We've had a bit of a bfp success streak so let's continue that on into thread 5!!

Arr mouse sorry about AF, I also had a short cycle and a dissapointing month. Literally poas on day 26 feeling hopeful then wiped and it was AF (sorry for tmi) could have saved myself some pennies. At least we potentially get another shot at 2016.

Hi ladies, so it's been 100+, 38, 90, and 45 day cycles since coming off the pill last December. We've been taking a break ttc as our wedding is booked for Jun 17 and it abroad so timing wise it just wouldn't work! It's a struggle thinking are we doing the right thing but trying to put it into perspective that's it's only a few months and we should enjoy the wedding experience. Can't have it all!

Looking to try and get my cycles more regular and so I went for my first session of accupuncture last weekend........willing to try anything! I shall let you all know how I get on 😊 xx

Oh cat, so sorry you're having a mare with your cycles. 100+ would drive me mad!! Fx for nice cute 28 day cycles soon!!! And you're right, wait till after the wedding. You'll enjoy the day so much more without the pressure of being pregnant.

Thanks Mouse! I hope to report back with shorter cycles and to see more bfps! The accupunturist thinks its good tha ive had at least a few periods and is hopeful that we can get them more regular. We shall see! I will never go back on the pill again! X

Still here 😊 In the tww and due to test Christmas Eve (not sure if I will though). I'm sure there'll be a flurry of activity in the new year, I'm sure people are busy in the run up to Christmas

Still here shoney. Currently in the second week of the tww af due on the 22nd. Been symptom spotting like a nut but I know deep down that its not really possible yet to be real symptoms.

I've been quiet here this cycle. Currently 9DPO and I'm symptom spotting big time! Had cramps and aches for a few days but nothing yesterday or today. No CM anymore either. I did an OPK out of Interest this morning and 7dpo. First one was very very light and today wasn't positive but very close... this probably means nothing and I'm just wasting OPK sticks

I'm almost a year off of cileste after being on it for about 9/10 years. I feel awful for pretty much three days before and after my period a few days before during and after ovulation.

We're ttc but according to my planner the best time is when I'm always feeling sickest.

Does anyone else suffer like this?

I think that's pretty normal em and I would say good you're having such a big sign of ov and af but rubbish because I bet dtd is the last thing you wanna do.

I am currently on CD33 but as my last two were 92 and 41 days, I'm not even bothering to get my hopes up! Had the most horrendous bug past few days so just recovering from that but I have felt so guilty for over indulging over xmas. Deffo on a health kick from Jan 1st to lose a stone and get my cycles back on track... don't even think I want to drink on new years.

Looking after my little niece next week who is 14 months old. So excited as she is coming to stay here so will be nice to see what it is like having a baby in the house 😁😁

Oh and the opks for next cycle are being ordered today!

I felt terrible yesterday. Have made an appt to see my gp tomorrow to talk it through.

Was just about to say the same thing as seven, em you are in for the best chance if you DTD every other day during your cycle and unfortunately that mean probably more so when you're feeling crap as that's when you'll be ovulating. If you can't manage it, try self insemination so no DTD needed? But if you've been trying for a year now maybe see a doc and start tests. It might be that you actually aren't ovulating which is why you feel so bad.

So 10dpo today. Did a test this morning before work, got a squinter that started developing. Was like woohoo, then looked at the packet and it was an OPK. I got it out the drawer in the dark and didn't look at it 😩

Hi ladies. I thought I'd pop by to wish everyone an early happy new year. Have been nipping in and out to see how everyone is getting on. Had our 12 week scan this week and all was looking great. Been put forward to 13 weeks today and new due date of 7-7-17.

I really do wish you all massive bfp's in 2017; I was convinced it wouldn't happen and in denial that I had to pee on so many sticks when I got my Bfp!

Spoken with dh yesterday as I was getting miserable and upset. Baby is my no 1 priority for 2017. We weren't taking ttc seriously it seems.

I am off to buy opk etc next week and we will take it from there.

And if nothing by June we're going to speak to gp.
