Hi sunshine welcome to the thread x

Shoos what did your temp do today?? Have you tested?

Mrs whats your estimated due date, I can't recall if youve said?

Belle I'm glad your app is talking to you again Grin

Now DPO7 so halfway through the tww, think the second week goes more slowly though doesn't it. This time I will definitely not be testing at 9DPO because I know that that is ridiculous and there is no point!! please remind me of this on sunday when i get tempted

On another note did anyone else watch that programme last night on channel four about people marrying a complete stranger chosen for them by a team of experts matched on personality and compatibility etc!! Very strange but good tv lol!

nickynackynoo31 · 10/07/2015 19:17

I forgot that was on violet Sad will have to watch it on catch up.

my next door neighbour brought her 4 week old grandaughter round for me to meet today. aw she was beautiful and so small. I spent the whole time saying "I want 1". so I am now super duper broody and demand a baby now!!!! on the flip side of that I did another test this morning and it was BFN Sad Sad Sad Sad

Have told the oh to get on amazon/ebay and buy large quantities of ov tests as I can now see that as the only way to see if anything is actually happening. x

VioletIbiza88 · 10/07/2015 19:23

Oh thats rubbish Nicky Sad the BFN obviously not someone else's baby yes definitely opk's, then at least you might have some idea where in your cycle you actually are! And yes its worth a watch on catchup!!

nickynackynoo31 · 10/07/2015 20:01

I just have no clue what's happening. cd43 and not a thing Sad Sad

never wanted af to turn up as much as I do. I've totally freaked myself out too by reading articles about ppl who don't have periods and them not producing eggs!! Google is not a friend lol x

nickynackynoo31 · 10/07/2015 20:02

CD45 EVEN Sad Sad Sad

nickynackynoo31 · 10/07/2015 20:12

I'm booked in to see my doc on Friday. so fingers crossed she will have some answers xx

VioletIbiza88 · 10/07/2015 20:14

Definitely get some opk's to do daily!! I have read it is possible to have one anovulatory cycle (which most people do from time to time) and then completely skip AF and move straight onto another cycle, which would obviously appear to be the same very long cycle. Just saying perhaps you arn't CD45 but CD15 or so. Anyway opks and a thermometer are required here!! Google is not your friend!! x

VioletIbiza88 · 10/07/2015 20:15

Good luck with the doc, hope he's got some answers for you. Maybe they will give you something to induce a period??

Mrs1986 · 10/07/2015 22:54

Violet due date is either 5th or 7th March.
Try and stay strong for as if you test too early you may end up feeling deflated. You already know this though! But I think we all love nothing more than peeing on a stick!!

Belle I'm so glad your app is being your friend again! I love them!

Nicky I definitely think a bit of medical advice is the way to go. I hope it is helpful for you! Definitely agree about Google. I am frightened about loads of things I have read on Google!

Symptom update:

  • sore and big boobs
  • I get pins and needles quite a bit.. could be pregnancy related or could be my hypercondria? (remember thigh-bruise?!)
  • overwhelming thirst
  • need to pee all the live long day and night

5 weeks 6 days .. bring on the morning sickness. Hopefully it'll help me lose a few pounds!!

inmyshoos · 11/07/2015 00:01

Hello everyone!!

violet my temp was 36.3 this morning and no sign of af. Poas which was bfn. Not sure what caused the dip!! Bizarre. Anyway will see what tmrws temp does and maybe poas Sunday.

bananafish81 · 11/07/2015 00:20

Hi ladies, room for a little 'un?

I'm 33, cycle 1, TTC #1. I have PCOS and never really had proper periods - when I last came off the pill, in order to get myself checked out, I had a 9 month long anovulatory cycle. Gynae said fine to come straight off the pill and start Clomid, but decided I'd come off the pill to give my body a break from one lot of hormones before chucking another lot at it, and start Clomid after the summer. Also by charting am hoping to try to tune into my body and be able to better understand if/how Clomid's making any difference.

So this is my first cycle off the pill - wasn't expecting anything at all to happen. Yet by some miracle it appears I have somehow managed to lay an egg! We did our best to try and catch it and currently 6dpo in the 2ww. If AF turns up I'll know I did O and will be able to get day 3 bloods done, if I've had my first genuine period in over 10 years! If it doesn't, then I guess I'll know not to rely on a +ve OPK & temperature shift as signs of ovulation. Unless by some mad stroke of luck I get a BFP....well a girl can hope!

