kirsty and bliss I know the feeling, my SIL is pg and its lovely but also makes me so jealous. She gets pg very quickly (3rd child), I feel like shouting "it's not fair!!!" Like a 5 year old
FF pinpointed ov this morning, on cd14 (I had the pains on cd15). I'm going to stop temping now. I am testing next Friday (9th) because I'm on a night out then. That will be 10dpo.
I'm doing all the ridiculous things they tell you to do - keeping my get warm (wore woolly socks in bed last night -and currently have the heater on my feet) and I have stocked up on pineapple to eat some every day.

It's also given me a "high" for DTD timing this month, I feel like giving myself and DH a pat on the back

Morning all. First strong opk positive this morn. Had bleeding after dtd on monday and strong pains near pelvic bone since. Hoping to dtd tonight although hopefully some swimmers left from weekend?!

Well done Eva we DTD on those same days and I got my BFP so FX for you!

jelly definitely possible, those little swimmer can last for up to a week

Well, I'm out. Cracked and did a test (today's the day AF is due) and it was snowy, snowy white. Sort of a relief to not be hopeful anymore. I've now got terrible AF cramps too so I think she's on her way very soon. Feeling a bit frustrated but OK about it - lots of Christmas wine will now be coming my way!

Currently sitting in fertility clinic waiting to get AMH test done!

Third day of flashing smiley today on CD12 so still normal. Dtd last night, break tonight then going for Sunday and Monday. Our appointment for tests together is on Thurs, hopefully that's enough time between dtd on Monday and tests on Thurs for DH to 're-stock'!

I had bleeding in after DTD in my first cycle Jelly said it to the doctor and she didn't seem worried. Said to keep an eye on it and if it happens for the next 2 cycles to come back. Just happened that cycle though.

First time using CB ovulation test and got a flashing smiley this morning. Only started yesterday so seem early CD 8 for me. Will DTD tonight hopefully tomorrow or may be Sunday?! Don't know which day is best or when Ill get the non flashing smiley. Don't want to do to much and when then smiley face shows DH will be to tired hmm

Are you also just the CB Ovulation sticks pj ? How do you find them?

That's the thing I don't like about opk tests hells, never know when it's going to turn!

I like the CB digitals (I use the purple dual hormone one) - although when I first came off pill, I got about 12 days of flashing smilies. Infuriating! I also use the cheap ones in the afternoon as sometimes I've had a flashing smiley in the morning then a mega positive opk early evening backed up by a static smiley when I've re-tested with the digital to be sure.

I really need to find ways to get myself in the mood for dtd. Nothing turns me off more than feeling like I have to do it. Thank goodness for pre-seed, otherwise it would be like getting into Fort Knox down there...

I used CB digital ov for the first time this cycle, hells - I had a very 'typical' pattern, with three days flashing and then a static. I was pleased because it seemed to confirm that I was ovulating when I thought I was based on CM: I'm going to use it again this cycle, I think, and then if it matches up again go back to just relying on CM. Though peeing on a stick is a bit addictive, so we'll see if I stick to that...

I think my Jan work trip will be in FW. Sigh. It's only two nights though, so hopefully unless I'm very unlucky I'll either get some swimmers in beforehand or will be back in time for a final go!

Some of you may remember that I posted recently that I came off the pill in October (16th), and had my first AF on cd34. Well that was last Wednesday... it went really light and almost away on tues and weds this week and then yesterday it started again really heavy. Sorry if TMI but I don't know what to think. Has anyone experienced anything like this when coming off the pill? **

Blue it sounds completely normal. AF and cycles can be WEIRD coming off the pill. Especially if you've been on it a long time. Just to reassure you, your first cycle sounds like a normal experience. X

So this is our first month TTC I came off the pill 2nd November and had my period the following week, I was ovulating last Saturday and according to my Ovia app my period is due on Tuesday but today I had a sort off browny gooey discharge when I wiped and I've abit bloated, is this normal? What is it? Helllllp! 😬😊 x

Shaz. Again yes it sounds normal. I was terribly bloated my first cycle off the pill. You can have short and long cycles and it can be very unpredictable coming off the pill. If AF doesn't show up on Tuesday POAS for good measure!

bluebell I had the same thing when I came off the pill, too. Like mouse said, it can be weird coming off the pill.

AF = aunt flow (period)
POAS = pee on a stick (test)

We did the whole not tracking thing last month mouse - it was a bit better (three days in a row was just too much for us), but not knowing when the right time was weirdly out too much pressure on the whole month. The cold hard fact is we are more like a once every week or two couple which we were both happy with - which we both know is not enough for TTC!

Sorry shaz!! I was the same when I was a newbie. Spent about a month pretending what everything meant. Still some abbreviations catch me out. Lol.

Pj I get cha. Normally we're the same. I've been a lot better since coming off the pill. Still it's DH who instigates things usually.

I've been following this thread for a while quietly for a while now. Here are my stats:

CD: 22 or 5

Can I please have some advice! I had some light bleeding for two days starting on my CD 18. I have had two regular cycles of 29/28 days since coming off the pill and now this curve ball.

Period or implantation bleed?? Should I waste a FRER this morning? I have my work Christmas party tonight so if it's negative it might take the edge of disappointment off!

I did an IC last night and it was obviously very negative. Help!!

Bah - another flashing smiley face for me today (CD13). I need to get a static soon as our appt is on Thurs and DH needs to abstain for a couple of days beforehand - it's like my body knows it's being watched and is just being awkward! Will test again with cheapie later.

Yeah cycles/AF can be pretty damn strange after coming off pill blue - hopefully it will normalise for you soon.

Hi Kelly! It sounds like it might still be a bit early for a test, even if that was implantation bleeding? Maybe do another IC - my understanding is that if you're not pregnant enough to show on a test you're a long way off sharing blood supply with the embryo, so I think that could reassure you about your party tonight?

I'm feeling pretty upset today. AF didn't actually show yesterday so like an idiot I did another test which, of course, was still incredibly negative. I was fine yesterday but I'm moping today. I know it's stupid - and this is only cycle 4 - but I had pictured myself as in early pregnancy at Christmas so frequently, thought about excuses I'd make and telling my parents etc etc. I know I'm being very childishly 'I want' but I'm feeling sulky today.
