Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

Ema I ended up testing with a cheapie mid cycle last time. Sounded the same as you, I mostly wanted to confirm I was just I'll so I could fully enjoy my comfort glass of wine!

I took a month off being here to try to relax about ttc didn't want to be any more obsessive, was getting a bit over the top. Absolutely convinced this wasn't my month had all the symptoms coming up to af but yesterday and today's test!! Can't quite believe it!! Top two are yesterday's evening wee and bottom two are from fmu today!!

Still no AF here or any further spotting another bfn on IC this morning. CD38 and therefore now new longest cycle! I have 1 Frer and 1 more IC with me. Should I use Frer with fmu tomorrow or keep it a bit longer??! Never thought I'd need to pack so many preggo tests on holiday!! Surely that half hour or so of spotting on Wednesday night can't have been AF?!

ever I can imagine it must be hard not saying anything, I know I'll find that a nightmare! Not too long to go now, hopefully you can take it easy and be good to yourself, rest and enjoy your little secret for now!

I am trying not to analyse cos I don't understand one way or the other.

I thought the mini cramping and boobache last week would turn into AF..... but they didn't. I was sure i can't still be getting false BFN at this point.....

I didn't exactly have good timing with dtd this cycle.... though stress would have thrown the timing out the window anyway.....

Similar to someone else upthread.... my last AF 46 days ago was short. only 1.5 days of proper AF (ignoring slight pink/brown spotting that preceeded it).

It could still be stress.
(long-haul flights connecting at lhr not helping there...... equally not helping me eat well).

for now, i am giving up booze and cutting down on caffeine, to help with stress if nothing else.

right now ... pretty much symptomless.... minor boob tenderness, and delicate stomach which is compatible with stress and really bad airplane food!

This seems like the place I need to be because the relaxed thread is dead and tbh I'm not relaxed about this whole thing!

Stats:
25 & married 5 years
TTC #1 since Feb 2015. Never used any contraception other than condoms.
Currently on cd36 (last month AF on cd34) and FF says I ovulated cd22. So I'm 14dpo. Got a faint positive on a FRER at 11dpo but got a negative the next day, and ic today was negative. Been cramping and felt nauseous. Fed up!

Thanks Fishy. I know! I'm not sure if it was just a dodgy test? It was a very faint pink line and DH saw it too. AF is late if I go by my last cycle but according to Fertility Friend I'm due tomorrow which will be cd37 and 15dpo (unsure of LP length). Thinking of doing a FRER in the morning but I'm scared!

I know the general advice here is always hold out as long as you can! Saves wasting an expensive FRER and will give you a stronger bfp when you do get it! Fx for you.

if it helps you hold out, i think the rule of thumb is that every day, the pg hormone doubles. try to hold out, but do what ever you need to relax.

Hep at the risk of further inflating your hopes, I am also pretty much symptomless except for lower abdomen feeling similar to pre-AF and also pre-stomach upset. I was going mad thinking that I'd missed a period due to stress. You are doing the right thing though, just keep testing every 2 days maybe? Fx for you are marmite too!

Wow more bfps -fantastic!

Having a mild panic ladies: been doing clearblue digi this month as well as cheapy ones. Cb with fmu and the other at 2pm. All low /negative all of last week and temps consistent. Sunday am cb still low, but I missed doing a 2pm onE. This morning temp dropped, did CB and it jumped straight to peak! Squeezed out a little more pee and did a cheapy and instantly positive. How long have I realistically got? Had ewcm on Saturday too but as tests were negative I didn't pay much attention. Haven't since Thursday and didn't get a chance to this morning.
Kicking myself that we might have missed the first couple of days of FW.

Going to try leave work early to go jump dh later!

When I want to test early I just imagine POA£5note

2 days of serious AF cramps on CD 21-22, convinced AF was coming early like last month... Now nothing. Not a cramp or spotting or bloating, nothing.
I think I just need to stop looking for any patterns... Yes I've had cramps for 48 hours before every period for 17 years, but that clearly means nothing. I'm sure I'll see cycle 7 in a few days.
