So in the absence of our lovely founder Hippy, I've set up thread #6 to help us keep up the motivation and PMA.

Congratulations to all our grads, the rest of us may be slacking behind but we'll be there soon!

Cakes That article is hilarious! I think we should all take a vow, no more early testing! Grin

Chips So sorry she arrived, I think it's always worse when it's late because you start to get excited and then BAM the witch pops up. Flowers for you xx

I really want to have a relaxed cycle, but I'm so in tune with my body now that I pretty much know when I'm OV and when AF is due, so I think the best that I can do is not schedule DTD, not obsessively symptom spot and try and chill out as much as possible for the next 4 weeks. Anyone else with me? Grin

Been to the GP. They took some bloods and will compare with a sample to be taken on Weds. It's just to confirm the inevitable really.
The Dr said that he isn't worried about anything at this stage and the fact I have got pregnant two cycles running means I am fertile. He said it's probably just bad luck because I am only 34 and have had a successful pregnancy before. He is such a nice Dr that I feel slightly better now. Just need to be patient!

Flashinthepan · 05/06/2017 10:07

Sorry for AF Chips.

Magpie sorry to hear what you're going through but you sound amazingly upbeat.

Have been AWOL as didn't have much PMA. The beginning of this cycle was super stressful as I suddenly ovulated really early on CD 11, and had only managed to DTD on CD 7 and CD 11 so assumed I'd missed it. Had spotting straight away again and just felt so depressed. Then 7 dpo temp dip, boobs stopped hurting, assumed AF was on the way.

8 dpo, no bleeding, 9 dpo no bleeding, 10 dpo, so far no bleeding. Have started getting creamy CM, boobs hurting again, and giant. Feeling a little nauseous and dizzy.

I'm cautiously hopeful that this could be my month!

ArchiesMamaBird · 05/06/2017 10:48

Ooh Flash it all sounds very promising. Got everything crossed for you

Magpie That's good that the doctor isn't worried, and it's great that you are positive too. No let's get back on the horse cycle buddy, lucky cycle 12 here we come!

Oo @Flashinthepan this could be the one!

@MissMagpie so glad you feel a little better. Sounds like a lovely gp and good advice. Keep going hun

@ArchiesMamaBird I'm totally with you! That's how I've been this month and intend to continue. Definitely felt more relaxed this month but still got over a week of waiting yet. Ask me this time next week and I suspect I'll be my usual stressy mess!!

Hippychic18 · 06/06/2017 07:16

Morning ladies :)
flash sounds promising - got everything crossed for you.
magpies I'm glad the dr was nice and reassuring. Keep going you will get there.
archies here's to a chilled out cycle. I'm with ya.
cakes hope your 2ww flies by chic

Xxx

MissMagpie · 06/06/2017 08:32

Good luck flash. Sounds promising. When are you due to test?

I hear you on the relaxed cycle thing. We are kind of following the SMEP and doing opks and I am going to continue with that. But I am not putting any pressure on myself. I know I can get pregnant and when the right egg meets the right sperm, it will happen.

I am feeling much more more relaxed today. Keen to get back on it so am making sure I am eating well and getting my PMA back.

Hippychic18 · 06/06/2017 08:49

magpie I have so much respect for you and getting your Pma back ... #pmaqueen xxx

Just called the doctors as I can't go away tomorrow with the blood test results hanging over my head and I'm so pleased that I did ... All came back normal and no further action required #sorelieved
Xxx

Flashinthepan · 06/06/2017 08:55

Glad your results were normal, that's such a relief.

Magpie I'm 11 dpo today. Tested yesterday but BFN so going to wait until tomorrow or Thursday to test again.

Well done everyone having a relaxed month, I had yoga last night and that definitely gave me time to just slow down and think less.

I need to symptom share (definitely not symptom spotting! Would I do that? yes).

This is TMI so sorry, I feel really wet down there, all the time, there's not much obvious 'stuff' but I can just feel it. I keep thinking I've started bleeding again. I just want to know!

ArchiesMamaBird · 06/06/2017 09:36

Hippy So glad that your results came back normal, that's fab news and at least you can relax and enjoy your holiday now.

Flash 10dpo is still early, so fingers crossed that your BFP is being shy. I always feel wet down there just before AF, but if this is a symptom that you don't normally get then it could definitely be a pregnancy symptom for you

Thanks archies 😊

flash fx your bfp is being elusive

Xxx

OvariesForgotHerPassword · 06/06/2017 12:29

2 days late, symptoms but BFN! Hmm

ArchiesMamaBird · 06/06/2017 16:03

Ovaries Could you have OV late? Therefore AF might not be technically late yet so it's too early for a BFP?

OP posts:
CakesALot · 06/06/2017 16:14

Great news @Hippychic18! You can really enjoy your hols now.

That's so frustrating @OvariesForgotHerPassword! Fx it's just being elusive

Hippychic18 · 06/06/2017 17:33

ovaries fx your bfp is being elusive and like Archie's says maybe you ovulated late?

Thanks cakes - im so relieved although i do wish I'd started dp on his fertility supplements and acupuncture a bit sooner ... why do us women always assume it's us?

Well I'm off to sunny Cyprus today ladies. I'll try and keep up and post when I can .... good luck to anyone who's about to test
Xxx

ArchiesMamaBird · 07/06/2017 08:50

Hippy Hope you have an amazing time and most importantly RELAX! Smile

OP posts:
CakesALot · 07/06/2017 12:53

Have an amazing time @Hippychic18, not jealous at all! Although the sun seems to have made an appearance again today after all that rain yesterday.

Flashinthepan · 07/06/2017 13:16

BFN this morning for me on a FRER.

I will wait until Friday (14 DPO) to test again. Feel like if my symptoms are real, then 12 dpo should have shown up on a FRER.

ArchiesMamaBird · 07/06/2017 15:45

Sorry about the BFN Flash, when is AF due?

OP posts:
Flashinthepan · 07/06/2017 16:06

Well my LP tends to be on the short side, so could be any time, but I would consider myself late by Saturday as have been taking B Vits to lengthen it.

CakesALot · 07/06/2017 17:02

Ah shit @Flashinthepan. Sounds like you're not out yet though.

Think I'm 8dpo today and feeling remarkably chilled so far. A week until BFP is due and no desire to pee on anything. How long do you reckon that'll last?!
