Coffeeone, sorry for your bfn's today, so shit after that half line yesterday.

On the subject of cervix checking, I don't do it. I have tried and I've looked at the online pics but I haven't got a bloody clue and anyway I don't really need another thing to obsess over!Grin

spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 11:35

Sparkly, maybe your temp is high because of your body returning to normal. I wasn't temping when I had my mc or the flowing cycle so I can't really help. I would like to think the brown cm could be implantation but we know how risky it is to get our hopes up too much. Cacao bites coming soonGrin

spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 11:37

Sparkly, just checked out your chart! Those tising temps are fab, really hope this is a good sign for you.

Here's my chart

Rolling rolling rolling, the February bus is still rolling!
Sparkly123 · 12/02/2015 11:45

Good temp rise again Spinning !! Does your chart usually do that??

Thanks. I know.. No hopes up.. Well they would be higher up if I didn't just have that brown cm so I'm gonna try my absolute best to stay relaxed.. HmmConfused the temps are maybe high thanks because my body is adjusting again yep

spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 11:58

Yep keep calm and relaxed sparkly, it's all we can do for a few more days. No my temps since ov are funny this month, not much rise until today, I've also had more cm than normal since ov......if it wasn't for dp's crap sperm I might be getting my hopes upSmile

CookieDough9 · 12/02/2015 11:59

coffee try again in a couple of days. Fx tightly crossed for you and everyone else.
Sorry to those who have had a rude guest in the form of AF.
We were having a discussion about kids at work. colleague A is ttc #1 and has been struggling for a few months. Colleague B said how devastated she was when she found out she was pg, repeated this and then manically laughed knowing full well colleague was struggling. She then piped up "I only need to see a penis to fall pregnant"! The silly mare only has one child and has told me she separated when her child was young and never met anyone who she wished to have anymore with. Colleague B walked away and I told A she was inappropriate but really wanted to tell her what a silly cow she is. Thankfully I haven't discussed any of my ttc woes with anyone at work

purdeybirdie · 12/02/2015 12:00

Sparkly, it is not uncommon to see high temps up to around 8dpo because that is when most of us peak in terms of progesterone. I would, however, be excited by the spotting. Could it be implantation? Could it?

Spinning, I reckon FF got it wrong and you ov'd on CD11. I also think you are pregnant Smile

BowiesJumper · 12/02/2015 12:02

Look at all your lovely charts. Mine is making a show of me, I'll have to have words.

Sparkly123 · 12/02/2015 12:03

Purds yeh I think just because the pattern in general is so different this month it has me all confused eh!! The spotting- no no remember the spotting happens.. Although it usually starts as a brown creamy discharge where as this month, like last month.. Has gone straight to more thin blood like consistency it's not a creamy cm. Who knows!!! I have longer to wait now as OV has been changed!!

spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 12:04

Haha Mummy, I love thatGrin

Purdey, fab temp rise this morning!

purdeybirdie · 12/02/2015 12:06

cookie, what an insensitive lump she is Sad

spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 12:06

Omg Purdey really?! Ooh I do so hope you are right.....don't let me get my hopes up, it's such a long way to fall! But yes I also think I ov'd on cd11Smile

Nomio230 · 12/02/2015 12:07

Coffee, so sorry you didn't get the result you wanted. It is still early though, so you might still get your bfp this month.

Juney, you seem very patient. If I were you I would be tearing my hair out in frustration at the delay!

Mummy, that text is hilarious. Poor dh!

spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 12:10

Sammy, I'm sorry you're feeling down. For some of us it takes a little longer but you will get there. I'm sorry but I can't remember how long you've been trying, I know you've been here a while. Have you seen your gp yet?

spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 12:11

Oh goddess June, that is bloody ridiculous! I'd be really mad, when are you expecting it to arrive now?

australopithecus · 12/02/2015 12:12

Wow! Such charts! Grin I won't post mine for fear of ridicule. Blush
Thanks for additional cervix-related comments. Perhaps I'll give up on it after one day? Hmm purdey most websites seem to say women who've had babies often have slightly open cervices, including ff. and no, not the walls and cervix tip, the whole actual tip feels different when comparing the bottom half to the op half. At least in so far as I able to prod my finger at it to reach it without going into spasms! not a spring chicken
I've got radio4 on and am eating chocolate and drinking milk while DC briefly naps and I ignore the mess in the kitchen This is normal right?

CookieDough9 · 12/02/2015 12:15

That sums her up perfectly well purdey.

What thermometers are you ladies using? I just have the standard tesco one which I use for DD but will get another one if it is more accurate.

Also can anyone tell me whether maca root should be taken for the whole cycle. I got some from H&B but not used it yet

CookieDough9 · 12/02/2015 12:19

So jealous of those who can check their cervix! I am such a wimp and cannot even bear to use a tampon Blush
The worst part of my labour was the internal examination. It hurt like hell and I never ever want to feel pain like that again. Mind the docs hand was bloody massive Shock

Sparkly123 · 12/02/2015 12:19

Cookie I use bbt thermometer cost about £5 from amazon. Does yours have two decimal place?

Spinning I have my hopes up for you! Wink

Sparkly123 · 12/02/2015 12:20

Purdey I am a broken record aren't I? Can't you tell me to shut it and just stop thinking?!

Sparkly123 · 12/02/2015 12:21

Dh words of wisdom "what will be will be.. We will just wait and see what happens"
Aye. Alright darling..
Hmm

Nomio230 · 12/02/2015 12:27

Sounds like my dh, Sparkly. I really don't think men have any idea how hard the tww is for us girlies.

juneybean · 12/02/2015 12:48

Trying to remain calm for my little egg but I'm hopeful that it arrives tomorrow not sure if DHL deliver on Saturdays otherwise... I start work at 1pm tomorrow though a desperately need it to come before then!

Anyone else want to lend me some spunk?!

Sparkly and spinning things sound positive for you thus far!!

OP posts:
spinningirl10 · 12/02/2015 12:54

Fx it arrives tomorrow June!

Cookie, I use a baby mad one from Amazon. It's the 2 decimal places that you need.

Sparkly, thank you and for you toSmile

CookieDough9 · 12/02/2015 13:01

Thanks spinning and sparkly. It is a 2 decimal place so I'll start using it next cycle if no bfp this month.
