Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

Fine up again guys!!!! 😬 So scared to take a test though... been for two wees already as we have new sofas turning up any minute 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Think I'll wait till tomorrow! Two of my apps predicted AF for today and the other predicted AF for yesterday 🤔🤞🏻

It's so strange because one minute I feel like AF isn't even coming and then the next I feel like she is.... 😬 Keep panicking thinking she's going to turn up.... deffo need to keep busy! To be honest it won't be hard as one of my best friends has just had a baby so need to buy some bits for him and we are still going through the mid move decorating 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ But it's so hard! Especially when I got a BFN yesterday... don't want to see another 😩 But I guess what will be will be!! I'll keep you all posted ☺️

It looks promising @SunshineAndRainbows6, but I know from this thread and others I've read some people can have a rise immediately before AF too (some drop on day 1 of AF or day before). It's so hard to tell unless you have a good few months of your own charts to compare (and see if it's following a different pattern than usual).

I ovulated as my RHR was rising so wasn't at the lowest point, was a few days after. Continued to rise after too.

Thanks for the reply @spongebobgrannypants! I get what you mean, I'm trying not to get my hopes up! Especially as I haven't been doing it for long... So could just be AF on her way! I keep getting twinges and feel like I need a wee constantly lol been about 6 times already today!! 😂👏🏻 And I've only been using the internet cheapies, might use a FRER tomorrow but I am trying to save them 🤔?

BFN on a FRER this morning... just waiting on AF to show now! Think I'm going to be out this month!! 😩👌🏻

@ndo4000.... yeah I thought so too! Horrible isn't it every month getting your hopes up! Aaaah well, still no sign of AF.... and the feeling that she's coming has gone away again now.... so I don't know what my body is doing.... today is CD34 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

The test I did take though I have just realised wasn't a quick response one! It was a 'on the day of your missed period or any day after'.... maybe I'm a late bloomer? 🤷🏻‍♀️ My RHR after I posted yesterday went back down to 70BPM... I think I opened the app too quick or something... and it's still the same today? 🤔 Does the amount of time spent in the 'fatburn zone' make any difference? Apparently I was in that zone for 4hr 30 mins yesterday and I was only looking around shops haha? 🤔 Aaaaah I dunno; will just have to wait and see I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️😂🤦🏻‍♀️

RHR has dropped by 1bpm.... but still no AF! 🤷🏻‍♀️😂🤦🏻‍♀️ CD35 of a usual (30-31ish) cycle 🤔

Well something must be going on as it's obs not your normal cycle.... frustrating for you to not know though...

Just came across this thread, fascinating! I’ve had two pregnancies, nine successful sadly, but can report that with both my heart rate spiked after ovulation and didn’t go back down according to my fitbit, then increased by about 15beats overall for the length of my pregnancy. TTC at the moment (in as leisurely fashion as one can muster) and think i hit my fertile window and dtd day before positive opk so am loosely keeping an eye on my heart rate.
So far it dropped a little at ovulation after an initial spike and has climbed steadily ever since, so will have to see what happens.
Good luck @sunshineandrainbows6 maybe you just don’t have enough hormone to be picked up yet? Weird that your af hasn’t come.

Day 36 now and still nothing... apart from the tiniest bit of brown discharge this morning when I wiped sorry for (TMI)... so maybe AF is on her way? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Weird as I never usually get any spotting, she usually just comes full force in the middle of the night or early morning, but who knows ayyeee! 🤔 Can't be looking at anymore negative tests this month, so will do one at the end of the week if there's still no sign of her....

Had a temp drop and AF has just showed her ugly face so I'm out this month! 🤷🏻‍♀️😓 Going to drown my sorrows with a takeaway and cheesy movie tonight... 🤦🏻‍♀️

@SunshineAndRainbows6 Frustrating. The FRER are good (the 6 day's before missed period ones). Maybe you ovulated late this month. What day was it you thought you ovulated again?

I've just read that Fitbit are introducing women's health to their products at last! I'm a bit unsure but the article I read said new devices would have it built in (certain models) and there will be an update to the app for everyone sometime this month. Exciting!
