evergreen I was a weepy MESS this week! And im usually quite hard faced!

Things I have cried about this week.
• Somebody on TV met Mary Berry and I want to meet Mary Berry.
• I thought the dog was ignoring me.
• The dog wasn't ignoring me and gave me a cuddle.
• My Dh went to work and I was momentarily lonely.
• Call the midwife Christmas special.
• An old man was buying pick and mix sweets.
• My Dh put a chicken in the oven and I wanted to do it.
• I couldnt find the glue gun.
• Henry the 8th ate a swan pie on the Tudors. they mate for life, it's swanny husband was alone, I was BEREFT

It's been totes emosh! Think Dh was a bit concerned about it all!

My urine hoarding techniques are clearly the stuff of legend! --make sure you choose a pot where the lid fits properly!

No positive opks here yet either, am cd12. I'm thinking the soy has affected my o date and made it a more normal cd13 or 14 I hope. I have loads of ewcm so I know it's imminent.

The mere mention of being able to eat runny eggs if I was pregnant had me straight on Google. So the BEIC (the egg people) say Lion Mark eggs are ok but the FSA and NHS haven't changed their advice and still say no undercooked eggs. I guess that leaves it up to us to decide.
Eggs in my house don't have the Lion Mark because i keep chickens in our garden but they have been vaccinated so they would probably be ok.

snow and miley my mood swings have been ridiculous, I mean, I can laugh about it now, but the incandescent rage I felt, followed by the sadness that dh had the sheer audicity to put the chicken in the oven when "IT'S MY JOB TO COOK!" was awful! (Almost as bad as the time I had to hide in the bathroom and shed a tear because he'd cut up the vegetables and I wanted to do it!

co5mo you have chicken! That's amazing! I wish we could keep chickens! I couldn't though, the flapping wings creeps me out a bit and I'd feel bad that they lived outside and might be cold and would welcome them inside, free range house chickens, there'd be shit everywhere! Or I'd find myself trying to re-home all unwanted battery hens and end up with 150 I don't do things by halves, me! ... If I start referring to myself in 3rd person you know I've lost my marbles starky silently wonders if she has a personality disorder...

Ok so I think I know where I've been going wrong with the opk's. I've been leaving them for about a minute before chucking then in the bin after deciding there's absolutely no second line...Left it today by accident for an hour and there's a clear second line ... So I could have missed a surge yesterday and be ovulating today (as expected).

BBT took another dip today so I'm hoping it'll shoot up from tomorrow to confirm!

Poor DH is shattered though- we didn't manage to dtd last night but dtd this morning instead. If I am ovulating today I hope it's caught it. Going to relax more next month.

elle I buy cheapy plastic cups to pee in, the ones that are 100 for a £1 can't be arsed to wash and clean pots after every pee

Avril prices vary for the private tadpole check. £70-150 depending where you go. Glad we did it though and no there are no worries there. OH can keep cycling!

Atleast 10 mins I think elle, I think if it was positive though it might come up very quickly so who knows..

I pee into a glass ramekin. It's even been through the dishwasher a few times after bring handwashed

‪zazzles I've done the same with the opks, my first month using them this month and I've been chucking them away after a min to! I will know for next month! Doh!

Hopefully still dtd around the right time though!! Fingers crossed some of us get some bfps!! Xxx

zazz I check the opk after three minutes, then after about 10, then every half hour the rest of the day-- okp's can take about 10 mins to saturate through depending on which ones you're using. Mine say to check at 10 mins but to consider everything outside of about 30 mins as invalid time wise.

I've got what seems to be a lot of creamy cm too, but I don't know if this is normal for me or if I've just never noticed it before because I wasn't obsessively verifying my fanny juice against Google images All of my symptoms can go either way so I'm treating it as all pms and the run up to af.

I have also wondered that about your name ni in fact, I'm curious about everybody's names, my name comes from a play on Game of Thrones because we live up north winter is coming and our surname.

I normally pee a bit, dip the test in, finish peeing and then wash my hands before checking. These super positive ones I've had yesterday and today have literally shown up within that time (maybe 1-2 mins max?)

I think one of the reasons I was driving myself nuts staring was because I was leaving it later and the faintest of lines were appearing.

jam when i finally got my positives last month they came up really quickly. Could see them developing over first couple of mins.
