Sunny, completely understand your worries. But even after all the money I've spent on medical advice & meds, a big part of me thinks that when it works, it'll work regardless for most people. I think this because (as we know) the stat is that 75% of RMC sufferers will eventually have a healthy pregnancy. In most cases this is without any kind of treatment. A few weeks ago a midwife told me that she thinks there are plenty of oeople walking around with balanced translocation who have never had problems, and thereby aren't diagnosed. Sometimes I wonder what the NK results would be on a group that hasn't had issues. Now don't get me wrong, I'm commited to this treatment plan. But it's more about doing everything I can to stand a shot, than actually believing it would never work without it.
Seeking, congrats on your scan! It's really great that you only need to wait a week until the next one. Have you thought about buying a fetal Doppler in a few weeks? I think they can start working at about 10 weeks...
Rosa, you're so sweet! It's starting to feel real now isn't it?! Wish the harmony results would come back more quickly. I guess it'll make week 12 all the more exciting! Have you thought about when you'll do the big announcement? Any guesses on the gender?
Hehe things are really kicking off I agree! Well, if anything, we can celebrate that their is baby dust all over this thread :) dances in it I've got about a week until I can test. I don't feel as desperate about testing as I've been in the past. I think after a while you just exhaust yourself and learn to accept that this whole thing is largely out if your hands. I'd love love love a BFP this month, but if it happens next month, I'd love it just the same. I can't wait to see a long list of preggers ladies on our list :)!!!!!
