Proud of myself today. Stamped my feet at halfords because they changed my bulb in December but left the back off and they got loads of water in and gone all steamy. Stupid boy there told me to use a hairdryer to dry it, stamped feet and demanded someone older managerial. He sent me off to a garage to get it checked - to shut me up. Got a gorgeous, fit mechanic with arms the size of my thighs on his last day who told me halfords should buy me new headlights and they are! £150 each plus new bulbs and fitting. Yay! I am a professional complainer.....

ThePug · 28/03/2015 21:22

Purdey I have looked at all your charts (I love the one that says Pregnant with Nancy, so cute!) and can't work out why your cycle seems to be so much longer this month. I went back to look at Feb 14 to see if that was longer due to previous months' drugs but doesn't seem to be. Temp seems to have stayed higher & more stable this month but last couple of days' declines look like they're hinting AF might be slowly on her way. Tomorrow's will be interesting. Hope Nancypantsy lets you have a nice long sleep so you can get an accurate reading.

Sammy Yours is looking good!

ThePug · 28/03/2015 21:23

Well done Mummy - I would have done the same!

WhatsForYeWontGoByYe · 28/03/2015 21:24

Ooh sparkly are you in the KDY....?? I grew up there - do we KNOW each other, I wonder?

ThePug · 28/03/2015 21:26

So I know we lose an hour's sleep tonight but what are we meant to do about temping times?? If I normally do it at 8am, do I still do it at (new) 8am and forget that that is actually 7am relative to all previous temps?

Mummyofonesofar · 28/03/2015 21:28

Keep looking at my temps. Only had 5 days decently above coverline. Does it hint to a progesterone problem? <a class="break-all" href="//url=www.fertilityfriend.com/home/Mummyofonesofar" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">my chart

loopylou1984 · 28/03/2015 21:28

Oh my gosh pug! I hadn't even thought of that!! What do we do?? Purdey??! Xx

Mummyofonesofar · 28/03/2015 21:30

I looked that up the other day. FF says to take it at the new times! www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs/BBT-and-Daylight-Saving-Time.html

spinningirl10 · 28/03/2015 21:40

Victoria, I would say you missed your peak overnight, sometimes it's a really short window for that positive. I would dtd tonight even without any ewcm.

Mummy, well done for foot stamping, they should replace it as it was their mistake!

ThePug · 28/03/2015 21:42

Thanks mummy . Who are they kidding thinking I'd do it at 6am though Hmm those of you with DC already are probably thinking 'just you wait' though

Pixa · 28/03/2015 21:43

Purdey I could give the basic math a go. Grin

Has anyone tried the Satisfy My Bowl flavour of Ben and Jerry's ice cream? It's my naughty treat for tonight. Delicious.

spinningirl10 · 28/03/2015 21:43

Pug, my ds is 8 and I wake up before him! Usually up at 6 to exerciseBlush sometimes ds hears me and comes down to join in laugh at me

loopylou1984 · 28/03/2015 21:44

Thanks mummy, typical that I'm at a crucial point. Think in just going to set the alarm 15 mins earlier, so not a big difference, just a little. X

loopylou1984 · 28/03/2015 21:45

Pixa - what flavour is that? I've never heard of it! X

Mummyofonesofar · 28/03/2015 21:50

Sammy if you do your alarm off a smart phone remember they change themselves!

ThePug my 6.5 yr old doesn't always let me get to my 6.15 temping alarm...

Pixa · 28/03/2015 21:57

Sammy it is a banana flavour ice cream with caramel & cookie swirls, and chocolate peace signs. Happy times! I recommend it highly.

loopylou1984 · 28/03/2015 21:58

Thanks mummy, fingers crossed it all works out!

Pixa - that sounds amazing!! Xx

Mummyofonesofar · 28/03/2015 22:06

Early to bed as we are losing an hour. Purdeylicious you've gone quiet. I hope you're ok. Flowers

PurdeyPie · 28/03/2015 22:37

Mummy, you are always so kind (and I love complainers like me) and thank you, too, lovely Pug, for analysing my charts. I guess, when it comes down to it, temp readings (especially open circles) cannot be relied upon under any circumstances. I'm more bamboozled by the LP length, if I'm honest. I've always been a 13-day girl when not on Clomid.

Mummy, that link to your chart doesn't work, but I have you in my favourites from that time you asked me for help directly and I vowed to keep an eye on your charts (if that's too weird I'll delete you). It is incredibly odd, isn't it? I'm not happy at all about such a number of consecutive days being under the coverline. Are all your other charts healthy?

Pixa, is Satisfy My Bowl supposed to be the usual play on words for a Ben & Jerry flavour? If so, can you explain it? Confused

PurdeyPie · 28/03/2015 22:37

...Satisfy My Soul?

PurdeyPie · 28/03/2015 22:38

Why can't we use the strike-through function within brackets? (Grr)

PurdeyPie · 28/03/2015 22:39

( Grr )

PurdeyPie · 28/03/2015 22:39

Ah. You have to leave a gap either side ( which looks stupid )

Oysterbabe · 28/03/2015 22:40

just learned how to do this

Pixa · 28/03/2015 22:46

Yes, Satisfy My Soul. DH reliably informs me it is a lyric from a Bob Markey song. Smile

AIBU to want to go to Vermont, just to visit the B&J factory? If DH doesn't agree, shall I LTB? Grin
