I don't watch it but I saw this morning talking about it Confused sands also put a warning on Facebook.

I watch hollyoaks I love it but I read there would be something similar happening in that too, don't know if it's true or not

Cupcake92 · 27/08/2015 18:26

I'm a hollyoaks addict!
I hope they don't also do that story line :(

DS has nursery again tomorrow! But for longer this time and he's there for lunch!
I'm so nervous Confused it was awful when I picked him up Tuesday and he was sobbing. What do I do if he won't settle? If he just cries every time he's there ? Confused
I find it hard anyway leaving him, I dunno why, even with family

LuluJakey1 · 27/08/2015 22:43

He will be fine Cupcake. He'll get used to it. They have to learn to be adaptable.

Here is Ds at SIL, standing up (hanging on) . He is fascinated by TVs.

I hope so Lulu! I just worry too much Grin

Aww bless him!! Gosh I can't believe how fast all ur babies are growing up!

zombiemeow · 28/08/2015 08:20

Right, I haven't been able to get on the app, apparently it's down!

It's so confusing being on the online version!

He will settle cupcake, he's probably just upset as it's completely new to him. How did he sleep last night? Does he know he is going in today?

Aww lulu, ds loves TVs too. I worry about him pulling it over though Shock because I love my TV too!

Bearsinmotion · 28/08/2015 08:53

DS has just learned to sit up - he is very proud of himself!

I'm a bit sad, just realised I am 2/3 of the way through maternity leave - it's gone so fast! I do love my job but I will really miss the DC :(

Having said that we will (hopefully) be moving house between now and then! We are hoping to exchange next week, assuming our solicitor sorts out a few final details!

zombiemeow · 28/08/2015 09:03

That's great bears Grin it's lovely when they learn something new isn't it.

Fingers crossed that all goes well with the house

Cupcake92 · 28/08/2015 13:19

Yeah he knew he was going in today. He fell asleep rele well last night but was awake at 2:45am and wouldn't go back to sleep so came in my bed eventually.

He was awful, I had to leave him screaming his head off begging for me. I went back to my car and I sat crying. It was awful. Just awful. I couldn't stop crying I felt so so bad!
I went into town and had my hair done to pass the time. He was playing on his own when I got him and then saw me and burst into tears and ran and grabbed his bag.
He seems fine now tho.

That's good Bears! Well done DS! :) and good about the house move! Bet ur excited to move into ur own home! :)

zombiemeow · 28/08/2015 15:42

Oh no cupcake, it will take some time but he will get there. I'm dreading having to leave ds anywhere like that. I will be a wreck

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2015 17:33

Me too Bear. 18 weeks left. DS is going to a nursery at the end of our street. It is really nice and OFSTED gave it 'Outstanding'. They have mornings where you can call in and have a coffee and he can meet the staff and play for half an hour/ an hour and meet other babies. We are starting next week so he is well-used to it and I know them as well. Then as it gets nearer he can go for practices for a half-day a few times and then for a day. I am going to do a few and use the time to do Christmas shopping Grin and have some half days at work getting back up to speed.

Cupcake, DS will love it soon. He was playing today! Try not to feel bad. Flowers

DS is asleep in the garden under the tree in his pram- with an insect net over him. He has worn himself out at the swimming pool.

DS will be going to the same nursery as DD, at my work. I think it's easier for both parent and DC when they are a bit younger. DD started nursery at 11 months and DS will start at 9months, hopefully before he gets separation anxiety. Also he comes in with me when I drop DD off, so I hope that helps!

I'm sure he will grow to love it cupcake - I can always tell when DD is poorly when she doesn't want to go as normally she enjoys it so much!

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2015 18:44

DH has gone into his new job every day this week. DS and I have had a lovely time and got back into our routine.

I am looking forward to him being back at work but he will be really tired for the first few weeks with it all being new and him taking on a promotion. He is going to find it tough until he establishes himself. I am glad I am still on ML so I can take some pressure off him at home.

I am going out with some friends tonight which makes a change Grin

DH in charge on baby duties.

They are playing on the floor at the moment!

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2015 20:24

My night out was cancelled. One friend felt ill and the other one and I decided we would rather all go out with her there.

I am all dressed up with nowhere to go.

DH has cooked us a Spanish omlette and made some salad. He set the table. I was really looking forward to going out!

