We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount!

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

By the way I am only on CD9 surely that's too early to ovulate or does the peak fertility face mean I will.ovulate in the next couple of days?

twink peak/positive opk just means that you are producing enough lutenizing hormone to trigger a response in a test. It means you will probably ovulate in the next 12-72 hours! You have a large window yet! Do not fear, loads of time! 😁

twink I had that the first month I used those clear blue opks. No flashing smile just straight to the static smile. As starky says it just means you are going to ovulate within in the next 12-72 hours. Dtd when you can.

Sronly suspect I ovulated yesterday. On cd29! Woke up with sore nipples. Always get that afterbirth ovulate.

Sympathies to all the tww-ers going crae crae atm! In a way I'm lucky my luteal phase is short so I don't have a full tww (10days), but my follicular stage is so long with O at CD19 that I am so frustrated waiting to get down to dtd!!!! Cd11 today -Gonna do every other day from Cd10-17 in the hope that there are swimmers galore in position as I'm then away from OH for nearly 3 days then! Or maybe I should completely accept that this month isnt gonna be our month?!

I stop doing the CB tests now don't I? What about EPO should I keep taking that for a couple of days?

twinky 32days. Normal 29 day cycle. So not that late.

Had a late lh surge on CD 18, so I think the cycle makes sense.

I didn't have high hopes this month, so feeling OK.

Pretty sure I OV on Tuesday evening while I was away for work (opk+ plus odd cramping?). DTD on the weekend, plus Monday and then not again until Thursday so I suppose there's a small chance.. Still don't think I can ovulate every month if one ovary is in cyst-ville, but I suppose I'd still get that OPK positive regardless. Such a minefield

Someone talk me down from the edge. I'm 8dpo and I can smell EVERYTHING 😳😳😳 I nearly barfed this morning walking into the kitchen as could smell leftover mushrooms from last night, the bin - and have put DH in a grump as I had to tell him his breath smells of booze.

I'd love to talk you down Sucha but I fear I too am lost to high hopes this cycle. Our kitties have never met a baby either, and they're both wimps who run when the postman arrives! I think a baby will be a shock for them. But as I told tabby cat the other day, it's one human made out of your two favourite humans, so what's not to like?

Encouraging to hear that the over 35 fertility info is disputed, it stresses me out a but, which I don't think helps anyone. I've been in Italy this week, enjoying lots of seafood and vino (plus a little work!), it's lovely being back home but so cold!
I should be fertile towards the middle to end of next week, so lots of dtd next week. It will be difficult though as dh working lots of odd shifts...still quick can be effective and I think he wants a baby even more than I do.

I'm 9dpo today and got all sorts going on - on and off I've had nausea, lots of cm, lots of back ache, daily lower tummy twinges, fast pulse, strong sense of smell, and really emotional and tired. Crying at the drop of a hat.

Tempted to test but I've only got ics and starkys voice in my head saying wait until AF due (Thursday - lifetime away )

How is everyone doing? I'll try to catch up a little bit. Im not sure exactly where I am cycle wise - I'm in the SP/tww phase by now, but I'm not preggo this month as we didn't give it a good go. I didn't OPK again this month but we did dtd twice somewhere in the second week after AF, so I guess between days 10-14. But that hasn't worked in the previous 8 months so I've no reason to assume it will do this one, haha!

Off to the gym for a bit now... Therapy. Everything is better after a workout!

Jem hold out! Avoiding the chemical pg roller-coaster is now my motivation not to test early!!
