nomio it's nice to see you back! Sorry you've been struggling I think the sonographer could actually see cysts on my scan, but I'm not convinced I've got the syndrome and neither was my GP. So I'm opposite to you! I'm not sure what happens when you have cysts without the syndrome or if it changes treatment/prognosis but will see what I can persuade my GP to do when I see her a week on Thursday! I hope you're feeling better.

I think I'm about to have another long cycle. I'm cd16 and haven't seen any fertile cm yet. Dtd on Sunday but I won't get another chance until Friday now because of my shifts. It's not looking good this month. Ov around cd21 is probably as normal as it gets for me but usually I see several days of wet cm or ewcm starting around cd12/13, but I'm as dry as a bone so far! plus I was getting ferning on my microscope and now it's gone away! Stupid body!

Oh now I've got ewcm! Going to poas later to see if there's any whiff of a line!

Dizzy I OV on cd21 regularly and often had several build ups to OV before I did OV. In fact with this baby I OV on cd23 so it doesn't have to be a blocker. Just need to know when you do so you can time things.

Hello nomio.

I think I am going to book a course of fertility acupuncture sessions as hopefully Sod's law will come along and mean I don't need them. I can't say whether they worked or not last time, but I definitely did get pregnant twice whilst having acupuncture and for those with needle phobias, they really aren't like needles and don't hurt.

So AF came this morning with some lovely cramping - so feeling pretty rubbish about that. Very strange behaviour from my body this cycle!
Anyway, onwards to the next bus for me now 😎

heydiddle the bumsnet bus keeps rolling, I'm sure there are other February busses though if you prefer the monthly approach. If you want to stay with us we are an ongoing community so you don't need to hope off when and if AF strikes. All we ask is that people on here are are genuinely trying and willing to support each other and share wisdom. Feel free to stick around.

I was using Kindara but now using Ovia

Sorry about AF hey. I have used Fertility Friend before but currently just use one called Period Tracker and create my own symptoms and input them that way. In my experience the apps are based on averages and have never really agreed with either what I have thought has happened or what subsequent scans have shown. Whilst they may sometimes only be out by a day or so, that can be the difference between being fertile and not. I would advise to just use them as somewhere to keep a note of when you get positive OPKs, other symptoms and DTD.

rainy I'm ok, thanks for asking, heading to ivf in the Czech Republic but my current (normally clockwork) cycle is all over the place (worryingly) which may yet bugger up plans.

For apps I use ovia and glow. Having fed both lots of data they are now fairly good at predicting my cycles but for the first few months they were way out.

I used to use my days - it was rubbish.

Lol at Hey! Stats are just our information. We used to have a spreadsheet in the opening post of each new bus with a list of names, how long people had been trying, expected BFP/AF date, etc. For example
Nomio23, TTC #1, Cycle-???, Expected BFP date-7/2/2016.

I am happy to take it on if no-one is currently doing it.