Cor I do waffle on don't I?! Xx

nickynackynoo31 · 11/07/2015 13:54

welcome bananafish Thanks
welcome to this mad crazy but fantastical support thread.

fx for you....I hate the tww Hmm Altho an af would be good at the minute as I'm now cd46 Confused .

VioletIbiza88 · 11/07/2015 17:48

Welcome Banana well done for laying your egg, hope its a good egg for you!!

Shoos isn't today due day?? Fingers crossed for you, hope AF doesn't come, well maybe in 8 months or so

Mrs right now I'm pretty sure I won't test until at least Thursday, but I felt quite ok last cycle and then woke up in the morning of DPO9 and it was like I HAVE TO TEST!! Hopefully this won't happen tomorrow and if it does I will stay strong! There is no point!

Symptoms so far at 8dpo: crazy crazy vivid dreams for the last three nights, needing to pee all the time especially at night, feeling slightly queasy this morning and yesterday morning but was up at 5:15 for early shifts those days so pretty sure it was just that and this morning I'm pretty sure I found the tiniest bit of pinkish discharge in my underwear. However I can't be 100% as said underwear was light coloured rather than white.

Mrs1986 · 11/07/2015 22:43

Welcome banana

Nicky - when is the docs appointment?

Shoos how you getting on??

I feel like we can always rely on Violet to make us giggle!! Stay strong - and stick to white knickers!! Haha

Today I had a fake ear infection and found myself on fake antibiotics! I just am such a shit liar! Also had to do a quick google two mouthfuls in "can pregnant women eat cheesecake?" Thank the Lord the answer was "yes they can"

Xxx

nickynackynoo31 · 12/07/2015 20:46

ooh so quiet on here Confused ...hope everyone is ok.

I'm starting to panic a bit now. still no af or any sign of it and cd47 now Sad .
hasn't helped with my mum telling me my gran went through early menopause in her early 30s Sad Sad . so I am now thinking is that it...2 children are my lot and then all I feel is guilt because I've been blessed to have my 2 and should be somewhat grateful!!!

mrs my doc appointment is Friday morning but I may have to change it x

Im waiting for AF patiently, due on the 18th! But sore nipples and that weird constipation feeling that Mrs was talking about and feeling sick but no idea if it means anything! Fingers crossed!

How is everyone!? Im cycle day 24 now i think! Sending love and lots of baby dust tp you all xxxxx

Mrs1986 · 13/07/2015 17:06

try not to worry Nicky - can you get an earlier appointment?

Duck that's so annoying! Are you also temping?

Exciting times Sparks when are you going to test?

No further symptoms from me! I saw my Daddy last night and I sooo wanted to tell him! I can't wait for all the good bits!xx

nickynackynoo31 · 13/07/2015 19:46

thanks guys. I'm feeling bit better about things today. I've spoken to my doc briefly and she says it's all normal and can take a while. so it's just a case of sit and wait now Sad . still got my appointment with her Friday so I can tell her how im feeling and get better reassurance x

Mrs1986 · 13/07/2015 20:05

Will she do any tests on Friday Nicky?

nickynackynoo31 · 13/07/2015 21:58

I don't think so mrs. think it's just to reassure me that things are OK and things are fine. I only had coil removed end of march so I suppose it's still early days...it's just so bloody frustrating.

nickynackynoo31 · 13/07/2015 21:59

ps mrs loving all your fake illnesses lol Grin

Issie339 · 14/07/2015 17:12

Hi everyone!

nicky sorry to hear you're worried and frustrated Sad I'm sure it's nothing but I can understand you worrying, it's horrible not knowing what's going on isn't it.

violet fx its implantation spotting, keep us updated.

I've been RUBBISH this month so don't think I've much of a chance, only dtd what I think was cd7,10, 13,15 (due to ov about cd14-16) but felt Ov type pains earlier this month so those cd might not be accurate. Oh well, wait and see I suppose.

Welcome banana fx you get that BFP before starting your clomid!
