Hi nomio thanks for asking about dad! he is still in hospital, but we hope he will be out over the weekend. He will still have to go in for chemo and dialysis, but at least it will be happier at home. It's a really difficult time and he hasn't really come to terms with it yet, but he is surrounded by family so we will support him and love him as much as we can.

Robot, you are one scary lady! We had a real live DC on here until a couple of weeks ago. I am trying to persuade her to come back.

Knickers, my LP is only 9 days too. I am now on my second month of progesterone pessaries, or fanny bullets, as we call them. Last month they worked amazingly well & I had a 14 day LP!

Nomio,that's great that the progesterone is working for you, fx you get your BFP soon!

I'm already blessed with two DC's so it's unlikely I'd get any assistance, my GP has already said as much!

I only had the implant removed 3 months ago so I'm just hoping it improves over the next few cycles.

Nomio when I was TTC first time round my cycles were 35 days + with a long LP but I didn't ovulate every cycle. I fell pregnant with DC2 unexpectedly when DC1 was just 4 months old ??

That was 2007/2008 so perhaps I'm broken now ??

I've been sulking because I don't think I ovulated this cycle and was thinking the same then I just realised that our bodies can do some strange things to us, which is just another thing to obsess over but we will get there it's just a matter of time.

Eskimo good luck for your appointment tomorrow. Hopefully they skim past the past the fact that you have been trying for less than a year and focus on on the fact that you don't ovulate and your lack of periods as this really needs treating now.
