It depends on how upset you would be by a BFN. There is a small chance something would show up if you implanted early, but a larger chance that it is too early. If you would be upset by a BFN, then don't. If you can see it as 'test in a few days' and shrug it off then go for it.

My temperatures are still up - 36.26 this morning.

Brenna hoping your temp means something. Mine has been pretty stable around 36.4 for the last 6 days then this morning 7dpo it's jumped up to 36.59, have some mild cramping again like af might come! Had this last month so not reading into it at this point. Still feel nauseous as well Confused

InsufficientlyCaffeinated · 21/04/2016 08:36

Her mum got in touch because she's struggling & needs some support. Social Services are involved. My sister is going to try to help her a bit as she lives fairly close. What a mess. My brother is a proper spoilt brat with no sense of consequences for his actions. All but our df are no contact with him, df thinks the sun shines out of his arse no matter what he does. Going to give my sister a ring today to see what we can do. I'd give anything to have a child and would love them so much so this makes me so mad.

Mrs I'm 10dpo and have decided to wait until Saturday. Last time I got nothing until 12dpo and then it was a squinter so I'd only be disappointed. If you can hold off til then we can be testing buddies

Brenna24 · 21/04/2016 08:38

That is a shame she is struggling. Hopefully things will improve now though.

I am testing on Saturday too, so that would be 3 of us together.

That is a shame she has been struggling. I hope things get better for her now though. Well done on the rest of your family for stepping up. What an arse your brother is.

I am testing on saturday too. That will be 3 of us together.

Sorry to hear that insufficiently but you all sound like wonderful people trying to help out. Just ignore your bro.

I haven't been posting much but have been reading intently. I've lost all hope with trying to track fertile window etc etc. I thought i had a grasp but it would mean for my mmc, I got a BFP at 7dpo if my early scan dates were correct which seems far too early?? I had slight nausea so tested. I thought I was 12 dpo though. It was the first cycle trying.

I feel a bit flat today. I was really upset for my cousin yesterday - I've mentioned in previous posts that she was due 4 weeks before my mmc due date. She is 31 weeks now and in her last pregnancy she had an emergency section at 28 weeks because the baby stopped growing. The same thing has happened so last night she went into Hosp and I felt all worried for her as it bought back the feelings of worry I had when prior to my mmc I was told the antibiotics I was taking in Hosp for a sepsis infection would potentially harm the baby's hearing. Anyway she was told they would be doing a c section today and she has just had a baby boy. All I know is that they are both ok which is such a relief but I feel so horrible for saying I feel incredibly sad for myself too. I would've been 27 weeks now. There's a girl at work who I don't know very well expecting in July too and I dare not ask her the date. I've been watching her bump grow and feel so sad. I was surprised to hear she was pregnant and almost wonder if it was planned /unplanned/ easy conception or difficult time. Is that weird?

Cheeky it's normal to feel those things. Although I'm not good at the meditation element, I find the mindfulness approach to thoughts useful at the moment which is to acknowledge the thought and let it drift by without worrying about what it means or feeling bad about it.

7dpo does seem very early to get a BFP, perhaps you ovulated early that month?

Mrs sorry to hear your spotting is back. If AF is on her way hopefully she'll get here nice and quickly so you're not left in limbo

So far I've had no spotting this cycle which makes it the first since mc without spotting. Dare I hope that my cycle is returning to normal?

redstrawberries101 · 21/04/2016 16:49

Thanks ladies, quite the opposite insufficiently, I tested two days before my period and so I thought I was about 12dpo but when they did the early scans they moved my due date back and said I wasn't as far on as I thought. So that meant I got a positive at 7dpo. Seems strange

redstrawberries101 · 21/04/2016 18:18

Mrs unsure it's all very difficult isn't it. I think i need to take a step back from thinking about pregnancy and conception and just dtd as much as possible. I'll still follow and post probably. More of a mental shift within myself

Insufficiently hopefully is returning to normal

jpeg28 · 21/04/2016 18:29

Insufficientlycaffeinated how many cycles have you had since MC? I'm just curious as this is my first and I'm still non the wiser of what's happening...

I've taken too many test in the last week since my faint positive, safe to say they are all very negative. I've had lots of weird cramps again today but no more spotting. I did take my temp this morning... 36.63, is that normal?

After a hideous day at work where I burst into tears I'm having a glass of wine.. I've been avoiding alcohol just in case but I'm pretty sure I won't get my BFP this month.

InsufficientlyCaffeinated · 21/04/2016 18:55

This is my 4th cycle since mc

LuckyinOctober · 21/04/2016 20:10

Jpeg I'd say 36.63 is pretty normal for late luteal phase which is where I'm guessing you're at in your cycle because it's test time for you. Mine this morning was 36.88 (CD 30) and anything from 36.5 - 37 is normal for me post-OV.

Good luck to other people due to POAS over the weekend, my plan is to test tomorrow morning if no AF by then (that'll be 12-13dpo for me)

jpeg28 · 21/04/2016 21:25

Thanks Luckyinoctober that's really helpful... I'm going to start doing it every day if I can remember so I can get more of an idea of my cycle.

Good luck testing tomorrow!

redstrawberries101 · 21/04/2016 22:06

Good luck tomorrow!

I've bought pre seed. Has anyone else been using it?

Brenna24 · 22/04/2016 07:36

36.49 today. That is right up at the top limit of my temperatures. So still no sign of it falling.

OP posts:
AmyB1986 · 22/04/2016 07:55

Cheeky I've not used preseed but know some people who have and have had good results from it.

Brenna my temp has shot roughy up again this morning really high, higher than its been all week. Hoping these temps mean something for both of us but I'm not getting my hopes up. FF is plotting my o day as cd13 by temps but by opk it's cd15 which is more likely given the pains I had in the night that night.

I've put a pic of my chart here, opinions on o day please...

Brenna24 · 22/04/2016 08:52

I normally ovulate the day after my last positive test, which would be cd 16 on there. But the temp looks more like FF is right. No idea. But fingers crossed for you. My OPK was positive after my dip and then shift high this month too, shich is unusual for me. Normally I have 2 days of positive opks, then a dip, then a shift up high.

OP posts:
AmyB1986 · 22/04/2016 09:05

Mine was like this last month as well. I had a temp shift with my first positive opk but they carried on being positive for two days after as well. I'm thinking both days are possible for o which is why we carried on dtd. If af is late by FF I'll know which day was right.

Fingers crossed for you, we need some more bfp's on the thread x

Brenna24 · 22/04/2016 09:06

DDog hasn't started sniffing my breath yet, but I don't think he did that until nearly 6 weeks last time.

OP posts:
InsufficientlyCaffeinated · 22/04/2016 09:37

I caved and tested this morning as I was wide awake thanks to my cat who decided to start charging the bedroom door at 5:30 this morning for attention. I either saw a very very faint whisper of a line OR (more likely) I saw an indentation in the pee stick. Wish I'd waited! Tomorrow I will check for marks on the stick before testing!

Good luck fellow testers!

Brenna24 · 22/04/2016 11:02

That is what happened to me on Wednesday IC. Today was difficult not to cave as I would imagine there is a good chance of a line by now. But the thought of having a day off work together to celebrate if it is positive kept me back for tomorrow.
