Jules get yourself an frer! That Defo looks like a squinter! mine looked like that on the cheapies and didn't get any stronger! Good luck!

Seven0fNine · 27/11/2016 20:07

Ooooooo go julez... Love a bit of poas action. Keep us posted please.

Today I got my AF - delighted as that means cycle 2 was only 41 days which is a dramatic improvement on the 92 day first one. Hopefully next one will be even shorter...not been opking yet but not properly ttc until the new year. Not even sure I'm ovulating. Is it possible to get af without ovulating?

Need to start taking folic acid again - totally got out the habit.

Went for lunch yesterday with my friend and her little 8 month old. I'm so excited, babies are literally the best thing in the world!!

How are you getting on Luci? BoBo are you OK? Any of our resident preggos still here? Want some news/pregnancy gossip please!!! Xx

Shoney85 · 27/11/2016 20:26

I'm here following in the back ground, 17 weeks yesterday. Had a sick free week so praying that's the worst of it. 20 week Scan in four weeks, cannot wait. Heard the heartbeat a few times as we got a Doppler and already felt the baby kick, it's so amazing

LuciBee231015 · 27/11/2016 20:58

I'm getting on ok, thank you. Struggling with feeling so sick all day tho... Find it hard to eat anything, I just eat toast to be honest! Hopefully it passes soon. 9 weeks now, 3 weeks to go until my 12 week scan. Still doesn't feel really to be honest. We had an early scan at 8 weeks and saw the little heartbeat.

I'm still keeping up with you all x

BoBo90 · 27/11/2016 21:22

Hey everyone!

Glad the previous are doing well 😘

Seven that's a great result compared to last cycle! Now this time you. We'd to get that elusive bfp 😁 There's the charm 😉

I'm now 2dpo! So I'm hoping for an uneventful tww (no extra Lh surges!!) and I'm not very hopeful but a bfp at the end would be absolutely amazing! For the first time ever I am actually dreading seeing a bfn 😣

Anyone want a good chuckle? Went for my usual weekend run (trying to lose weight for ttc reasons), and ended up paying a visit to A&E! I have managed to fracture my ankle, but thankfully it's a small one, where the ligament rips off a bit of bone. Now I get to wear this sexy boot for a few weeks, whilst feeling rather silly.

Also wanted to ask for some advice/opinions. After 6 very regular cycles, I am having some unusual bleeding. I've been spotting very light pink blood for 2 days, having started what I think is AF a day late. I'm transiently crampy, and my bbt is still elevated. Last hpt was negative. Is there the slightest chance I could be pregnant? Could I have ovulated later in the cycle than I thought? Any ideas and advice would be very welcome!

Lovely to see you again Bobo. Hope you're doing well x

Shoney85 · 28/11/2016 06:03

Hey mishybakes, so sorry for your foot, hope it heals quickly.

When I conceived, I had between three to five days of blood, not full days and they were all light but it was enough that I thought I had my period. But it turned out it was implamentation bleeding so a week or so later took the test and it was positive. Maybe hold off a few days and test again.

HighHopes16 · 28/11/2016 10:38

I'm still lurking ladies, also really struggling with the sickness. 9+5 today...just awaiting my 12 week scan in the post.

LuciBee231015 · 28/11/2016 14:56

Highhopes I'm 9+2 so close to you! Have my scan on 15th December x

HighHopes16 · 28/11/2016 15:45

So exciting Luci - How you feeling ?
Your estimated due date must be the start of July then as mine is 28th of June?
How long after your booking appointment did you get your scan date? I really hope mine is before Christmas as we plan to tell our families then!

julez12 · 28/11/2016 16:46

used a cheap £2 "sure sign ultra early" (15mlU) with second urine of day (held for 8hrs as busy in work)
afraid to get hopes up incase it doesnt stick as seems to have happened too easily, off mini pill 1 month & already got bfp? also bought frer 2pack @ £8 but will keep those for next week

LuciBee231015 · 28/11/2016 18:39

Jules congrats!! Clear bfp!! 👏🏻

Highhopes, my EDD is 1st July. I've been feeling pretty rotten since about 6+5. Really bad nausea, worse in mornings but sticks around all day. Hoping it will disappear soon! My booking appointment isn't until this Friday when I'm 9+6, but I had to call and register myself with a midwife when I first found out so she booked in my appointments before even seeing me. 15th December can't come soon enough! How have you been? X

