It is a nightmare Miami, and a total head scrambler. Sorry you're in the same boat. Can you feel it opening by touching it or just inside by itself?
I had no idea at all that early pregnancy was so involving till I got there. I haven't got past 12 weeks but as that's when you usually hear about it from people I wonder if things settle down after that so friends don't tend to share the awful cramps, back aches, bone numbing exhaustion, super smell, food aversion, hot flushes, copious cm, etc etc etc.
Or maybe there's so much pressure to enjoy pregnancy they don't share it anyway and everyone's in the same boat!
My Mum, who had 4 of us, exactly when planned, no losses, no drama, swears blind she never had a single symptom with any of us. She was so concerned that I was having bad back ache I had to show her stuff online of everyone saying it's normal.
She also aced labour and breast feeding, so should I ever get to those parts I'll expect more mild disbelief at any of it being at all difficult! Bless her, she couldn't be more supportive, but she's absolutely clueless and has been incredibly naive. She didn't know missed miscarriage was a thing. I'm only grateful I did before it happened.
I'm waffling.
Sorry you're struggling x Was the counselling any good for getting your worries out or finding ways to try and process them?
