So charting question - is 2 drinks last night enough to make my temp go up by a whole .1 of a degree? Chart coming up...

Actually up .15 from highest previous temp?

sammy nope. I had 2 drinks last night and got a lower temp. I think it would only be a real binge that would affect temps like if you were still drunk upon waking so the alcohol still in your system would increase the temp

It's good that your temps are increasing. Do they usually do that?

They're usually pretty steady, although have had odd one day spikes here and there so will see what tomorrow brings.
I'm also wondering whether my thermometer is dying because my temps (pre and post ov) have all been lower than normal. Xx

Mummy I hope tomorrow isn't too difficult for your family and can be a helpful part of the grieving process. I used to ignor Mother's Day and Father's Day and in retrospect that wasn't helpful

Right bit of a me post now. I'm confused! It's cd 12 for me today and expected ovulation day. I on,y had chance to do one oak yesterday and got a near positive. Tested again today and it's also almost positive. But, I am bleeding. Sorry for tmi but went for a park run and did a really good time, really pushed myself went to the loo afterwards and had really red bleeding everywhere, came home and it's clotting blood now. It's all wrong, gah. Not had this before.

Boris, I have no idea on the red blood but it sounds quite heavy! Have you been distressed recently? When I was going through a difficult time with my ex I bled almost constantly for 6 weeks!

Hi guys. waves. Things are pretty shit around here right now so I am AWOL from the internet and other things. I haven't read back unfortunately so will slot in again on the next thread only. Hope there has been some excellent BFPs in the mean time. FWIW I am maybe 5dpo, did manage to dtd twice around the required time, so there is a teeny tiny highly unlikely speck of hope.

Dizzy What CD do you usually ov on? The month I got my bfp I had what I had a dark line, then two slightly fainter ones then a properly dark one so I think you have to just keep taking them for a few days and keep dtd until you are definitely past ov.

mega Have you carried on the opks? Temping/charting really is very straightforward but gives a very good insight (usually!) into what is or isn't going on. All you need is a cheapo bbt thermometer

I know I've only had 3 cycles temping but I usually have high temp to below cover line overnight and ad arrives. So far my temp has been steadily falling since 7dpo and no af yet. Hate the weirdness of it all
