Is it true that a positive ovulation test will show a positive result if you're pregnant?

Did this yesterday pos or negative and just did a ovulation test and got postive line what did this mean I'm also 6 days late on period

There is no photo to look at?

I’m new to this site. Me and my partner have been TCC for about nearly two months now. I have pcos and periods are all over the place. I’ve been testing using ovulation strips daily to work out when my fertile window is. But I just get negatives. Sometimes a faint second line with one really dark. Has anyone else had this? I’m getting so frustrated with it all! 🙉

Using my ovulation strips i tracked my ovulation as im trying to conceive , when i hit my peak im guessing i will ovulate within 12-24 hours. But then someone said its so dark i could be pregnant, i took a pregnancy test it was negative. But i havemt issed my period so isnt it too soon

Can a strong positive ovulation test indicate pregnancy? Reason I ask is because I was ovulating around the 19th.