Cupcake92 · 28/08/2015 20:30

Thanks everyone :)
He's been so good since being home! I made him lunch at home n he ate it all!! And he ate so much tea too :) I made a home made curry.

aww Lulu bless ur DS :) asleep under a tree. Sounds so peaceful!
How's he's liking his new job?
And have a lovely time out! Enjoy it! :)

Bears that'll be so lovely both of them in the same nursery! :)

Can't believe it's September next week!!! :so

LuluJakey1 · 28/08/2015 20:33

It got cancelled Cupcake Sad I have had an omlette instead.

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 29/08/2015 06:21

Oh no Lulu :( why was it cancelled?

DS is up and I rele can't be bothered to be up Grin my body is very weak atm, I've got to the stage where everything I do makes me out of breath Grin means I'm near the end of pregnancy tho!
Going to do some food shopping online today and Hoover up. Think that's about all I'll manage lol :)

zombiemeow · 29/08/2015 09:49

Yes how is dh getting on at his job lulu? Does school start next week? Is he a head teacher?

Glad ds is feeling better cupcake we best have labor updates from you when you have ds2 Grin

Ds is just having a nap, fingers crossed he stays asleep long enough for me to mop the kitchen floor and tidy the lounge!

Cupcake92 · 29/08/2015 13:05

Haha ducky ull probably see labour updates every 5 minutes from me saying 'help! Ouch! It hurts!' haha! Grin

DS also had a nap this morning and I was the same, begging him to stay asleep whilst I cleaned the kitchen Grin

zombiemeow · 29/08/2015 15:19

I hope so cupcake!!!! Grin

Ds had his nap and I got everything done, now it's time for another one. He's so tired, rubbing his eyes and screaming but won't sleep Sad

LuluJakey1 · 29/08/2015 16:37

He starts properly on Wednesday Ducky but there is training for all staff on Tuesday. He the next layer down from the Head. He is looking forward to it but I know he will be knackered by it. It will be lots of extra work until at least Christmas/Easter, just getting to grips with the school and how it works. It needs to improve its results. DH has to find his own way through things, and really understand them or he can put his foot in it quite easily! I think he'll do fine. He works hard and gets on with people and he makes things happen- he's a doer. He's not scared of responsibility either. He'll need to be careful not to be flippant to anyone who doesn't know him.

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 29/08/2015 17:33

Hope DS managed to nap again ducky!
My DS has had it in for me today. He's been so so naughty! In the end I just opened the back doors and let him run round in the garden for ages Grin I think it's worn him out now.

Well I hope he gets on well Lulu :) sounds like a lot of responsibility. I'm sure he'll do brilliantly.

Cupcake92 · 30/08/2015 06:57

Had such a lonnnnnnnng night with DS :( constantly waking up all through the night. Then when DS was asleep baby was awake kicking away like made and had hiccups! So uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep Grin

LuluJakey1 · 30/08/2015 09:15

Sounds like a very unrestful night Cupcake.

I don't know what is wrong with me at the moment. I just feel tired and am off sex altogether. I feel a bit of a misery really. I think DH is a bit worried I am going to have one of those hormonal do's I had when I was pregnant but I'm not. I just don't like myself very much- I look in the mirror and don't like what I see and I feel miserable.

OP posts:
zombiemeow · 30/08/2015 09:59

Oh no cupcake Sad can your mom or anyone have him for a few hours to give you a break? I would of thought all that running round in the garden would of wore him out.

Lulu, I hope dh gets on well on Wednesday, and I hope your feeling yourself again soon. I know what you mean about looking in the mirror though Blush since ds I have lost weight and am lighter than I was before but my belly is still jellyish and covered in stretch marks, I am wearing baggy clothes all the time to try and hide it, and my skin is awful and my hair is thin, just feel a bit frumpy! Have you spoke to your Dr about how your feeling?

Cupcake92 · 30/08/2015 10:01

Aw Lulu :( I feel like that today. I'm not sure if it's because of my lack of sleep tho.
But I want to go out and take DS somewhere but as soon as someone asks me to come out somewhere I say no. I hate being inside every day but I hurt so much when I go out, walking is very painful for me and if DS is being mischievous and running off I give up and go home because I just can't chase after him.
I hope urs passes soon and mine too.
Maybe go have a nice pamper day? Have ur nails done etc? May help u feel better I'm not sure?
