Here is our new thread everyone.

She had shown me some light exercises to do in the day. It has helped it a bit in the day but I'm still struggling a lot at night. That's getting worse.
It's weird how alike our DS's are! My DS was exactly the same when he was younger! Had to be in his sleeping bad!

Oh wow that's good about the bottles!! :) ud think he'd want more in the heat cuz it's hot? I dunno lol babies brains work in strange ways! either way that's good he cut down today! :)

I'm gonna be worried about DS tonight. His room temp is pretty high and the monitor keeps beeping reminding me it's too hot the window is open n there ain't much else I can do.

I turned our temp alarm off when we had that heat wave it was just ridiculous! I have left his windows open and have put a fan in his room, it's still 24

Both bottom teeth Ducky. He got one about 3 weeks ago and one about a week ago.

He usually has a sleep about half 10 in the morning for an hour, then one about 2 for an hour and then about half an hour about half 5 (although this could be an hour if he has not had an earlier snooze). Then he goes to bed somewhere between half 8 and half 10. Actually he has been fast asleep since about 9 tonight.

We have come home tonight and now there is a storm and it is amazing- almost continuous lightning and heavy thunder and it is absolutely pouring, pelting down torrential rain - can't remember having seen rain like it except a monsoon in India once. It is just quite staggering.All the streetlights have gone out as well. It has gone on for two hours so far and shows no sign of letting up. We had only been home about an hour - thank Goodness we weren't driving. It is like this anywhere else?

Cupcake, I don't think your bump is huge at all for 30 weeks. Very neat and all infront.

I can't use the fan as DS can't sleep when it's on! his room temp is at 26 now! I've took his quilt off him too. He's sweating loads tho

You are not tall though are you? Didn't you say that once? It looks a perfectly normal bump to me for 30 weeks.

I am 5ft 7 so there was more space for it.

The rain is easing and the lightning has stopped thank goodness.

DS was shockingly great last night!! Slept all night in his bed and woke at 6am! I hope he does that more often

And don't forget cupcake you grow quicker after the first that's great news about ds!

Hope the storm has eased off lulu! Think we're meant to be getting it at some point today.

Ds slept until 5 am then had a feed and went back to bed and I had to wake him up this morning

I'm meant to be having an operation tomorrow I don't know if I will be able to tho. It's on my foot and I read online it can take 2 weeks for you to be able to weight bare, can't be doing with that while running round after ds! and I'm pissing terrified of having it

It is beautiful here today. Clear skies, sunny, warm. We are going for a walk then DH is BBQing (not always a good thing. I am keeping DS out of his way)

What is the matter with your foot Ducky? Why are you scared?

I had been getting pain in my foot when walking so they did an x Ray and said one of my bones in my foot was wide, which made my whole foot wider. They were going to cut my foot open and make it thinner I don't know why I'm scared, I suppose it's because I haven't had an operation before and I don't know if il be ok to look after ds. They're meant to ring before 4pm today to confirm everything but I think il just say no il have to wait until ds is a bit older.

I know after anaesthetic u can't be on ur own or look after children for 24 hours. That's what I was told when I had my d&c.
Couldn't DH look after DS?

It also poured it down here not long ago n Ducky I ended up having steak ! It was lovely! DS had fish fingers

He booked tomorrow and the day after off to look after ds to be honest I don't think he would cope but it's after I'm worried about, h can't get any more time off work and I would at least be in a boot, maybe crutches. Think it's best I wait until ds is a bit after and can help out I tried to get through to the hospital to tell them but no one was in to take my call apparently i hope I won't be in any trouble if I don't go in.

Yeah I can't imagine trying to chase after DS, clean and cook while in a boot/crutches :/ will they do it later on in a few years?

Cats are lovely tho aren't they. My cat is so calm too.

I have my growth scan tomorrow. I'm feeling rele nervous about it hope he's growing at the right rate.

I hope so! I need an apt with my gp tomorrow anyway tomorrow my hair loss since ds has been beyond ridiculous

Oh Ziggy is lovely Cupcake. What a cutie. I love tabbies.

We had our BBQ. DH managed the whole thing without burning himself or anyone else- minor miracle. It was great. It has been lovely all day here.
DS had avocado, tomato, some shredded chicken and some baked potato. He really tucked in.

He has started to nip at things whch can be really hard if he gets hold of you. I have a scratch on me cheek from him. He thought it was very funny. Little horror!

He is asleep now- just had milk at bedtime. I am off to have a bath.

DS Is being a right pain tonight! After a good night last night tonight he's being very silly. Keeps getting out of bed and running around and moaning and shouting. He seems wide awake! I'm hoping he will just drop to sleep soon! :(

Yes he was fine lulu! Didn't even mention it! I was quite surprised. Glad to hear dh didn't cause any injuries did you have anyone round or was it just you three? How is sil settling in?

Oh cupcake it's been horrendous, my hair is so thin now. I had bald patches a few weeks ago luckily they have grown back short spiked hair but surely it should of stopped by now, although I read online it can take 12 months for it to stop. Don't think il have any hair left I was anemic though and apparently that makes it worse. Hope ds settles down for you!

My ds was absolutely exhausted and asleep at 6.15, not a peep since, I hope he has another good night. It's still very warm here, I have managed to get his room to 22 with windows open and fan on rest of the house is like an oven though

Cupcake, that is a hefty bump imho. I reckon you're about the size I was. Not wanting to scare you

• I'm sure you'll be fine! Just make sure they keep an eye you because they missed the polyhydramnios with me. Did you say you've been diagnosed with GD? I think I had that but it wasn't picked up, as I had the polyhydramnios and DS was 10lbs5oz. I imagine they'll offer you early induction though if they see you've got a big boy in there!

Just we three. SIL is on honeymoon in Scotland. Not due back until Tuesday.

My hair is thinner Ducky- that us why I have had it cut so short. Fortunately it has a bit of bounce to it. I have read that about anaemia too. I take a good multi- vitamin and vitamin d ontop.

We have got the fan on and no duvet over us.

I feel very miserable tonight.Don't know why. Don't want to speak to DH who keeps askng if I am OK. Just want to be left alone.
