I will demand for sure!! If not for earlier!! I've just woke up in complete agony :( :( :(
My pelvis is so incredible painful. It's just taken me half hour to sit up :( I think I only managed to sit up because I cried! I've just tried walking and it's so painful! I'm not sure what's happened! Whether baby has got even lower? Or I've slept weird on it?
I hate spd so so much :(

And DS sleeping has been a lot better most nights. There's only a couple where he's up once in the night and I just bring him in my bed. Nursery has helped so so much for him. How's ur DS doing? I hope tonight is as good as last night for u!

Hi Lulu ! I thought we'd lost u!
How was ur MIL bday?

Cupcake92 · 06/10/2015 01:54

Oh crap I just jinxed DS sleep!
He's just made a noise Shock
Hoping he's not waking up! But I need a wee so bad so it might wake him if I go! Confused

LuluJakey1 · 06/10/2015 07:19

MIL had a lovely birthday. DS was a little star and handed her a card- with a chewed corner but she thought that was cute. He helped her unwrap her presents too and cried when we came home and left her. Winner all round really.

He is still fast asleep. DH has just gone to work after a bit of a thrash around feeling pleased with himself. And I am sitting here with the windows open listening to the rain, drinking a mug of tea and feeling pleased with myself too. Smile

Builders gone.

zombiemeow · 06/10/2015 09:17

That's great about ds sleep cupcake! I hope he went back to sleep for you. My ds slept again until 4.45am, let's hope he's reached a turning point.

Sounds like you all had a lovely time at mils lulu Smile

U have been busy Lulu Grin glad DS enjoyed himself unwrapping presents :)

Thankfully ducky DS did go back to sleep! I didn't need to go into his room he just went quiet and then about 10 mins later I checked him and he was fast asleep again! Yay! :)
Yay for ur DS's sleep again! Ooo I hope our DS's are finally getting the hang of this sleeping malarkey :p Grin

Don't know what's wrong with me!! I've just cleaned the whole lounge carpet! On my hands and knees scrubbing this foam spray in! I've moved all the furniture as well Confused probably shouldn't have done that but I couldn't stop myself Grin

sunny825 · 06/10/2015 15:08

Hi everyone. Just wanted to say got my gtt results through and all ok. Not sure why baby is measuring big on the scans then. All very confusing. Midwife did the tape measure check and says all is ok so I'm glad.

Hope all is well with you all and hope you get your induction when you want it cupcake. I am hoping this little one arrives in the Christmas school hols to make things a bit easier.

zombiemeow · 06/10/2015 15:38

Nesting cupcake Grin the hands and knees is meant to be good at getting baby into a good position.

Sunny that's great news about your results. Don't worry about the size, my ds was measuring weeks ahead the whole time if I went full term he would of been over 10lb Blush and I'm only tiny.

OP posts:
Siarie · 06/10/2015 18:04

Darn was hoping the little cupcake would have finished baking by now Grin

sunny825 · 06/10/2015 18:08

Oh ok as I am only about 5ft 3ins I was getting worried the baby was going to arrive the size of a three month old lol
Having our double glazing changed at the front and today's the day we have torrential rain. Typical.

zombiemeow · 06/10/2015 19:13

Oh no sunny! Hope they did it quickly, the rain was awful here too.

I'm getting nervous for my appointment tomorrow. I need to look for my letter about my urine tests but I'm too scared incase I wake ds up.

Will be continuously checking for updates from your appointment too cupcake. What time is it?

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 06/10/2015 20:18

That's good news sunny :) glad the gtt results were fine !
As for the changing of Windows and torrential rain, that's not good!!

Wel ducky I was on my hands and knees for a good 45 mins! It's given me awful backache Grin
I hope ur appt goes as well as it can ducky, will be thinking of u!
and I'll update as soon as I can tomorrow, will let u know how much he weighs then I'll let u know what consultants say. I'm there at 9:30am!

Siarie no baby yet! He's deffo baked tho but won't come out! Grin

sunny825 · 06/10/2015 21:49

Good luck for your appointments girls x

zombiemeow · 06/10/2015 21:49

Early appointments are good!!!

I think ds will have a bad night tonight, he has been up a few times and was just up for 30 mins. I can't help picking him up and holding him thought because he puts his arms up crying 'mama'. He also tries to say 'dog' now after he was dragging the little one round by the face
He had a bit of a tantrum earlier as I wouldn't let him kiss the big dog on the mouth Blush

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 06/10/2015 22:37

Thanks Sunny :)

I'll be there till lunch time tho ducky Grin
I have a scan at 9:30, then I have to wait for scan results, then go and wait in the other waiting room for my consultant and my diabetic consultant to be free at the same time, then I'll go in a room with them all and its game on!
I ain't leaving until they agree to a 38 week induction. He needs out!
Aw no I hope DS settles for u! My DS is asleep but he keeps moving and wiggling, he's deffo not in a deep sleep!
Awwww bless ur DS!! Grin at least he wanted to kiss the dog and not hit him lol!
My DS calls dogs "gogs' for some reason he hasn't quite figured how to pronounce 'D' yet Grin

Cupcake92 · 07/10/2015 10:20

He was very low down so couldn't measure head properly. But he's only put on 0.3lbs Confused
So he's still small at 6.3lbs!
Bit annoyed as I rele wanted induction at 38 weeks :/
Still asking for it tho lol

zombiemeow · 07/10/2015 12:04

Yea still ask if you want it cupcake!

