My boobs aren't hurting as much anymore so out for this cycle for sure I think. Feeling so fed up and disheartened about ttc now especially as ds has announced a pregnancy. Happy for them but feeling sorry for myself

13dpo and bfn. Af due tomorrow and I can feel that all too familiar feeling in my whole body. I feel she will arrive today actually. Arrrg I know what you mean Caffeine! I feel like I must be doing something wrong not to be able to catch that egg. So disheartening. Feel really low

Big hugs nubian it's so sh#t! All of those sperm and one egg it seems impossible for it to not happen. Get yourself some chocolate to make you feel a bit better x

Hello all. Have been keeping off here a bit to keep my sanity! CD 10 for me today; not really feeling sexy in the build up to ov but will have to somehow get down to it over the next few days...! Have been really ill with a flu like illness, bad cough and chest infection. Just getting over that and really not at my best.... not ideal for dtd.

Really hoping to see some bfps on here soon! Does anyone think the last thread (July) was spookily lucky?! Within days everyone seemed to be getting pregnant!! It did make me more hopeful, but now I'm thinking it was a massive fluke! This one is more realistic imo.

Sorry for everyone just having got bfns 😞 It actually takes me a few days to a week to get over that each month, so disheartening it has become. Really hope this month will be lucky for some more of us.

Cycle 6 for me so am going to the gp at the end of August if I am not pregnant by then....starting to wonder if there is something awful wrong with me, like endometriosis or fibroids. Anyone have any experience with these? I have very very light and short periods (worryingly so), which doesn't match with these conditions at all, but also extremely painful ovulation and little tweaks of pain in ovary area throughout the month....which maybe does match...? I don't know.

Fed up but trying to remain hopeful, for all of us xx

It would be great to hear of some BFPs someone has to get one soon surely!

Think I'm 9/10dpo, no symptoms, pretty sure I'm out. To top it all off I have some kind of cyst/fibroid which really hurts so I have no idea what is AF pain and what is pain pain :(

Aww I hoped we'd have lots of BFPs :( I'm consoling myself that my due date would be April 11th if I conceived this month, DD's birthday is the 10th, so that would be one very expensive weekend for us

Sorry for the BFNs and general feelings of unlikelihood. Hopefully someone will get a bfp soon and raise our spirits.

Today is prob 2DPO. Depressingly ovia is telling me it's still 32 days till my next FW due to my long cycles. So annoying as that's pretty much September. DH is a teacher so thought the summer was our best bet for being relaxed and having the time to enjoy ourselves while trying.

I've had dull like ache today like a period pain type of thing - do you get that with implantation? I'm 7dpo I think. I can't remember a thing about my first. Wish I wrote it all down!

Karpuzkiz I can't help because can't remember either with my first. Only thing I recall was havung absolutely painful breasts...more so then normal.

I've had EWCM for a few days but I know it's just my body preparing for af tomorrow! I kinda feel like taking a break from ttc next Cycle. ..but then I think nah I only have so many eggs left (I'm 39!) So have to keep trying to fertilize one of them

Nothing much happening over here. 6dpo, as usual chart looks great. It always bloody does til day before af! Not holding out hope, hasn't happened the past 5 months... but we dtd at all the right times etc etc.

Me too ovaries I caught first time with my first, had had a negative test and just assumed my periods were taking a while to come back. I got painful breasts and went off coffee, but that wasn't till 7 weeks when I realised.

Re the dull ache Karpuzkiz I've been confused by something similar. I thought it was implantation during previous cycles, but used OPKs this time and I actually got it around ovulation.

squashymummy I too had pains when I ovulated this month which were also worse than normal but then I had period type pains again yesterday. All so bonkers!

Think I will test on the weekend, as hubby is around then but if that doesn't show a positive I don't know what to do in the week, take a digital in the morning but then not look at it until we're together that evening maybe? Or just find out on my own?!

Just realised my message back to you nubian didn't add. Hope AF didn't hit you this morning. Chin up my lovely perhaps as hard as it is - it would be impossible for me mind you - try not to think about it and track everything? X

DD age 2
AF due 9 Aug (31 day cycle but last one was 43.. arrgghh)

I'm following the SMEP but haven't managed to get a positive OPK yet so pretty sure I missed it. More BD than usual this month as we were on holiday so hopes are high..

Still waiting for af to arrive. Usually arrive bright and early on the day BUT ofcourse my body has to tease and torment me! I'm still pretty sure af will arrive either tonight or tomorrow. Just out of curiosity I took another test (loads of online cheapies!) And bfn so I'm pretty sure there us NO hope at all. Thanks you lovely ladies keeping my spirits up. I'm dealing with it so much better then in previous cy les and I think it is because I feel supported in this little group who understand exactly what I'm feeling.

Welcome to our little group Syd. I want to try the SMEP next Cycle. Hope you get your bfp with that method.

Karpuzkiz I've decided to test without SO knowing because then I can work out how to surprise with news of a Bfp (when it happens). Feel that would be fun. But if you want to share the moment immediately then do it. It's a special moment. Fingers crossed for Saturday!

How does our body have the ability to play such cruel tricks! Going to pop out on my lunch and buy the early response tests today I think - and will have to resist testing! (Who am I kidding probably going to end up buying shares in the poxy things)

What's SMEP - my brain can't work out the acronyms today!

So the witch came riding on her brrom this lunch time! Arg hate it! Bur now I can go off on my weekend break and have a blast!

SMEP is the sperm meet egg plan. The idea I you bd every other day from day 8 of cycle and once you get a postive opk you bd every day right until ovulation. Thay way you give the sperm and egg evert chance to meet. Raving reviews about it. I also read about eating pineapple for 5 days after ovulation to give implantation the best possible chance. It sounds bonkers but I am going to try everything! if it gives me a chance to conceive baby #2

Oh nubian so sad for you but sounds like the weekend is perfectly planned. I think the worst thing is about it after a couple of days of sulking and moaning you find the positivity and get ready to go again but then you can't even do that have to wait poxy two weeks again!

Thanks Karpuzkiz and Cautious. I knew it was coming so was feeling down for a few days. Now that it's here I am already starting to feel positive about trying again. It's such a roller coaster of emotions from feel sad and hopeless to positive and hopedal to anxious and worried!! Really man don't really know what we fo through. Sure my SO will say aaahh that's disappointing but he has no clue just the sher emotions I feel through each cycle!! Anyway I am still excited about reading about you ladies getting your bfp this cycle. Baby dust xx
