My update is: feeling worse again today, kinda the way my body feels on the week run up to AF Angry however I felt like this last month too with my BFP. So who knows. Here's my chart, no doubt Purderoo will want a wee look...

What's everyone's thoughts on exercise in the 2WW. I understand you're supposed to eat hot foods to keep your temp up but I also read that allowing your heart rate to get too high is bad... not that I'm the most fit person in the world but I am trying to lose some weight...

I thought it might be just me trying for a fourth so it's nice to see someone as mad as me on here kissinggiraffe, I think it might be similar for us. Although OH is not old, I think his swimmers are a bit lazy, a bit like him! How many cycles have you been trying for now?

I would share my chart for you to nose at purdey, but don't know how. FF agrees that I haven't ov this month. I don't know what to look for as it is my first month temping.

MaMa I'm tee total these days so I can only blame my craziness on .. Well... Me! Ha. Stranger things have happened you know re the BFP! You just don't know! If I were you I would hold off as long as you possibly can. Things can change in a day and you don't want to have to see a BFn before a BFP!! Fingers crossed for you!

Cariad I'm so sorry you are feeling so down especially when you have the symptoms and date hanging over you. You should hang in there as it's still very possible that's it's too early on testing. As much as you were desperate for it to happen before that date, maybe it will happen right after!..just stay as positive you can and vent to us all anytime, it must be so hard and so frustrating for you. reggy this is cycle 4.
DC1 was conceived while I was on the pill!
DC2 happened 1st month trying.
DC3 took about 2 years.
There is a considerable age gap between them so I wonder if my age contributed to the time it took I have recently entered the officially older mum zone so 2 years on it might be even harder. I hope not. I can't cope with 2+ years of non stop sex!!

juney I think excercise is good, probably a really heavy cardio excercise might be bad for you but fitness is important. I'm running a few times a week at the moment but only 5kms and not at full pelt.

juney I'd second boris nothing too strenuous and nothing you haven't done before, I.e. Don't start running or circuit class if all you've done is walking before

I have read up on the news about no alcohol when TTC or during early pregnancy. I am happy to abstain but I know what will happen now... Friends and family will notice and start asking if I'm pg. Ouch Sad

Well I just took the follicles out for a walk to get some good old vitamin d (and decaff coffee...)

I'll stick to low impact sport for now

Thought I'd try out the cheap OPKs. I knew it'd be negative at this point, but wanted to see how to read them. Not too difficult.

Starting our SMEP tonight. 2 years since our first date, so I guess DH better get some spermz in me.
My mum asked me today where I was at in my cycle. Haha. She's thousands of miles away and that was still an awkward conversation.

Not read back just yet. I am angry that DH has yet to give me a sample. He promised he'd do it while the baby (and I) napped and then spent the whole time in Specsavers being tested for free and ordering some frames (again for free). Since he lost his job he goes to town for the most improbable reasons and it gets on my nerves. I bet the optometrist looked like Michelle Keegan. Bastard. He doesn't even need glasses. He needs a penis that can lob sperm out properly
