Spinning, buy syringes from Boots or any old chemist. They need to be proper medicinal syringes and not those Calpol-administering thingies. There is no need for a catheter or any other apparatus, just get DH to jizz in a cup (not a glass) and then leave it to liquefy for ten minutes (this isn't really essential, it is simply for ease of drawing up the syringe if the spunk is very clumpy or globulous). Depress the empty syringe a couple of times to get any air out, then draw the semen up and plunge it into your vagina.

I think you should seriously consider AI with DH's poor sperm. This way you can get lots more sperm in situ if he is happy to masturbate for the purposes of TTC

Spinning you really only need a little pot for the sample and then get yourself some needless syringes which I hear you can buy from pharmacy? And I recommend preseed!! Although I'm sure you already use that?
