Here is our new thread everyone.

I slept really badly Cupcake, not sure why. Eventually dozed off after 4 this morning.

It does sound like BH Cupcake. Try not to worry, remember it is natural and just your body preparing itself by practising.

DH was up, showered and out with DS by 9 am. Left me a card on the pillow that is very lovely. Said he just had 'a couple of bits to do' and would be back by half 10. I have no idea if he is up to anything or has just got chatting in the village. I am hoping for a bunch of flowers at least.

I've been cleaning most of the day again I'm addicted to it atm! Also nipped to asda and got more hospital bag things!! :) brought some nipple cream nas I've heard bf can make u rele sore sometimes. All I've got left to buy is a pair of pj's and snacks! What snacks should I take??

Hi Cupcake. Yes we've had a lovely day apart from a near row over a tap washer and Dh's crap toolkit and his King Dick adjustable spanner. I have got a thread in AIBU on it if you want to have a look.Could have ended in divorce but ended in me just giggling at him.

He got me some lovely flowers, my favourite chocolates and perfume and body lotion and a daft book- see attached photo. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant we like- with DS- and walked home in the sun. The food was delicious.

We are watching Mamma Mia, having a drink and ordering in dessert!! The menu is great so we're going for a few. He loved his pressies too. We have had lots of laughs today.

You have been busy! You won't be able to manage that hospital bag soon As for snacks, I don't think you can ever beat crisps but there is nothing healthy or energy goving about them I suppose dried fruit? You can get dried apple which is delicious and apricots would help with any constipation afterwards

Is DS asleep? Mine is. He wore himself out in the garden this afternoon. Here's to a peaceful night.

Cupcake I took loads of harribo snacks. Kept me going ask didn't eat the hospital food! Just take your favourite treat or something

And yes DS was asleep by 9pm. He's woke up just now and came in my bed but he's fell asleep again :)
I'm not a fan of dried fruit tho I like the fresh kind but I always think the dried stuff has a weird texture. Crisps is a good one, :)

Ducky Harribo are yummy!! I think I'll have to take snacks in a separate bag! With DS I only took crisps and it wasn't enough as i think I took 3 bags that's it I mean I can buy things like crisps and sweets now right? I was thinking sandwiches but id literally have to make em on the day

H brought me a mc Donald's when I was on the ward after having ds, it was amazing!

DH made a cooler bag of sandwiches and snacks while we were still at home and I was having contractions It kept him busy. He scoffed the lot apart from me having a banana.

Afterwards, in the evening, he went to M and S and got us a picnic!

This was his breakfast at the cafe in the junk market this morning.

I had scrambled egg, tomatoes and mushroom with FRIED BREAD!!!!!! Yum!

DS had scrambled egg and toast.

Has ds got any teeth coming through yet lulu?

Ds has had symptoms of teething for so long but I can't see any teeth coming through some people on my Facebook had babies after I had ds and they have teeth coming through already

He nearly has one Ducky. We spotted it on Friday. We have had weeks of me thinking and nothing appearing and then on Friday we can see one. He is chomping on things like mad - the toast this morning was chomped on until it was just a soggy mess. I put anbesol on his gum at night. I think it will come through properly in the next couple of days. He seems OK about it.

My friend's little boy didn't have any until he was 1 but my other friend's little girl has had them since 6 months.

It is cool and dark here now- looking like rain. DS is out on the lawn in a coat

Ducky my DS was teething from about 3 months but his 1st took cut through when he was like 9 months? I know it was quite late as every other child I knew had like 4 teeth before DS even had 1

I'm so so tired tonight. Just exhausted! Can't wait to go to sleep!

And no DS didn't sleep for me. I knew he wouldn't because it was rele hot here and he hadn't eaten a lot of food all day. He came into my bed for the night.

I woke up at 4 and couldn't sleep, ds woke up at 5 when I was just drifting off again

He was fine Ducky, apart from he had to sleep with his arm on my face! Lol!!

I've got my midwife appt and my anti D jab!
Also did everyone have the whooping cough vaccination?

On Thursday ! My midwife appt is Thursday forgot to add that in!

WhAt does the anti d jab do?

I did a lot of research and decided not to get the whooping cough jab

It's because I have rhesus negative blood type, so incase my baby has positive blood the jab helps to stop my body attacking the baby and rejecting him.
And how come? I had it with DS but I'm umming and ahhing about whether to have it this time or not

Has everyone disappeared ? :(

I am here Cupcake. Don't know where everyone is. Maybe they have gone on hols.

I have been fence painting today - the fence behind our bench on the patio. It is below a higher fence covered in a tangle of honeysuckle and clematis which is really lovely at the moment. I painted it a colour called Lavander. I am really pleased with it.

DH took DS out for a walk with SIL for 4 hours and I had a lovely quiet garden to myself and the cats- mug of tea, radio on , plate of biscuits. Sunshine. No noise except a breeze in the trees and there was sunshine. Bliss.
