Hey ladies, first day of the dreaded tww I'm praying it goes quickly! Anyone else testing around April 4th?

Hey ladies,

This is my first ever post on here. I'm 32, have a 15yr old dd and am now trying for my first ever planned pregnancy #2! I think I'm between 6-8dpo. Had the implant in for about 2.5yrs and my cycles have been ranging from 30 - 32 days so never quite sure when roundly I might be ovulating.

This is only technically my second month of trying. The first was Jan and I became obsessive. Ordered a shed load of cheap online pregnancy tests and was taking them like a chain smoker (almost). Hoping to be a bit calmer about it all this month and not test till AF is due or overdue.

So strange how days and weeks generally fly by but when you're TTC the days seem to drag sooooo much.

Anyone around the same dpo as me? Or due on around the end of next week (30th March - 1st April)? We can be dpo buddies.

XStefX - looks like we're in a very similar boat! Started TTC around the same time, similar age and similar dpo. When will you take a test do you think?

I'm not sure if it could of been implantation though with the first couple of wipes being a bit reddy/brown more on the red side then went to a light pink. Not getting my hopes up but I was so calm and not bothered about it at all yet and now it's a possibility I'm getting agitated oh well only 11 days to go

Hmmm Jords, sounds confusing. Is this your first baby your trying for? Definitely sounds like it could be IB but then again I never got it with any of my pregnancies (2 babies, 1m/c) so couldn't advise you. My early symptoms with mine were just increased CM (so I'm currently knicker checking obsessively!) and a sort of increased heart rate. I even got sent for an ECG early in one pregnancy cos of it! Weird. Have u got any other symptoms?

Hi user , I can test Monday If I want but unless I've managed to convince myself of sure Signs by then I'll wait until af is due on Friday :-)

I always get sore boobs and nausea around my period anyway so I won't get my hopes up from that :-( I'm looking out for changes in my cm.
still having mad dreams though don't know what that's all about xx

Jords my shortest cycle has been 26 days so any bleeding for me before that would tell me it was implantation, I hope it is for you.

Ttc seems to be making the year go really fast so far.

Yes this is my first baby, no I don't have symptoms but no symptoms is a good sign for me if you know what I mean lol. My cycles have been really messed up after my miscarriage in December so I have no idea!! Guess I'll just have to wait and see

Evening, been thinking today and turns out my app is wrong! If I was due to test on the 4th that would make it a 32 day cycle when my cycles 30 days so really I'm due on the 2nd which helps now I've only got a week to go! How is everyone?

6dpo and SO BORED. Testing next Friday but I already caved! Every other day in the TWW is reasonable right?

I'm getting frustrated cos I have no idea how many dpo I am! I think and hope it was implantation bleeding I had yesterday do you know how early you can test after that?

I'm 7dpo and looking for everything... driving myself and my friends crazy... no ib signs though... was hoping... ah well... I'm trying not to
test until af due next week... nothing out of the ordinary but have really congested head... and the taste/smell of the nicotine hangovers I used to get when I smoked... weird but prob just a cold!

Hi Stef. Yes a lovely weekend thanks. Enjoying the weather and my two littles are keeping me busy. It's a good distraction from thinking about the tww! What makes you think you've not caught? I'm thinking the same. I've no symptoms at all really.
Jords, you still holding off from testing? Must be confusing not knowing where you are in your cycle. Did you say it's been strange since you came off BC?

Lisara, I read the other day that only one in three women have IB. I never did with my other pregnancies so don't give up hope! A weird taste/smell is s good sigh though!

Hey mimosa , i think the reason is because I've always got so ill and usually throwing up by the time my af is late. I suffer from severe hyperemesis and it kicks in very early.

I lost a baby before my ectopic from it as I lost so much weight I had a fit. I've had it 3 times so I will probably get it again.

As I feel pretty normal at the moment that's why I doubt I've caught x
I am still having strange dreams though lol

Stef you poor poor thing. Hyperemesis is no joke. Regular morning sickness is bad enough, I can't imagine. Do you have any children already? Sorry if you've already said higher up x

Mimosa, yes I managed to get through it with my dd ( she is 5). I was 8 st 5 when I caught and 6 at 2 when I had her ( she was 5lb 2 though which I thought was good) :-)
Them lost my 2nd to HG and then lost my 3rd to an ectopic.
I'm only trying again because they have pre approved me for a crap load of good ( safe) meds for next time. I want another so bad , but god I can't say I'm looking forward to it :-( xxx

Hi ladies I'm 2dpo and feeling very teary and low. Not sure if that's a hormonal thing or because I'm coming off my medication for ptsd and depression. This is week 4 of taking them every other day and ive been fine but today I feel really sad.

We dtd 7 days in a row during Fw.
Not sure sadness and being emotional is a sigh of pregnancy?

I also had a really persistent migraine last night so went to bed at 9:30 and woke up really tired.

Mamabooks... they are signs but alas, like everything else, could be something else.... particularly if you are coming off meds... it's so difficult but I think sharing here helps to aliviate the stress of it all. Look after yourself and welcome!

Yes thank you lisa. I've been on then since September and was ready to come off them and so it's every other day now. Doesn't help I guess that I realised yesterday that I've gained a ton of weight when I couldn't fit into my clothes from comfort eating. Bah!

Let's hope we all get bfps in the next two weeks!
When is everyone testing?
I'm due to test on on the 6th when I'm on holiday

Afternoon ladies, yes the ib has stopped now but read it usually varies from a few hours to a couple days so fingers crossed! I haven't tested yet don't want to be disappointed with a bfn so I'm determined to hold out till afs due, and no littlemimosa it's been strange ever since my mmc in December xx

Jords, if this isn't your month, maybe look into taking some agnus castus (herbal supplements) to balance out your hormones? When are you going to test do you think? Can't believe i've got at least another week to go!
Mama, really sorry for how you're feeling. I would second that feeling teary could be a sign either way. Have you heard of EFT/tapping (google it)? It's a drug free mehtod for coping with ptsd. Look after yourself hun

Mama... I'm due next Saturday so going to hold out til then (I hope!)... just feels so long to wait.... a few BFPs here would be nice! I am really teary today but I always am at this time of the month...
