Victoria I'm so sorry you really are going through it aren't you. Here's some which clearly won't make it better but everyone has said it all already I think. You need the support going through this TTC journey and possible IVF, we are all here for you to vent anytime. Believe me, I know what it's like to have to chuck a smile on and pretend everything is even just "ok" ALL THE BLO* TIME.. It's tiresome! So you must get it out when you need to!

sparkly, why the pains today and tonight then? Do you think the pain is from overstimming on Clomid, Nomio? I'm worried now.

Don't worry Purdey, my Dr told me that overstimulation is really rare with Clomid and that if you had it, you would know. She said it makes you feel seriously ill.

I think your ovary is just settling back down after the beautiful egg it has produced this month.

Dh finds it hilarious that I do the pillow-bum thing, but hey, you never know.

Did some googling after we weren't too sure about whether it helps or not and found that laying on your back rather than getting straight up after sex increases chances from 18% to 27%.

DP finds IT hilarious too. But then he also calls you lots my imaginary friends. Idiot I know you're all out there....somewhere!

Purds this was what I was saying other day too.. I thought I had OVd on the Wed and got pains fri/sat which didn't correspond?! Looking back on my details it seems that I always get pains one or two days after actual OV.. Unless I'm pinpointing OV wrongly but don't imagine so. So I wonder whether these pains happen after OV as normal?? What you think? Your chart def seems right OV being Mon to me

Sammy id do half hour if you can. I sometimes even do longer if at night! I also do visualisation at this time like a weirdo.. Every little bit helps

The study I scanned studiously read saw an increase in benefit to lie there for 15 mins girls.

Well I did 25 mins and I visualised the spermies swimming their way up so fingers crossed!

I did read somewhere that laying down after was a waste of time because the good ones would be well on their ways already and any that came out would never have made it anyway.... Doesn't stop me though!
