When to expect period - Provera

As above really. I finished 5 days of Provera on Saturday to induce a bleed to start Clomid. When should I expect a period? Just wondering if anyone has any experiences. Google is telling me lots of different times. Getting impatient

Ella any news from you? Any sign of AF or a BFP?

Death by hayfever here. Apparently all hayfever drugs can interfere with ovulation and conception this may well be Daily Mail bollocks but I'm not taking the risk and so I'm drug free in June for the first time in 20 years. Safe to say that the local honey thing is rubbish. On the upside, sneezing every ten minutes is distracting me from the 2WW (which after ovulation induction is actually a 2 1/2 week wait. The extra few days make it even worse!) But tbh just grateful to actually have a 2WW, my very first after 20 months of TTC.

No news on my op date. Won't expecting anything through for a while yet. DH is ok, disappointed that things didn't work out last time. Just really struggling at the minute.

Ella!! There's a line! There's a GOD-DAMN LINE! Arghh! If I hadn't just returned from a dog walk that usually takes 30 minutes, but took me at least 45 at what I consider to be quite a fast (not to mention very attractive) waddle, I would be jumping around the room right now!

Boggle It WILL happen for you, my love. If it can happen for myself and Moomin (and now hopefully Ella!), it will happen for you. Right now, I know it all seems unfair and futile and bloody drawn out and more shit than anyone in RL can seem to understand, but it will happen. Keep going; you have things in the pipeline; you're on the way to a BFP and it's only a matter of time.

Also Boggle I did a bit of googling as you sound so down. There are a few other threads around this board with women on clomid and worried about their luteal phase. They have managed to get the NHS to prescribe them progesterone for after ovulation. Is that something you could try maybe? (Sorry if I'm being interfering, I mean it in the best way.)

You're not interfering robber. I don't think they'll prescribe progesterone as its the one and only time it's looked like anything has happened ovulation wise so there are too many other things that it could be. Partly why I'm doing another round of clomid to see if it happens again or if it happened to be something else (crappy egg, didn't ovulate, blocked tubes etc). Guess I'll know a bit more once this round doesn't work and we'll go from there. Xxx

I'm CD60, Going to ring Dr in the next few days & get norethisterone ready for after my op. It feels like I've been waiting blumming ages for all this to happen. I'm pleased that when I'll be on clomid again this next time, I'm going to be off work recovering from my knee xx

What's your current situation? I'm thinking itskills going to be mid July before I'm taking clomid again..

Right now I'm on cycle 5 of 150mg clomid and metformin. Today is cd8. I have a scan next Wednesday on cd13.
Last cycle I had a lead follicle show up in a scan on cd19. I started spotting 3 days later and AF turned up on cd28 (day one of new cycle if you will).
Possible issues with short luteal phase or still no ovulation. I'm on a waiting list for lap, dye and ovarian drilling.
Feeling incredibly down about it all after a tiny glimmer of hope. Xxx

boggle sounds like your having really bad luck at the moment xx

I'm surprised that they've not done the lap and dye prior to clomid. Have you got a date for that yet? I've heard that you can be very fertile following the procedure though which is good xx

No news on the operation front. Will be waiting another few weeks to even get a date.
Originally was told I'd have a hycosy after 3 rounds if it wasn't successful but that was assuming I would ovulate. Which I haven't. I was then given metformin and that seems to have had some effect as I did have a lead folly, albeit late. That was a little glimmer of hope that went down the shitter. I'm now round 5 and hoping that the spotting and AF turning up was a one off. Ha.

boggle I hope you get good news soon, if you do have short lutuel phases have you tried Angus cactus? I don't know much about it but read it can help that.

Afm I'm cd16 and not ovulated yet according to ff so looks like my cycles are getting longer again. I am going to see the gp this month as I think the pcos is getting worse again and cycles might be becoming irregular or not ovulating who knows
