DizzyMerry · 19/03/2015 23:57

I can imagine giddy and the things that are made with love are the most nearest and dearest to us

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 00:41

Here you all are! I've been AWOL today sorry ladies. I hope I didn't miss lots! Try catch up now! Oh bugger we have a new bus.. I have missed lots! I shouldn't even be here I should be on the April bus!!!

Purds that Nancy is an angel eh. Glad Jabs went well. Hope your bloods are back soon and really really glad you are off to see another gp next week, so sorry you are feeling so rotten Flowers ok read on and now have stumbled upon explosive snot/vom combo. Oh Nancy pants. She is extremely resilient though isn't she?.. Wonder where she picked up that trait from ...?! Wink

victoria sending Flowers great that the dh spermies are much improved?! Huge positive!!! And you never know this month... And then there is iui upcoming! So all in all.. Good positive steps forward! I know it must be hard to get your head round it all after waiting so long and then to be told no, but I know you will pick yourself up and now you are even closer to your baby Flowers

eskimo just read through your app!! So bfn on test? Yes rubella immunity is commonplace as you need the jab when TTC/preggers. HSG- I'm going for mine on Monday and it specifically states no unprotected sex before the test. It also asks that you have it 7-10 days after a period.. So yes, I too would be confused at that. Can you call the clinic for confirmation?? Was it a fertility consultant you saw? I'm baffled by the whole thing! Flowers

Sammy wooo dtd done! Now the small matter of the TWW!!

Congrats cymon great news on the job!!

Sparkly123 · 20/03/2015 00:46

Oh dear and now I see you have all been looking for me... Ooopsy! Sorry! Today I've been doing a lot of online stuff - researching bday gifts for my nephew/online grocery etc..and had a few visitors too- puppy fanatic mil being one of them so i thought I would catch up in bed! I have no update. CD 4. Bore fest! HSG Monday then a couple days before the fertile week begins! Which I have my CB trial OPKs for! So all in all.. Waiting!!! Night night all see you all Tomor! StarGrinStar

auroraboringalis · 20/03/2015 05:41

Giddymamma · 20/03/2015 06:02

Aw just been reading back, sorry for af bean. Flowers

Weirdly nervous about eclipse later. I have a terrible fear I'll have an urge to look at it. (I know not to look at it....)

loopylou1984 · 20/03/2015 06:50

Hi Sparkly - glad you're ok, we were thinking of sending a search party!

I don't think we're going to see much of the eclipse from here, it's too cloudy. I think it might just get a bit dark! Xx

mummyofonesofar · 20/03/2015 07:02

I've been trying to tell DS not to look at it Giddy but it is tempting though obviously we won't. I wish I had my glasses from 1999. Will have to be more prepared in 2025 for the next one!

cymon congrats on your job.

Purds poor little Nancy, hope she is ok today.

Sparkly glad you're ok.

dojo123 · 20/03/2015 07:20

Just parking my pillow elevated bum on seat. Grin

loopylou1984 · 20/03/2015 07:29

FF still hasn't adjusted my ov date! Do you think it will do it after another high temp tomorrow? Xx

cymonsarah · 20/03/2015 07:39

Morning All ! Why can't you look at the eclipse???? Confused

Giddymamma · 20/03/2015 07:46

Your eyes will burn out of your head. Don't do it. Grin

loopylou1984 · 20/03/2015 07:47

Cymon you can, but just not with your naked eye for the same reasons you should never look at the sun!
Google devices to watch solar eclipse, there's some easy to make ones. Xx

cymonsarah · 20/03/2015 07:53

Giddy haha!

Can I just put sunnies on then?

mrsb0710 · 20/03/2015 08:00

purdey Blush I try to be interesting, haha. No..i just really appreciate the support from.you all and try to reciprocate.
Poor Nancy. I hope she's much improved today. DH saw a baby with poo explosion on the triplet show, his face was hilarious.

Ssshhh...I'm meant to be on the April bus too, but I like it here, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy could be the spermz from last night

Friday! Hope you lovely ladies are all doing ok this morning. The eclipse is sure to just bring more crazies out today, and I need to go shopping at Primark - give me strength

nightandthelight · 20/03/2015 08:08

Marking place :) happy Friday everyone!

mummyofonesofar · 20/03/2015 08:09

cymon no sunglasses won't cut the mustard. Cloudy here so doubt we will be fuck all. stroppy

loopylou1984 · 20/03/2015 08:13

No Cymon!!

Quietlyhopeful81 · 20/03/2015 08:18

Beautiful blue sky here so hoping we will get to see it, though I was planning on using sunglasses so feel a little bit silly now.

11 dpo and a teeny tiny temp rise today. Trying and failing not to get my hopes up. No af symptoms but no pg symptoms either. Af due tomorrow.

Off to Google's devices to stop my eyes melting from their sockets Smile

spinningirl10 · 20/03/2015 08:18

MorningSmile

Ah I slept in and fell asleep whilst on MN last night!

Purdey, I got confusedSmile it's the preimplantation genetic diagnosis that I thought you meant.

Whoever asked about ds, yes he's back at 3.15, can't wait! Had a text from camp yesterday morning to say they'd had sausage sarnies for brekkie and we're off for a day of adventure. Reckon he's having a ball and won't want to come homeGrin

Really cloudy here so doubt we'll see the eclipse.

mummyofonesofar · 20/03/2015 08:26

Will my stroppiness I put be.... I meant see!

Very jealous of those with blue skies! Cheapest thing to do it get 2 bits of paper, put a pin hole in one and hold that at half arms length and then another bit at full arms length and down a bit so it shines through the first not and you get an image on the second bit. Do this with your back to the sun.

spinningirl10 · 20/03/2015 08:35

Oops in my hurry this morning I forgot to say poor Nancy pants. Hope there's been no more sick overnight.

OP posts:
DizzyNorthernBird · 20/03/2015 08:45

morning! cymon apparently 70 people in the UK went permanently blind after the 1999 eclipse!! No peeking ladies! Or there'll be no more mn for you!! WinkGrin

PurdeyPie · 20/03/2015 08:50

I have a device for seeing the eclipse. It's called a telly. I actually have a theory about the eclipse: if it was meant to be viewed by gawking nutters there wouldn't be a need for pinhole binoculars and sheets of paper and grave warnings about blindness.

Thank you for being sympathetic about Nancy. She's perfectly well this morning (apart from a double-barrel snotgun for a nose).

mummyofonesofar · 20/03/2015 08:57

That's what I told DS Purds we will watch it on the news tonight.
