hi can I join u? I'm due to test April 4/5th. Seems a long way off! I also ovulate on day 12 (sorry can't remember who said that above) which is fine but makes 2ww even longer boo. I'm 40 and ttc #3. Got a 5 and 3 yr old already. So excited at the thought of another baby, trying not to obsess though (that possible lol?) I'm taking fertilty vitamins & CoQ10. Heard its good for us older ladies ttc. Got a question for you all. How much exercise do you do in 2ww? My instinct is telling me to rest more and not go out doing loads of runs. What do you all do?

Hi... I'm 37 and the #1... my partner already has a child but as he's 47 we're concerned about our ages and time... don't really have much left... fingers crossed though.. good luck to you all

Hi of course you can, testing same day as me as well! I'm praying its a good outcome this month, I had high expectations last I really thought that was the month but clearly not. I don't think it's possible not to obsess I keep trying to distract myself but it's so hard especially with everyone I know either giving birth or announcing pregnancies! I just go to gym when I can try to keep it at 2/3 times a week if I've got time and not working. Exercise shouldn't be a problem just like its good in pregnancy as long as it's not too strenuous

lol littlemimosa... I use the 2ww as a good excuse to myself not to go running. I'm supposed to be losing weight as my bmi is too high... I'm doing ok but would be better with a little more exercise!

I never thought I'd say it, but i think the hubby is getting a bit sick of all the nookie....Poor chap has been worked pretty hard I'm not sure if he will cope if we have to do this every month!

Morning ladies , I too use the tww as an excuse to do little excercise lol :-)

I was worried about age a little until I read a thread over 40 and pregnant , those woman are fab :-)

1 day closer to testing . No symptoms at all but never had any With my daughter till I started being sick at 4 weeks and didn't stop ( hyperemesis) :-( xxx

Lisara I'm having mad dreams , I've put it down to my mind playing tricks on me but never had them before. Having twinges in my lower stomach but quickly putting myself straight and telling myself that I'm not that lucky yet lol xx

Jords... apparently about 6-12 day after ovulation... or so I read.

Evening ladies. Nothing to report here although I did do an exercise class today. Can't put your life on hold eh? I did take it easy though and pretended I had an injury for the harder bits ha ha.
So anyone got any tips to aid implantation? I've been googling it and apparently eating pineapple and Brazil nuts is good. Its the core of the pineapple supposedly (but not all at once. Eaten over a few days). Might get one tomorrow....

Can I ask you ladies something that's been worrying me ( most probably isn't an issue).
I think I'm worried because I keep thinking there was something I did to cause the ectopic last year. Even though the doctors say I didn't.
Anyway do you think it's an issue sleeping on your stomach when your ttc? It's just I only sleep on my stomach , never in any other position and sometimes worry it is too much pressure around that area.
Please tell me in being silly x

Morning stef, I don't think sleeping on your stomach would have caused anything personally. When I was pregnant last I was convinced I should sleep on my stomach in case something went wrong but they do say even when your further along you can sleep on your stomach until it becomes uncomfortable xx
