johno well done on the early ov signs and ewcm! What a dilemma if you do ov and dh has to restrain! I'd say bugger it and dtd lol would you be able to rearrange/delay his appointment if so? Or has it taken a while to arrange? Are you having another relaxed cycle this time?

Thanks ladies, I am slightly freaking out because I really thought this wouldn't happen! I've done another 2 tests this morning and they look pretty positive! I am going to go out later and get a couple more tests just because these are Internet cheap ones but the lines look darker this morning!

Well done Claire This is fabulous news. Don't think you need to buy another test because they are definitely positive!! But I would probably do the same... Buy one of each brand just to make sure!! Congratulations xxxx

How frustrating Bobo. Can't believe you are on your third surge. Good that you are stilling testing otherwise could have missed it.

It's a really good line for a cheap test Claire so should be really strong on a frer!

Good Morning Ladies, sorry I have been away for a bit, after the disappointment a couple of weeks ago I felt I wanted to pull away from it all and just try not to stress about it.
But I got the absolute shock this week to find out I am actually pregnant and the what i thought was AF was implementation bleeding. So after the shock of thinking I had AF just tried to chill out, went away last weekend, had a bottle of wine (eeeek). On Monday I started the ovulation tests again which was a decent positive, i did think it slightly strange but thought ok here we go again. Tuesday test was positive and even darker and wednesday was darker again. By now I knew something was up, i had sore boobs but was really dry, we were strugging to DTD. Also temp kept going up. So after dilerberating for a couple of days I finally thought just take a test and if its negative we can move on. So took a Tescos one on Thursday morning and came up straight away, a very clear positive. Couldnt believe it! Also took a CB digital (and with not much urine) got a pregnant - 1-2 weeks on that. Actuully took another one yesterday - still positive, think my OH wanted to just check.

So yeh who would have thought it! Just told our parents for the moment. Been ok apart from really tired, after finding out didnt sleep very well for too nights (due to excitment i think) so now we have told parents I did get a better sleep last night thankfully! Had really sore boobs and nipples can be mentally sore without a bra on. A few nauseous spells but not sick.

Went to doctor but totally underwhelmed, just said go see the midife and she wont see me till 8 weeks :( so appointment is 11 October. Roll on then!!

I'm managing to get through 2ww OK after my wobble the other day. I'm not really noticing symptoms any more, AF should be here soon, probably between 3 and 5 days left to go depending on my cycle length this time. I'm not even going to buy a test until at least Thursday - hopefully avoiding the disappointment of a bfn!

Congratulations Shoney!! Only 1-2 weeks? Do you think you conceived since your bleed? I would expect you to be more if it was a couple weeks ago you had af/implantation!

Moonlight I haven;t been doing bbt but I did buy a thermometer for next cycle. I was having a cold turkey cycle and when I had signs of ov I did an opk to confirm. In the first 2ww at 10dpo I had ewcm and pain so did an opk to check and it was positive so started the 2ww again and at 5dpo had a really low cervix and ewcm so checked on an opk and now have more positives but I'm hopeful that it will work this time as low cervix seems very promising! If I had released an egg during the first lh surge I would have seen af/bfp 12 days later so I know I didn't release an egg

Lapin my lovely have you had your appointment yet? How are you getting on with that possible bfp?

When I ovulated the week before the bleed that was the last time we DTD till this week so def conceived then. I'm actually five weeks this weekend if you count from date of my last period. I'm due 13th May

oh ok! Nice surprise to find out not only are you pg but already nearly half way to your scan! Your midwife appointment will come around in no time x

Two BFP's in one day! Aren't we lucky :D:D:D

I'm not arsed about a bfp at the moment just want a visit from AF!!!
Was even considering doing exercise this morning ...

Haha! I exercised this morning too. Tried lifting heavy weights to try and strain her out!😂

So I randomly decided to do an opk just now and it's the darkest I have ever got, almost positive (pic attached)

Over past 3 days have had ewcm and boobs feel bigger and bit tender. Ewcm seems to be gone today really.

Im now worried that I've missed it! 😳 Dtd Tues and Fri. Dh wasn't up it last night 😡

I'll do another one tomorrow afternoon and see what it's like. Ahhhhhhh!

Don't panic Luci!
You've still potentially got another day until your positive 😊 Then it takes 12-36hra until egg release and the egg lives for 12hrs so plenty of time! Jump dh tonight, tomorrow and the day after and you will be fine 😊 You need to do multiple opks a day though to catch that positive!

I've just got a super positive Opk so I'm a happy bobo 😁

I'll do another one in a bit and see what that ones like, and again tomorrow. I'm just worried I've missed it as ewcm was thurs fri and sat. Anyway nothing I can do about that now... I'll see if they get darker and if they do I'll jump DH!! Thanks BoBo 😘

Ok so just did another one and it's darker than the one I did earlier, I'm pretty sure of it.

Only thing is, I've literally been on DH for the past couple of days and think he might feel under a bit of pressure... He was too tired last night and He couldn't 'finish' when we tried this morning. So feel bad pestering him. Typical to happen when it looks like I'm getting a surge!! 😡

Luci your OPK looks great too. Hopefully a bit darker in the morning then ov shouldn't be too far away.

Cd 5 for me and AF has buffered off now. Bought some more b6, progesterone cream and some OPKs! Bring on cycle 11! Xx

Luci I had a similar problem with DH last cycle - I started things up as soon as he woke up in the morning and he seemed a lot more keen to dtd. I also made a move on him in the kitchen one evening - seemed that shaking up time/location made it more fun for him! Don't know if you've tried anything like that?

I'm halfway through my tww. Really trying not to symptom spot but I have had sore boobs and nausea for over a week. Also had 8 positive opk's in a row! Ran out of tests so gave up poas for this cycle. I'm trying to hold out testing until Friday and luckily will be busy at work to take my mind off things.

Didn't dtd last night, feeling quite let down actually 😔.

Opk is darker again this morning so there is always tonight. Fx 😔

Just came back from my Gp appointment with all round bad news. My scan showed that I definitely have pcos with cysts on both ovaries. It also showed that the lining of my womb was thickened which means I could still have retained products from my miscarriage. He's referred me to a gynocologist quite urgently as he said it can cause scar tissue and in worse cases make you infertile. I may need another D&C or an invasive procedure so he said I should stop ttc for now. When that's all clear he will refer me to an endocrinologist to discuss treatment for Pcos as that also makes it more difficult to conceive and increases your risk of miscarriage.
I just feel like all the odds are against us
