Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

Hula I'm not totally sure where I ovulate yet either, this is just my second month using FitBit. I'm going to put this months chart on top of last months to see if I can see any similarities. Also been meaning to do BBT but I always forget in the morning lol.

TMI gross question for the CM checkers - how are you meant to check it when you're TTC? I mean I just get bits of cum during the day after DTD so can't really see CM lol

Terrible quality, but this is my data so far. Yellow bars AF, green bars are Glows predicted ovulation, blue line is last cycle, red line is this one, and it's day one till day 35 of cycle.

I'm only just starting my tww so not much to report but my rhr is high at the minute which I think is due to the cold I've got.

Sorry for terrible quality (took pic from pc) but here's my chart for the last two months. Yellow bars are AF (same amount of days both months), green bars are predicted ovulation according to Glow. I think I ovulated on the first or second day of it this time. Blue line is last months RHR and red line is this months.

There is certainly a dip around predicted ovulation, still no clue when I actually ovulate though. Any ideas from you lot?

Think we didn't DTD around ovulation window this time (did before and after but a few days out) so not getting my hopes up for a BFP, just wanna figure out my ovulation pattern.

Couldn't see a pattern before but it turned out I had input some of last months data wrong, once I corrected it there is quite a clear pattern. Ooh I do love a graph.

Also, I find this interesting in terms of hormone fluctuations/emotions too as I did notice last months some days I felt terrible and it would coincide with an RHR change. Hopefully though I won't be at this long enough to figure out the trends in mine, lol.

@HolyShmoly I'm a doofus and totally missed that you got your BFP! How's your heart rate doing these days? xx

I've not worn mine since Saturday. Its all getting too much so far as prediction of BFP goes.. can't deal with the stress...!!
Good for ovulation, but won;t tell u that you might be getting BFP soon..

Not sure what's going on with mine??? Haha all seems a bit erratic? I think I ovulated on the 21st/22nd but can't say for sure!

@intelligentPutty I think you're right there! Mine went up the other day but still got my period today. Just a wind up!

Just for the sake of interest, here's my RHR for the last two cycles. Yellow bars are to show when AF was, blue line is first cycle using FitBit, red line is this cycle (2nd with Fitbit obv). AF is late but got a BFN yesterday (usually 35 days but was 39 cycle before these two, grr). Based on last months cycle RHR I am expecting AF today or tomorrow.

When would you guys think I ovulated based on these? I am thinking I'm getting it all wrong, but I have a higher sex drive than DH and so although I'd be keen to DTD every second day all cycle, he would get fed up pretty quick and I'm scared to miss it,

@micropig my heart rate usually dips just before I ovulate. Only by 1 or 2 but I can see it dip and then go back up again x

Hi everyone, I'm back again this month watching my RHR. This is my chart. I ovulated on Day 16 and RHR has risen to 70bpm and stayed there!! Took a dip yesterday (which could be implantation as it's was 7DPO??) and has gone back up to 70bpm today. I only have a 12 day Keira's phase so AF is due Wenesday and I'm going to wait until then to test!! Really hope that it continues to rise and this is our month!!!

@gerriberry fingers crossed for you that the dip was implantation!

That's @micropig. This month was our best timed yet dtd as it hasn't always been easy with dh's work schedule but we managed to dtd 2 days before ovulation and on day of ovulation!! Really hoping for that BFP this month!!!

Haha aren't we all @gerriberry :P Think I totally missed ovulation this month sadly as I was away from DH for a week, but hard to tell as I really can't see when I ovulate from my RHR.

Well I think I am out this month!! RHR has taken a dive this morning and AF is due on Wednesday!! 😢 At least I am starting to see a pattern!! RHR rises the at ovulation time and stays risen until a few days before AF!! Hopefully when I do manage to get pregnant I won't see that drop!!! Good luck to all 😘

Sorry to hear that @gerriberry mines is also still dipping, no sign of AF yet but she should arrive today.

@gerriberry wow your charts are so similar to each other and so different from mines! It's much harder to see a pattern in my one. I've marked in green where my app predicts my fertile window to be, could be totally wrong though as I don't temp or anything (considering it this month though).