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 07/10/2015 13:16

I'm being induced on Friday 23rd October. In 2 weeks time. I'll be 39 weeks exactly. They wouldn't induce me earlier they said that's they earliest seen as baby is actually starting to grow slowly.
I've got a scan again on 21st to check size
Of him, if the growth hasn't gone up or only up a small bit ill be induced that same day.

They are worried he'll be too small now Grin
They've also stopped me checking my blood sugars and said to eat what I want Grin

Also he's very low down and they said he could possibly come himself before my induction.

zombiemeow · 07/10/2015 14:01

Woo that's great cupcake! At least you have a date and hopefully he will come before then. And wicked news you can eat what you want. Did they do an internal?

My appointment was very difficult but I am glad that I did it. They are looking into why my midwife at first missed dds hb and why I wasn't referred for further assessment and she will at least have training. They are going to sound proof a room on labor ward as when I had dd I could hear babies being born. And the woman who looked after me when I went to give birth is going to have to have further training as she told me I couldn't have pain relief as the pain would help me bond. They are also training more midwifes on bereavement so there will always be a bereavement midwife available 24/7 so I think I have hopefully made a difference.

She said that when I went for my scan to confirm she had no hb I had hardly any waters and even if they spotted something was going wrong if they delivered her at 24/25 weeks her survival chance would have been practically nothing and if she did survive she would have been severely brain damaged Sad that was hard to hear but at least I know I did all I could for her Sad

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 07/10/2015 19:21

Yeah I'm glad I have a date and glad he's not measuring huge! But fx he comes on his own before the date :)
No I never had an internal. I'm being induced the exact same way I was with DS... That dreaded pessary!!

N aw bless u ducky :( u did so well going to the appointment. I hope it left u with some sort of peace. Flowers
It's good the hospital are also changing things and providing more training.

sunny825 · 07/10/2015 23:13

Ducky you are really strong and it seems that you pursuing the hospital has made them hopefully change things for the better for others that may have to go through difficult times there.
Cupcake isn't it funny how fast things can change. One minute the baby is big and you have to cut sugars and now baby is growing too slow! But gosh the 21st or 23rd aren't far away. Enjoy the next couple of weeks with ds because it will be all change soon x

zombiemeow · 08/10/2015 08:26

Yes I'm really happy they are taking my comments on board and making changes that will hopefully help someone in the future Smile

How has your pg been so far sunny? Do you know if your having a boy or girl?

Not the dreaded pessary cupcake! Shock haha I had the pessary too. Do you know the full plan for what will happen now? Like, will they pessary, sweep, arm? Or are you not allowed certain things because of previous cs?

OP posts:
Bearsinmotion · 08/10/2015 08:41

Hello! Just dropping in as we have now moved house and have no wifi and very sketchy phone coverage! Will post more soon x

Cupcake92 · 08/10/2015 09:07

Oh sunny I know! They always seem to change things lol I'll probably get told on my next scan he's suddenly grown or something Grin but yes ur right 23rd isn't far away at all!

I read in my book he's 4/5ths engaged. What does that mean?

Well they won't sweep me for some reason :s I know I go in at 8am will have an internal, if I'm dilated and my cervix is favourable then they will skip the pessary and I'll go straight to having my waters popped.
I have to be monitored constantly but I've been told I can be mobile and go on the ball and walk around etc. So I'll either get the wireless monitor or I'll just have to wheel round the monitor with me Grin
Buttttt if I've not given birth by Saturday night, it'll be a csection Sunday morning :(
Because of 'risk of infection' or whatever.

Oo hello Bears! Glad ur in ur new house!! :) hope it's nice!

zombiemeow · 08/10/2015 20:30

Hi bears! Hope the move went well!

Cupcake doesn't that mean that 4/5ths of his head is in your pelvis now? I think..... Maybe I just made that up.

Really hope they skip to breaking your waters. You aren't allowed the drip are you? They told me that no matter what baby has to be out within 24 hours of breaking your waters due to the risk of infection.

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 08/10/2015 20:43

I'm not sure ducky Confused lol I hope it means that! I was doing some lunges today whilst listening to some music when DS was at nursery Grin trying to get him further down so labour can start Grin
And I'm not sure about the drip they never rele mentioned it to me, I think I'm only allowed the lowest dose on the drip, I don't think they are allowed to increase the dose if labours not progressing. I'm just gonna walk around as much as possible in labour! :)
But yeah 24 hours after water breaking he has to be out.
Just can't wait to have him!!! :)
