Well officially it says 3 months to get into your system but some of the reviewers say that got AF a few weeks after starting AC, some even say they got a BFP the month after. But obviously could be a huge coincidence hope not!

Just been reading the reviews on Amazon about them, I'm excited!

Are you taking 2 a day? How do you know what point to stop taking them? x

I'm just going to start with 1 a day scaredy cat !
Most of the reviews I've read say take until you get a BFP.
Some of them say that you should only take up until ovulation but I've never had a positive OPK so that could get confusing!!

I've never had a positive opk either and I wasn't planning on doing them. So was just going to take until bfp and then stop. I want to start with 2 but I'm a bit scared. Maybe take 1 for a couple of weeks and see how I go. X

Morning ladies. Good luck to those embarking on their AC journey. This is my first cycle off of it and amazingly I've had ov symptoms including ewcm the last couple of days or so and I'm only cd12. This is the earliest I've had ov symptoms so fingers crossed it means I may have a much shorter cycle also after I finish the last few seven seas in onto just vitamin d and folic acid separately.

claire are you 13dpo wth no AF still? Are you going to test again? Fx for you.

Hey may are you still opk-Ing or waiting for ov symptoms? I wonder why with the digital opk's you're meant to take them in the morning then the one step ones in the afternoon?

Is DH fun in a cup apt next Thursday. I'm away all weekend so no chance of dtd and you're not meant to dtd for 5 days before the test. It'll be bloody typical that I have my first "normal" cycle and can't even dtd to catch the egg

Johno would you recommend the seven seas? What does it do? Just bought a slightly higher dose of b6 and serenity prog cream to try and help my luteal phase. Don't know whether to try the seven seas or evening primrose oil! Ps I would definitely try and squeeze a wee 'fun time' in with DH after you come back from your weekend away Mrs. Maybe the 5 days thing is them just being overly cautious Xx

So far I have tried:
Seven seas
Pregnecare
Agnus castus
Evening primrose oil

I didn't really notice any difference with any of them, except pregnecare making my wee bright neon yellow! There was something about AC that I just didn't like. I eat a really varied and good diet so hopefully when I swap to just vitamin d and folic acid my body can do the rest. Nothing to lose at this stage hey?!

Erm so how does the cream work? Do you use it at a certain time in your cycle? I'd be glad not to use any creams for a while now the bird has left the lady garden X

Hi, I am 13dpo now and just did another test and bfn. Think I must be out as I would have thought a positive would have shown by now :(

Are you defo 13dpo? How long does your luteal phase normally last? Not out till the witch arrives X

Yes, almost certainly 13dpo, had positive opks, ewcm and ov pain to confirm. My lp has been anywhere between 7 and 11 days so far so if anything I am glad it has stretched out this time. I've been having light cramps for the last couple of days so assuming AF will turn up soon if no bfp.

Lol Johno, yea I bet you're relieved not to be using creams now that the bird has finally flew the nest! She better not return anytime soon!! Never realised you'd tried all of those! I quite like Agnus Castus as (I believe) it was the fix that helped bring my cycles from 56/60/70 days to in the 30s. Might give the primrose a go! I think you use the prog cream in your inner thigh after ov only! I'm willing to give anything a go Mrs!! Honestly, I think you'd be fine with a couple of more shots of action as long as you refrain maybe 2 full days before it?? I bet my DHs appointment comes through around ov time too, argh!

Ok because I am insane I have just taken another test and I don't know if I've just lost the plot or if I am really seeing a faint line? I've never had this before but do you think this is an indentation line or an actual one?

So... My cm completely dried up last week. And this week I have noticed an increase as I have felt wet a few times in work and have gone to the loo to check for af. Yesterday got some ewcm and this morning Defo got some ewcm, quite a bit actually when going to the loo.

According to my calendar. I was supposed to see af on 2nd sept but didn't come, and if I was on a normal 28 days cycle tomorrow would be the start of my fertile week again. Wishful thinking, but maybe I'm gearing up to ovulate again? Or I'm just on a long cycle and ovulating late? Dtd Tueaday and last night, might try and get it in there tonight as well, no harm is there!

My AC comes on Monday anyway so fx that might kick me into action. Xx

Second day of taking AC and I think AF is on her way, must be a coincidence as it can't work that quickly can it??

Ohh high hopes that sounds promising! I've read loads of stuff and some ppl do come on just a couple of days after! Could be coincidence or could be the AC. Fx crossed anyway!

Yes Johno I am still opk-ing, also started temping and I am trying accupuncture. It helps me relax if nothing else. It really will be Sod's law if you Ov and can't DTD as OH saving it for a bloody cup! As others say think I would be tempted to sneak a little action in!

Fingers crossed Highhopes. All the AC talk is making me consider trying it again. My accupuncturist does a lot with herbal treatments so might ask their opinion on it!

That's exactly what my first IC looked like and I was trying to put it down to indent. It is definitely a second line though!!! Have you got a FRER you can do tomorrow mornin f to enjoy seeing an even stronger line?! So exciting.

Little update from me: I am now on my third lh surge this cycle😩! So I'm hoping its third time lucky and I will release an egg this time 😊 Dtd earlier and just got my darker than control line positive so will dtd tomorrow and hope for the best!
