My OPKs are negative today Mouse Grin

Yesterday's were still positive but not as strong as Thursdays. Got a temp increase this morning so looks live I've ovulated overnight, I was getting some pains in the evening so it all ties in. The only thing I don't get is EWCM. Although I did notice a random blob of it on Tuesday Hmm

MouseLove · 19/11/2016 20:34

Well, I got this today. 4 days of positive OPK ConfusedBlush

Mouse have you done a pg test? X

Oggy88 · 20/11/2016 13:17

Wouldn't that be a bit too soon for Moise, Purple?** She would be around 4-5 dpo, latest.

MouseLove · 20/11/2016 13:53

Yeah I'm only CD16 today. So wayyyyyy too early to be preggers lol. Wishful thinking though. Grin

Purpleviola14 · 20/11/2016 17:56

Yeah absolutely, just thought you may have missed it from last cycle, there's always a possibility Smile

MouseLove · 20/11/2016 18:23

I'll safely report the OPK was faint again today. So I think I ovulated yesterday. Well, I hope I did lol. Grin

Fx mouse! Bring in the 2ww!

Mummyme87 · 21/11/2016 16:44

I am CD11 today.. had odd slightly sharp twingey feelings in right groin/lower abdomen and today have EWCM.

Good news Mouselove on 4 days of positive OPK 🤗

MishyBakes · 21/11/2016 19:30

I had my appointment with the GP today, and she was amazing. My day 20 (should have been 21) bloods were normal. I've got more bloods to come, day 1-3 and day 8 hormone levels, thyroid, hba1c and fasting glucose (to check for insulin resistance), rubella immunity, chlamydia screening and also a referral for weight management (so I'm under the BMI that the local health trust require for IVF). I feel so lucky she's my GP, she spent so much time with me, went back over my history, and was so thorough going through everything. DH has his sperm analysis tomorrow, so things are starting to move now.

Good luck everyone, with OPKs, twws and having fingers crossed for bfps for you all.

Purpleviola14 · 21/11/2016 22:17

Mishy glad your bloods were normal, we have to wait 3 months for hubbys 3rd SA but I wondered if they could do tests on me in the meantime, what did they say about ivf weight guidelines?
At least it finally rolling for you and you are getting somewhere lovely x

MishyBakes · 21/11/2016 23:49

Thanks purple, I'm hoping the other bloods follow suit. My GP said that I need to have a bmi of below 30, according to the local guidelines. Not sure if that's the same everywhere. It feels a little unreal getting these tests done. We'd always discussed the possibility of needing ivf, even though there was never a worry about things like pcos etc. How are you feeling about it all? Do you and hubby have the same GP? If they haven't discussed it with you already then it seems worth asking if they could do some of the less invasive tests on you. Hope the three months goes by quickly x

ChaoticKate · 22/11/2016 13:11

AF has returned! 27 days after I stopped taking the pill. It's been about 15 years since I last had one of these - and now I remember why I loved the pill so much. Not fun!

MouseLove · 23/11/2016 12:48

Kate ah what a relief though. My first cycle off the pill was 50 days!! Shock

Mishy hope it's a fast process for you. X

Nothing really to report here apart from a tender tummy.

Mummyme87 · 23/11/2016 16:01

So I've had lower abdo tenderness, sharp tingles in groin and lower back ache on and off since Sunday, particularly yesterday. A very high sex drive which is unheard of since I was on the pill (this is a relief, I hated myself for not wanting sex). I'm hoping this is all signs that I'm ovulating 🙏🏻 I'm CD13 today

MouseLove · 23/11/2016 16:11

FX mummy. Get DTD!! Wink

Mummyme87 · 23/11/2016 17:00

Can you get a better pic? Try taking from further away and then cropping the pic on your phone. It doesn't look quite positive yet. You might get your positive tomorrow!!

Purpleviola14 · 23/11/2016 19:10

Thanks for the info Mishy. I went back to see my go today and asked her about the tests, she agreed it's probs a good idea to try and get my BMI down as they have strict guidelines up here when you are referred. Yes we both have the same GP which helps. Which area of the UK are you in? I feel the same, it's very surreal, you never think anything like this will happen do you. Wonder if there is an IVF thread for us Hmm x

MishyBakes · 24/11/2016 16:50

Sounds like you have a good GP there Purple. I'm in Norfolk, and I think I need to have a BMI below 30 to meet the IVF requirements. Still hoping it doesn't come to that, but if it does, I want to be ready. DH and I had discussed over the last few years what lengths we'd be prepared to go to have a family, but it doesn't prepare you for when it happens. If we need the thread (which hopefully we won't) we can make one. Feel free to message me if you want to chat more x

julez12 · 25/11/2016 20:56
