Snow I thought soy was a no no

Zazz and Elle my opks are to be left for ten minutes (they are the cheapo from Amazon and they came with a panflet explaining.
The pregnancy ones are 1 minute

I pee in a plastic cup and wash it I am one of those no waste freaks, already feel bad throwing the sticks as they are made of plastic. This of course will all end if one day I am lucky enough to need to buy baby nappies, no reusable ones for me, I ain't washing that shit (quite literally).

It's ok miley my first name on here before it got hacked was one of our dogs names too! Sadly it wasn't Rampage though!

Aah see in my mind, I want slings, reuseable nappies and all that, in reality ill be sending Dh out to asda at 3 am going "just get whatever cheapest that will stem the flow of shit!" I'm a but of recycle addict, Dh is not allowed to mess with my bin system, he gets it wrong!

My dsis better be on her way home bearing fresh, salty chippy tea. I am ravenous!

first same with my positives both times they had come up before the test had saturated properly across.

starky yet I still get my hopes up when they get slightly darker over 10 mins!!!! I am so irritated my cycles are taking so long to sort out after the pill! Peeing on way too many sticks!

first it's so frustrating isn't it! Do you track ovulation?

Cycles 38, 32, 48, 77 days so far. Only started to TTC at the beginning of the 48 day one. Think we missed ovulation on that one too as I wasn't doing opks etc... Don't feel like I have had much chance at the moment!

Opks positive cd 62 and 63 of my 77 day cycle

I'm yet to decide what I'm going to pee into...cheapies it is for this cycle.

Starky if you can get over the flappy wing thing, you can buy chicken nappies so they can live inside with you all the time if you want!

Oh, and AF has done one in record time so I'm back in the game

Drink Lara and First I have also been using a gu ramekin! Have now bought some plastic cups though for cases of morning testing where I don't have time to wash the ramekin and don't want to leave it to fester all day thought about swilling it with bleach but was worried it might stop the test reading properly, crazy huh?!

elle if only Gu knew that's what they were bing used for now!
i think i need to reduce the number of times I POAS. Even though it was negative this am I have still done another this evening. It was bit darker tonight. Will see where we are tomorrow. Only CD16, anything in the next week I'd count as a short cycle still!

Apparently you can get nappy services, so they take the nappies away and bring you back clean ones, might be worth a look Evergreen! Now I feel bad about the waste aspect, will try to reuse as much as possible!

Evergreen it's soy isoflavones that I used. They act like Clomid in that that improve ovulation, and lots of older ttcers have sworn by them improving their egg quality. I think soy isoflavones are different from regular soy which I don't touch at all. If you have a few hours to waste, it's worth googling and reading about the success lots of people have had.

elle that one drove me mad! I was almost at the gp getting some provera to end it and have AF but then I finally ovulated. I just hope it sorts itself soon!

snow did you use soy isoflavins? I'm trmpted to try something. Not sure if I should go for agnus castus or soy isoflavins. All I want us to ovulate a bit earlier to have a few more chances!

I just did my second opk for today and it's a smidge darker than this morning so I'm feeling like it'll be tomorrow or more likely Monday. Interestingly I ovulated on a Monday last cycle, so it'll be exactly 28 days ovulation to ovulation. Between the pro-gest cream and the soy isoflavones the cycles are definitely becoming more "textbook" instead of previous short and scatty random length cycles.

firstgo yes I did. I got them off Amazon and took them cd3-7. No side effects and the last two days I've had way more ewcm than usual and am crampy like ovulation is imminent. My temps went up a bit so I'm hoping FF will put crosshairs in my chart in the next couple of days or I get positive Opks. Fascinating stuff.

Stupid question Snow, are you avoiding soy as in soy sauce as well as soy milk and tofu? And when you say older TTCers do you mean 35+? Might give them a whirl if we're still TTCing in a couple of months.

snow why do ou stay away from soy? I love a bit of soy on a stir fry
