driving me crazy! Been reading your posts so would be nice to chat with some of you if you still trying! This was our 2nd month of trying (1st very serious) and if not successful will try ovulation tests next month! Af due the 6th Dec so getting closer!

Oh cool! Trying very hard not to symptom spot! Did that last month and convinced myself I was and then got a negative! This month decided not to test until late! 🤞🏻

This waiting is driving me mad! Trying not to give in and test as not even late! Keep looking out for any signs of AF and hoping it doesn't happen!

@Hana327 I gave in and obviously BFN! Definitely not feeling pregnant so just waiting for af to appear so we can get on with TTC next month!

Aww bless you! It maybe a little early but I'm new to this! I'm expecting AF to happen but would just rather it turned up instead of prolonging things! Then agree with what you said move onto trying again next month!
