Thank you ladies! OH is away to work on overtime this eve and I'm sure it's just to get away from me and my gas cloud. Not even the dog will come near me I never thought I'd get excited talking about other womens piss and bowel movements, but here I am egging you all on! AF is due around the 6th.

Of course, I'd forgotten you had a ling cycle too runner hmm, I'm wondering now! I do indeed wonder! I've put the pictures side by side, for posterity, I had the darkest one of last week on the 20th, followed by an almost immediate decline in colour of test line, then to today's two epicly dark ones. Not that I'm obsessing at all, oh no, not me!

Been trying to find some reading on long cycles and ovulation, I also found a couple of articles on double ovulation, which I think I'd fairly rare. How are you feeling today?

Pink my cycle length is quite short so thought that Ovia might have been right but I haven't had much CM at all (I check daily haha) maybe I just haven't ovulated yet as the OPKs are still negative. We can only try tho eh, it's not over until AF is here .

This is sad but I can't wait til I am back to work and into a routine again, I sit and eat rubbish all day, read some of my book, nap then do it again. Then I am lying awake at this ungodly hour!! X

miley other people's cycles are now part of my day to day things I want to know! You'll find yourself getting very drawn in! But I love it! And we are lucky, we've had so many bfp's and have our resident piss stick queen and lucky bfp'ers bellies to rub virtually!

Runner re ovulating twice, I was reading something about this the other day and I think it only really happens within about 24hrs of each other (so I guess a super surge of LH that lasts longer than normal squeezes 2 mature eggs out of the ovary) I don't know about two separate LH surges causing ovulation- it doesn't make so much sense though to me but I couldn't say that it wouldn't happen.

Hmm... Like I said my knowledge of double ovulation is simply that it happens. I don't really know the details, I was just looking for a reason Stark might have two surges.

Stark assuming you're not upduffed this month (you never know) it might be worth getting some more reliable opk's for next month. They're more expensive but would also be clearer. I highly recommend Superdrug own

Stark as another long cycler I know it's hard to tell what's happening when...You're right, keep dtd anyway! Fingers crossed it's a BFP though!

I'm confused this month are our bodies ever clear?! No EWCM or watery CM when I reckon I should have ovulated Sunday or Monday...slight reduction in creamy/sticky CM though so maybe it's coming tomorrow onwards.

Just started back on Opks yesterday after my hols (so I've no idea what was happening with hormone levels over the past week). Finally realised im supposed to wait 10mins for results I've been chucking them after 2mins! See attached for first ever posting of pissy sticks from me! I'm gonna start hoarding them too...OH will freak out if he finds used ones! Top cheapie was yesterday morning, second yesterday evening after hours of not peeing. The clearblue digital was evening too. Not dark enough yet, right? (or I've missed the dark ones?) Dtd yesterday and will do tonight too. Also used pre-seed lube for the first time yesterday (that's gotta affect CM checks now, right?!)

CD21today of about 33 day cycle

Morning Ni! I've had very little CM this cycle so I can't rely on mine either. And I was made to think this gettig pregnant thing was a piece of piss. I didn't realise it was several pieces of piss on several semi - expensive sticks FX you caught the egg.

7 dpo and coffee tastes like baby sick. How am I supposed to function? Help!

Not posted for over a week, its been a bit hectic as we have a new puppy so when I havent been at work I have been kept busy lol he is adorable though.

Technically due to test later this week but I did an early test on Sunday and it was BFN. Not suprised as havent really had any symptoms but I will do another test to confirm. I think I will try with the ovulation tests next month see if that helps.

Back to work today but only for a day then I am off for a week horay, looking forward to NYE.

I think that's a very good idea runner Ive just fed one another okp and it was fainter that yesterday, so will dtd when Dh wakes up and hope for the best!

ni i Did an ic too, spent a good 3 minutes analysing, briefly thought if I squinted one eye and held it towards the light whilst bending slightly that there was the faintest of faint lines, then i decided it was probably something to do with where the test line had saturated across and was shiny, gave myself a slap and put it in the bin! Deciding that if I have to try that hard to find something then it's probably not there to look for! long cycles are sooo confusing! And as for okp's, I thought I had them slightly worked out, but no, I'm still as confused! I don't even want to start temping, and I'm definetly not adding checking my cervix into the mix...she says, elbow deep in her own floo just kidding

I fully recommend b&m bargains puppy training treats, they're little tiny weeny bone shaped treats and are marvellous! They're like crack for dogs, mine are disobedient little shitbags but fuck me, they'll do anything for one of those tiny bones! 🐶

No even a faint line shelb it was a non-existent line! We're still not sure if I've ovulated once, twice or not at all! It could have been last week, it could have been yesterday, it could have been a few days inbetween and i missed it completely!

So...the Internet cheapie opks say to leave pissy sample for 20mins for it to come to room temp before testing. Do you all do that?? I haven't done that (presenting as impatient as fck I know!!). Runner oh pissy queen please advise!!

I've been doing them, going to brew uo/have a cigarette, and then coming back to themni usually about 10 mins.the two super dark ones yesterday came up immediately. But I reckon about 10 mins is a good time limit on okp's. Mine says anything outside of 30 mins is after the time limit but I'm hoarding them

Ic preg test which I've just been scrutinising again is weird. I can see where the test line is underneath, but there's nothing really there on top. I feel like I'm getting to understand them a bit more, if that makes sense.

Nope, I've lever let the wee cool before testing. I had heard that before but the piss sticks I had said nothing on the packet about needing to wait. I can't imagine it makes much difference unless your wee actually steams!!
