I'm amazed at how wanting to be pregnant and having a baby has taken over my mind!

Hi - I've just joined after watching and reading for a few weeks. AF started today so thought it was an appropriate day to join for some moral support and TTC February 07 seemed a good thread!
A few facts: Am 34 - Have been TTC properly since Apr 06 (came off pill Aug 05) - Trying not to be obsessed (bit unsucessfully!!). Desperate for 07 to be the year - for all TTC ! All advice gratefully received!

Well AF is due tomorrow, so I am a little premature to be on the February thread. But since I cried myself to sleep last night cos of the AF cramps and then my temp plummeted this morning, I know AF will be on time tomorrow and then I will be on here legitimately!!

hi, af arrived on xmas day (i wanted a new pair of bloody boots instead) and id somehow managed to convince myself that im still pg done a super test now and im def not, so room for a little but obsessive one?

monalissie - def room for another obsessive one - join the club! - I am still amazed at how quickly I have become like that and the harder I try not to be the worse it is!! arghhh - everyone just keeps telling me to relax and forget about it - even the gp - but the more they say that the louder the clock ticks?!

had to go to gp to discuss my test results and he just kept saying "relax" if i hear abou 1 more woman whod ttc for 20y then had 6 quads in a year ill scream!

I have 1 DS who's 10.5 months (will be more or less 1 by the time we start) DH and I are both 24, and J took 14 months (well 8 as 6 of those DH was in iraq) to concieve. hoping no 2 will be a lot quicker. had 2 m/c's b4 catching with J.

rubbish isnt it. my fertile time started yesterday and dh wasnt in the mood so back onto the obsessive bding roundabout, just wish it was easier iykwim

CD3 today. So AF in full swing... This is cycle 5 ttc, so getting a little bit restless about it all. GP said the average time was between 6months and a year, so still shouldn't be worrying.

Hope everyone else is ok???

Might as well join you as i am sure my period is going to arrive tomorrow just did another pregnancy test negative yet again. Have been trying for 2 years had an ectopic in that time. Had a lap and dye in november which sorted out a few probs with remain tube so my dh says it only really been 2 months as it couldnt have happened before that. but that dosent make me feel any better.

I know what you mean Cedar, my DH is the same, always optimistic and upbeat... when all I want to do is cry when AF arrives!

I am sorry to hear about your ectopic, fingers crossed 2007 is the year for you!!

Hi all thought I might join you as going to start ttc again next month after a short break following my 3rd mc. It was actually quite nice knowing that I wasn't actually trying for the last few months as didn't have to worry when AF arrived. Anyway, my new years resolution is to be positive as this is going to be a good year I've decided and I hope it is for all of you as well!
Anyone tried acupuncture? I've heard people use it when having fertility treatment as it helps ovulation!?! I also am going to try and destress so thought it might help there.
I'm going to end with a big positive for all of you. (My dh will be so proud of my positivity!!)xxx
