Well af is finally bloody here (excuse the pun) one day late. Cycle 6 has commenced! So firmly taking my seat.

Aaah man!! Sorry Mother. So frustrating when af doesn't arrive on time. Just get hopes up. Well on to the next Cycle and hoping for a bfp

F me, af here with a vengeance. The cramps are so bad I feel like I'm in early labour again! Currently curled up in bed feeling v sorry for myself. DS being v cute though keeps stroking me and giving me kisses 😍 But Jesus, wish this was over already!

Hey ladies, finally joining you after a 35 day cycle. I was actually relieved when AF arrived as had no idea how long the cycle would be. As it is, this puts my FW right in the middle of our summer holiday so good timing hopefully. Also planning to try OPKs for the first time.

Hi everyone, squashy & mother sorry it's really cruel when af late, exactly what happened to me last week x

Trying to be positive now (and trying to be lovely and not fall out with dp as I'll be needing him willing and able in next week or so!).

I would never have thought trying for a baby could put such pressure on a couple!

Thanks @nubian9454 @aneta553 It sure was positive gone negative today, so I should ovulate today then on cd 13! We have dtd everyday for the past week so I'm really hoping this month is our month. Past cycles have been 29 days then this month was 27 so, will be testing around 26th. Good luck both

Hope so too Nubian, also feeling very deflated! Got to try and change my mindset on this. I really wouldn't be so worried other than I wanted a smaller age gap between children!!

I know how you feel Nubian and Impatient, it's so hard not to feel deflated when you feel you're doing everything right and it still doesn't happen. I was hoping for a smaller age gap too but also just realised that last month was my last chance to give birth in my 30s. If I get pregnant this month I'll be 40 at my due date, argh 😧

kashy so will I. I wanted to give birth before my 40s. Impatient I guess we just have to relax and keel trying. I swear the amount of pregnant women I saw to day was just crazy!! Made me realize just how much I want to be pregnat tooooo

I see pregnant women everywhere at the moment nubian, it's driving me crazy. Even though I remember the rubbish bits about being pregnant, I'm still desperate to go through it all again.

I know plenty of people who gave birth in their 40s and all sorts of age gaps that worked out just fine.

Got everything crossed for us all this month!

Sorry about the BFN Mynameis. Fx it's just too early? How long is your LP normally?

6dpo at this end and I'm already symptom spotting like crazy, even though I know logically that (a) it's far too early and (b) given that this is cycle 9, and I haven't even had a whiff of a BFP so far, it's pretty unlikely.
