We've been going a while now so the novelty has well and truly worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area. We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts, we just keep it legs spread and fingers crossed (LSFX). We love a baby bomb from a prior bus-mate but if we get told to 'just relax and enjoy it' ONE MORE TIME you will get a punch in the face!

Smitten dildocam just makes me feel like I need to pee! I even joked last time I was at my hosp that I was going to get a reputation as I'd had so many of them!

Skipper so glad you had a fab time. I definitely need to plan a holiday to Japan! Somewhere I've always wanted to go. Sorry clomid is making you feel yukky.

I think I'm heading into fertile week but I keep forgetting what day I'm on. Hoping that's a good sign in terms of relaxation. Hopefully Agnus Castus arrives today as I'd like to get on it in time for it hopefully to help this cycle.

Skipper it upsets my tummy but I don't feel sick or get sick. Just diarrhoea and quite a rumbly tummy. This is my last cycle on clomid I think though. I've not got enough tablets for another cycles plus it still makes me so emotionally unstable.

Glad you enjoyed the wedding Jam - letting your hair down is a good idea. Hope your wedding wasn't too hard Chlo - sometimes think that we don't know how strong we are until we have to sit through things like that.

As has already been said Smitten - 21 day bloods are based on them being taken at 7DPO - if you are temping then you should be able to work that out and book a blood test accordingly? Your GP surgery should fit you in if you explain that its time critical.

Speaking of 21 day bloods - I go in for round 3 a week today. Let's hope that they actually manage to do them right this time!

No idea what is going on though, had a static smiley on Friday and EWCM, got a load of spots on my chin over the weekend which would suggest hormones are messing about, but still no temperature increase. Could I be having a really long surge? DH has been away for the weekend but we did manage Saturday morning before he left and will dtd tonight but still not convinced. I'm going through phases at the moment of being really positive and proactive and then at other times I just feel so angry that we are being put through this. I'm like a toddler. DH was baby-bombed on his weekend away too and really struggled so worrying a bit about him.

Happily in 3 weeks time we are off to Croatia, Prague then Corfu - absolutely cannot wait for the time off work and definitely making the most of a European password while we still can!

Foof Ultrasounds are fine. Have had 4 I think now.

My god they make you wanna pee though!!!
You sit on a half bed thing semi sat up and erm spread and it it goes.
One think you will probably notice after is the condom smell (thats what they tend to use over them) OMG I hated that smell as a teen and I still hate that smell now.

Vagcam really not that bad smitten - although I think I'm a bit desensitised to them after having them every other damn day for IVF ha ha.

Hm - that sounds confusing flora, could be a long surge I suppose!

I am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to concentrate at work. Actually impossible. Feel really cranky today as well and pretty negative - hoping it's a progesterone side effect rather than impending AF - there's no way of telling. I've got acupuncture later, which will hopefully chill me out.

Sadly my BFP turned out to be a chemical/ early miscarriage. Started bleeding and cramps and tests were faintly positive then negative. Words can't describe how I feel right now  hope the rest of you are getting on ok. Will catch up again soon x

Jam - will you take another cycle of Clomid do you think? If you've got enough left, can't hurt I think....if you can put up with the emotional turmoil that is.

Skipper I don't have enough for another cycle and I can't be bothered to get more! I feel two cycles of it has given it a good go. The second cycle was slightly easier so hopefully your body might adjust a bit too

Jam - fair enough honey, I'm not feeling that impressed by it either. I think we've tried everything now - roll on IVF.

I'm swinging wildly between really wanting a baby and really wanting a baby but not being able to put myself through trying again. Maybe after summer I'll go to the fertility clinic.

Skipper roll on IVF indeed. When will you start? I'm October for down regging I believe. I've got a countdown app counting down to my first IVF appointment how sad is that.

Haha just remembered earlier conversation and realising how much clomid was still affecting me. Talking with DH about Wayne Rooney moving to Everton and actually welled up with tears because he'd been at Manchester United so long. I don't even like football 😂

Hey Alice, good to see you again. Hope you've been well? It's your decision ofc but I'd personally love to have you back again if that's what you decide.

Jam - I have to wait till the end of August for my follow up appointment for the Clomid. I'm not sure when I would feasibly start IVF. The drug really did affect you if you were crying about football transfers 😂. I've woken up at 6am again with the standard queasiness, it's so exhausting on top of my jet lag. Going to get in the shower I think...

Oh Alice that sounds like you're not ready to TTC again, I completely get it. Even though my break was forced I completely felt I needed it after. So many questions run through your head and sometimes I have 'WAHH' moments about all the what ifs but on a whole I know my life won't be complete until I'm a mum. Sending hugs. Xx

Alice nice to see you. Sorry you're feeling confused. I felt so like that after my ectopic, it's why it took me 8 months to start trying again. The first couple of cycles starting again were soooo stressful, I felt I couldn't keep going, but 7 months on and I'm taking it more in my stride. Don't underestimate what a big deal it all is. And don't ever feel that not being ready to try, or finding it confusing means you want a baby less than anyone who throws themself straight back in. All feelings are normal.