MouseLove · 28/11/2016 22:49

Congrats julez. Have fun on the pregnancy threads! Smile

AF got me early. CD24/8DPO. Let's hope Cycle 3 gives me some normality. Sad

HighHopes16 · 29/11/2016 15:04

Congratulations Julez Grin

Luci Ah I see. I've been really nauseous too - I find its worse in the morning's and before bed so I'm constantly eating to keep the sickness at bay throughout the day.
I'm finding it more & more difficult to keep it from people too so will be happy when it can be out in the open after my scan!

LuciBee231015 · 29/11/2016 15:09

I'm the same, nausea worse in the mornings, kind of dies down during the afternoon and then comes back before bed. I'm finding it hard to eat anything apart from bread and sweets tho!! Everything makes me gag! Hopefully won't last much longer and I can get back to healthy eating again.

I'm looking fw to getting it out in the open too. I'll tell people once I've had the scan. Xx

HighHopes16 · 29/11/2016 15:16

Yep my diet is very carb heavy right now - I used to love the odd sweet treat but I've totally gone off chocolate/sweets/fruit & just want savoury all the time- so weird!

Tommygirl10 · 29/11/2016 21:05

Hello ladies!
Lovely to hear that those that are pregnant are doing well. Congratulations Julez!
Well after a very long cycle! 61days to be exact! AF has finally arrived and I am ready to give AC a go! So fx for cycle 7!!! In the meantime I have visited my very helpful GP who has referred me for blood tests and an ultrasound to check that all is functioning as it should be. She's also given me a kit for hubby to do a SA to take to local hospital 😊
Also, now I know there's no chance I could be pregnant- I'm ready to have a xmas drink 🍷🎄
So to those that are pregnant enjoy your growing bumps 😁 And to those still trying, enjoy a xmas drink 👍

MouseLove · 29/11/2016 21:19

Tommy sorry for AF, but I'm so glad you're not in limbo. It's a horrible feeling (my last cycle was 50 days long) so here's to a nice short 28 day cycle for you and a BFP!

I'm still a little bit twiddling my thumbs with AF. I think the realisation it might take me longer to conceive has kicked in. I'm strangely ok with it. I know I'll get there eventually. I'm determined.

Tommygirl10 · 30/11/2016 18:59

I'm of the same thinking Mouse.
I did have a 38-41 day cycle since February but that went out the window last cycle. I am now of the mindset that yes it will take us a while but we will get there eventually and enjoy the child-free life in the meantime x

MrsG280516 · 30/11/2016 19:07

Hi everyone. Got my BFP today, second cycle off the pill Grin I'm so happy!

Shoney85 · 01/12/2016 10:45

Congratulations Julz and mrsg280516 on your BFP xx

Seven0fNine · 01/12/2016 12:32

Yay congratulations guys. Well happy for you. Wishing you happy and healthy pregnancies!! Xx

MoonlightMojitos · 03/12/2016 18:53

seven I'm still here lurking too, I have a catch up through once a week! Had my scan last week and all was well, I'm 14+3 today :)

How's your 2ww going bobo?

mishy have you tested again?!

Sorry for af mouse but good news on the shorter cycle! When was your positive opk? You can figure out your lp now so you know when to test next time!

MishyBakes · 03/12/2016 20:48

Hi Moonlight, good to hear you're well and that your bean is growing nicely! Didn't need to test, after 3 days of spotting proper period showed up. Probably for the best as I'm having to take NSAIDs for the ankle (which can cause problems with the developing heart, I've been told). In the meantime am waiting to hear from the GP regarding my bloods and DH's sperm analysis. Trying not to worry, the longer we have to wait, the more I'm hoping that they are normal. Fingers crossed!

MouseLove · 03/12/2016 20:48

It was a little too short Moonlight at 23 days total. I think I ovulated on CD15 which gave me an 8 day LP Sad I don't think I'll have any luck until my cycles normalise (if they ever do). So glad that you're still checking in, I'm so happy for you!!! Can't believe you're 14 weeks already!!! Grin
