I too am af watching and waiting too- ovulated (I think) on 15th oct and af supposed to come 12-14days after so due anyway this week. Can't wait!!!!! Altho staying with my auntie from the 3rd so rather hoping I'm over the worst of it by then 🙄

caution I do indeed plan to start a new thread once we are a bit nearer the 1000 post mark

So we found the pallets and painted one side of them in record time!!! My mum and SIL will do the other side on Weds and then on Friday the old shed will be torn down...

I'm on plan how to start my diet mode-put on so much weight. Need to be good, I've made my sugar free jelly which usually gets me off to a good start

I'll join you - I need to lose 8lb in order to book my consult - they said that my BMI needs to be under 35 before treatment and I need to lose that much to get it underneath 35!

I'm at 28 @ the mo but want to lose about a stone. Problem with this time of year is there are so many things going on that involve food but need to lose some before Xmas as always put on at least 7lb over Xmas so don't want weight to get too bad.

That's fair enough pickle :) everybody has their own reasons for wanting to lose weight, but let me just put it out there - your weight isn't bad!
Fair play on wanting to do something before it gets "too bad" tho.
As long as I get below 35, I don't care!

I'm only a shorty so 28 is still high for me, would like to be back in the healthy 20-25 range. My grandad died when he was 60 because of heart complications so anything I can do the better :)

Still no sign of AF... which is a good thing, until wednesday

Toast (yum) 2x packets of mini cheddars, 2x packet of crisps, 2x packs of lotus biscuits then have a jacket potato with cheese, yoghurt,satsuma, some roast chicken

I went for my smear test today but apparently af will be here tomorrow and nurse got a sneak peak so couldn't do it :( never mind at least I can start poas and see if I can spot ovulation once af over. Hope everyone well X

AF turned up yesterday so I'm booked in for my down reg scan on Tuesday next week. I feel like I've jumped another hurdle on this long road!

Only side effect I'm feeling is extreme temperature change. I'm either boiling or freezing and it shifts quickly..... boo.

And I'm tired. But don't need to be in the office this week, so can catch up on sleep.

Hi all, I've not been on in a while, I've had a rocky first trimester with bleeding, significant fibriods and general pregnancy blugh. But I think I'm finally over the worst at 13 weeks and starting to feel like a human again. Loved seeing the scan today was so special. (Also had the harmony test so I know the gender, all clear for any abnormalities too) huge sigh of relief 😊

I did a long moan post yesterday which did not load... it was all about itching...

pickle it's the 3rd of may, feels like ages away, but hoping it goes quick!
The consultant has put me on asprin for the rest of the pregnancy.
I'm definitely feeling more excited than anxious now which is so good 😊

pickle she had trouble getting to cervix opening ( I normally find smears. Quite uncomfortable and painful and it always takes a few goes) so once the gadget thing in she looked(?) and saw blood at end where cervix opening was. I hadn't bled that day and it's a slightly earlier af than expected this month. So the 'sneak peak' just refers to fact she saw period about to start which is did by this morning if that makes sense.

I suppose she will be used to doing smears and can see things

Nice time of year tho to have a little one when there are nice light evenings & mornings :)

Wonder whether taydex has her little bubs yet, so excited to find out what she had and size

stork - good luck for your scan on Tuesday! What's it for/what does it mean? Sorry, I'm not very clued up about IVF - I know more than the average person, but IUI is more forte!
Sorry to hear about your tiredness & temp issues tho. Hopefully they'll be short lived and aren't causing you too much aggro. It'll all be worth it in the end!
You're right... Weight loss is a total ball ache. But, it has to be done!

Oh lovely, what a beautiful scan photo! You must be so relieved. Remind me, did you have IUI, and was it your first...? What a pain that you've struggled with bleeding & fibroids - has it calmed down now?

pickle I was thinking the very same about taydex today too! I can't remember for the life of me when she said her due date was but I think I remember her saying she had to be brought forward a few weeks...?? I've been thinking about shoes too

kwick how's the itching? I've been reading It Starts With The Egg and I'm finding it informative, albeit a little scary..!! Just reminds me so much is left up to chance and fate, but so many contributing factors reduce Egg quality that I'd never even heard of, like BPA. Like wtf!

Just waiting for af to show up at the end of the week. Then I start my iui cycle. Getting the jitters again. Trying to not read stuff on the internet. It will either work or it won't. I'm either too late or I'm not. Feeling the familiar regret of leaving it til later in life, but again I can't turn back the clock. I hope I follow in shoes' footsteps. I have my fingers crossed for everyone!
