Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

So when it rises that's an indication of ovulating? Mines gone from 63 to 66 in past few days xx

Apparently you get a spike after ovulation, similar to temping. I would expect a. More sudden jump, like 3 in a day (in my very limited experience)

Anyone noticed anything else with there RHR? I haven't got a clue what mines doing. I'm only on CD10 so not ovulated yet (as far as I'm aware)

Hmm that's a but strange dangle? Mine seems to peak just before ovulation and drop the day off ovulation slightly and back up again. This is only my second cycle but I definitely ovulated yesterday, was in agony all evening.

It's so frustrating I can't get my head around it all! Do you temp aswel emma? X

No I don't, I probably could and I do have a thermometer. I might try if things don't work out this month

I'm thinking if things don't work out this month I'm sacking everything off and just making not of when we DTD. Each month you tell yourself you won't get stressed but you do 😂 x

I wish the next week would go a bit quicker!! I'm keeping an eye on my heart rate but I think it is too early to notice any difference yet as I'm only 2 days post ovulation!!

Ok most likely wishful thinking on my part and I am only 3 days post ovulation but this is my chart so far compared to last month. Only came off pill mid Feb and used condoms until first period. So you will notice a gradual rise peaking just after ovulation and then a rapid drop until a few days into period then gradual rise again until just after ovulation but this time so far the curve keeps rising.

Probably too early and the level today is the same as the peak the day after ovulation last month!!

Last months cycle red circle is ovulation green circle when period arrived (late afternoon only lasted 3 days)

This month's red circle is ovulation again, currently 3dpo

Hi dangle, 7dpo today and have had a dip in hr today, from 64-61. Not really sure what that means but I read on a different forum that someone got a dip on implantation day and then it went up and up after. So will just have to see what the next few days bring!

Have you ovulated yet this month? How is your chart looking?

I think I've ovulated been temping this month too but finding it very confusing lol. Here at my charts.... x

Tried fertility friend today rather than Ovia which is saying I ovulated a lot earlier than my fertile window on Ovia... so who knows x

Temp is saying you ovulated on the 11th April and you have a dip in hr that day too. I got a dip in hr the day I ovulated too. Were you doing opks too?

Yes I did, I got positives on the Sunday and Monday, ran out of tests and had ovulation pains on the Tuesday (11th) evening
